We had no running water for over 2 weeks, and Nick from Leak Detective and Danny worked together to help us get running water again! This was during a heatwave too… I don’t think we will ever find out why our water randomly stopped, but we just wanted water back. Thank you Danny for helping us get water again, we are SO grateful. Danny did a first class job for us. He was professional from the first contact right through to the job being completed and signed off. The time slots he gave were adhered to and he even offered an earlier slot when one became available. His communication with us was excellent and nothing was a bother to him. The job was explained fully to us and we were content at all stages of the process. He maintained a clean and safe work environment throughout. Danny first of all came to alter the plumbing in of a new dishwasher so that it could be pushed back further in. He made such a nice job of it that I didn’t hesitate when I needed an air conditioner vented out through a wall. He was professional and cleaned up really well afterwards. Definitely will use DT Plumbing services again!
Thank you Danny for fixing the mess left by a previous fitter that put in our kitchen - the work is so much better after removing the spaghetti junction under our kitchen sink and replacing all the pipes we now have more space and even the smell from the washing machine has gone. I got Danny in to help me when I had a problem with a toilet leaking. He attended promptly, was obviously experience at his job and so I asked him to give me a quote to fix a small leak from my shower unit. I thought that the quote was reasonable and we arranged a day when he could come to do the work. He did a great job which I was happy with. I have every confidence in Danny and his work skills and recommend him highly.
Danny arrived on time, resolved the issue quickly, and got our water back on and working perfectly. Also cleaned up the area so you would never know the work had been carried out. Highly recommended.
