Very thorough boiler service, and Tom was very helpful with setting the heating controls and installing a bottle of inhibitor

I wish all trades people were this responsive to communications, polite and so diligent about the quality of their work and clean up. We recently had a shower waste pump that stopped working at work. Tom ordered and fitted a new pump in 2 days from the first contact. He also checked all other fittings while he was there and relabelled the electrical isolator switches correctly as these weren't clear when he first arrived.

Prompt and accurate diagnosis of a leak in an EHC electric boiler. Very impressed with Tom's work and skill. Definitely recommended.

Excellent service and very professional, problem resolved...no more leaking tap....recommend without any hesitation....

My experience with White Ridge Plumbing was they were quick in responding to my text message and arrived on time. I found the work they completed was to a high standard.

Would recommend. Very friendly, competent and thorough.

Great communication and brilliant work replacing an outside tap

I called Tom from White Ridge Plumbing because my boiler had a fault and he fixed the issue very quickly. Tom was great at explaining and translating the problem and what the fix was in a way I understood!! Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service, quick to respond to my enquiry, friendly and professional and most importantly did an excellent job on my ill fitting cooker. I highly recommend. Thank you Tom!

Friendly, polite and efficient. White Ridge Plumbing makes every effort to leave a satisfied customer. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Rapid response to several minor emergencies recently - the last one being an underground pipe leaking up to flood the kitchen floor. Fixed it temporarily then returned to complete a fuller job later.

Really helpful and friendly. Nothing appeared to be too much an ask. Would highly recommend White Ridge

One morning I found a water spraying from a water stop cock pipe joint. The stop cock was jammed open so had turn turn off the supply at the meter. Access to the stop cock was very limited and and the adjacent plumbing was very badly soldered. Eventually managed to reduce the leak but not stop it. Called Tom at White Ridge plumbing to explain the situation and he came later the same day , concluded that the stop cock and surrounding pipework needed replacing and arrange to come the following week. He did a brilliant job fitting a new robust quarter turn lever action stop cock and replaced the adjacent pipes using Press fit connectors. A brilliant job. Highly recommend this company.

White Ridge ( Tom) fitted a new boiler at our house. He was thorough, efficient, excellent time keeper, polite and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and confident in how to use it. We would use him and recommend him again over and over again 110%. Rich worked with Tom for 3 days and also gave excellent service.

Power flush and boiler service. Very professional service and have already recommended to my neighbours.

Very professional, thorough and passionate about his work. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Tom is an exceptional plumber and heating engineer. He is confident in his abilities and always is thorough with the work he undertakes. Tom is also a thoroughly genuine and an honest guy. I would thoroughly recommend him. He's kept our old system going

A very responsive plumber (which is fantastic these days). Not only a Gas Safe engineer but also great at general plumbing. Would highly recommend.

Tom has been a superb tradesman. Professional and very knowledgeable. Tom has gone above and beyond to look after us with a tiptop level of service and great quality of work.

White Ridge Plumming provided an excellent service for our house. We got response to our inquiry very quickly ,Tom was very professional and very keen to solve our problem of our kitchen tap and pipes ,which had a very complicated setting(we were told by someone else it couldn't be done). He knew exactly what to do . It's a five star service ,I would highly recommend .

Tom from White Ridge Plumbing replaced some radiators for me after I moved house and came back to complete a boiler service and investigate a leak recently. On both occasions he was professional and friendly, completing the work within the time period advised. I'd happily recommend him to others and have booked a boiler service for next year.

Tom returned to service my boiler that he fitted several years ago and to do the annual safety check. I highly recommend Tom for his professionalism- it’s always very reassuring to have him look at any gas/ plumbing work and look forward to having him back in future.
