Reviewers of RAW Plumbing & Heating Ltd often report friendly, professional and helpful service. Several mention clean and tidy work and being kept informed, with clear explanations at the job. Some describe prompt and efficient responses, including out-of-hours remote help with a leaking radiator. Others say they have used the business for years and would recommend it. One reviewer said a job was done at short notice, and one reported same-day extra work without being charged for parts.
We recently had a leak in our hot water tank in our 2nd floor flat while we were away from the area. The leak was such that it was leaking into the flat below and into the electrical consumer unit of that flat. Through working with our neighbours we had to arrange an emergency locksmith to get access to the flat to switch off the water and to enable RAW Plumbing to be able assess the cause of the leak. This they arranged quickly and subsequently replaced the faulty tank. Lisa in the office was incredibly helpful and sympathetic throughout and the repair by Roy and Scott first class. I highly recommend.
Scott is a diamond. Works like a trojan. Clean tidy job knows his plumbing! Lisa is a legend.
I started using RAW 2 years ago and I'm very pleased that I did so. The work is always of the highest calibre from Elliott and colleagues. Furthermore, the team (not forgetting Lisa in the office) is very friendly, trustworthy and keen to help. Would highly recommend.
We have been using RAW Plumbing for 20+ years now and they have always been professional and efficient. Fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler and a new kitchen tap for us recently and you just can't fault the complete process from talking to Lisa to installation. Roy, Elliott and Scott have excellent knowledge and are always available if we have any issues. Highly recommend.
We have been using RAW plumbing and heating since 2009 and will always keep coming back because of the quality of the work, but also the friendliness of Elliot Lisa and Roy, who put a huge amount of work into making it a really effective and efficient service. I know we can count on them, whether its for a routine boiler service or an emergency broken pipe they will be there to help. I woudn't use anyone else when it comes to plumbing services!
Brilliant service as always! Very friendly, highly professional and a perfect job! Would highly recommend 😀👌
Fantastic service! Raw fitted us in their extremely busy schedule at short notice after our boiler had finally given up after 39 years, Lisa was very helpful and informative via email correspondence. Roy & Jack were super helpful and polite when coming into the property to carry out the boiler replacement. (I couldn't believe Jack was training for his Gas safe certification with how good he already was!) Roy was also extremely informative with information regarding the new boiler and did added touches to optimise our heating system, and his honesty is much appreciated without trying to sell us services we didn't need like most companies would. I couldn't recommend RAW Plumbing & Heating anymore if you are in Crowthorne or local surrounding areas if you want top quality professionalism and superb work being carried out on your property!
RAW are excellent, above all they do what they say they will and on time. Couldn’t fault them. Thank you.
Great, professional and get the job done correctly wouldn’t go anywhere else
Nice new WB boiler replacing a Baxi with rather loud explosive ignition. Scott, Elliot and Roy on the roof, completed the work efficiently. Very neat pipework and they took care to clean up afterwards, leaving no mess.
First class and prompt service from Elliott. He succeeded in finding the problem, where the energy company failed. Also great that he showed us the issue, explaining it clearly, and mended it . The gas company could learn a lot from him.
We have been using RAW Plumbing for a number of years now. Elliot is always on time, professional, friendly and super helpful. Lisa in the office is always quick to respond to enquiries and never fails to help. Highly recommend them!
Excellent service from enquiry through to completion of the work very professional service from Lisa in the office through to Elliott and Scott coming to complete the work . Would greatly recommend RAW Plumbing and Heating Ltd for any plumbing services you require .
Excellent and highly professional. I was grateful for the extra steps taken to keep the working area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
My Husband and I have dealt with RAW plumbing for years now from Boiler services to smart heating meter installation, General Plumbing aswell as Radiator fitting and Tap fittings. The communication we receive from RAW plumbing is 5 star, they are always so clear and the pricing is fair and always communicated beforehand which is great. Elliot and Roy are friendly and always polite and Both know their stuff and always are Prompt and on time to a job and always leave the area Clean and Tidy. Lisa who manages the timings and invoices is also so polite and friendly and is very helpful and is always willing to help out when any problem arises!! I would 100% recommend using RAW plumbing for such a professional service You will not regret it!!!
Elliot came to fit a shower thermostat, while carrying out a function test noticed that the Shower pump had a fault, instead of coming back for a second visit he was happy to order/collect and change the pump on the same day. The additional work required some upgrades to the existing pipework to fit the new pump which was duly done with no fuss or scalping for "parts" when the invoice was sent out. I would absolutely recommend RAW plumbing and heating again.
Have used RAW for a number of years. Always professional, friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Elliott and the team are always friendly and helpful. We've been customers for years.
Our boiler broke down just before a cold snap. Elliot was around and fixed it the very next day. Ver impressed with the service. Thank you
RAW installed my new combi boiler a few years ago and it’s been bang on what I needed. Since then, the service reminders have been really helpful and whenever they come round, the team are professional, polite and always open to providing advice on various other projects I want to complete in the near future

We have been using RAW for a few years now since we moved to the area, and they have provided us with competitive prices and fantastic service including our annual boiler services and the fitting of a new water Softener.
Needed out of hours remote plumbing support due to damaging a radiator causing a leak. Was given comprehensive instructions in identifying the issue, emptying the system, successfully resolving the problem and refilling/ testing the system again. Very helpful and would highly recommend!
