Excellent service from Greg and his Team. Always prompt and on time. Easily contactable and they manage expectations superbly which is a rare thing these days. Quality of work is top notch and over the last couple of years they have helped with wide array of issues; boiler servicing, several leaks, a replacement hot water cylinder and a replacement shower unit. Would definitely recommend them and already have, my parents.
Miller and Sons provided a fast and efficient service from start to finish. We needed an on demand water heater replaced for a cylinder where space was incredibly tight. I was called within an hour of my WhatsApp enquiry and they came to quote the following afternoon. All aspects of our requirements and every safety detail was considered and the quote was very reasonable. Russell carried out fantastic work. He kept the workspace tidy, paid brilliant attention to detail and successfully squeezed a cylinder into a tight space so I could refit the cupboard. I am incredibly confident in his work, and on top of that he's a really nice guy. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company in the future.

We have used Miller & Sons for many plumbing jobs. So when we had an issue recently we contacted Greg. As always prompt reply and a visit to establish what needed done. Graham had to work in a very confined space as the leak was in the crawl space under our house. Replaced pipework that had been down there for approx 50 years. Job completed , looks great and most importantly no more leak. More than happy to recommend Greg and his team, based on our personal experience from this job and others that they have tackled.
We employed Miller & Sons to do a complete re-plumb of a 1950s house we had bought that needed a lot of modernising, including two new bathrooms and an entirely new heating system, with instant hot water. Greg and the boys did an exceptional job, even coming out a couple of times for emergencies! They were all polite, conscientious and tidy, unlike some of our other trades! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
We would like to thank Greg and his team for the work done in our house to carry out major changes. Russel and Graham did an amazing job to install a new heating system and underfloor heating, including the plumbing of a new bathroom and replacement of all pipes throughout the house. This involved several visits to remove radiators , lay down the pipes and connect and test the system. This was done at a very high standard of quality and professionalism and we are very pleased with the results.

We recently had our boiler serviced by Russell from Miller & Sons and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout. The job was carried out efficiently, and he went the extra mile to check an issue we’d been having with low hot water pressure. It turned out to be a simple fix—the stopcock just needed opening further—and he resolved it straight away. Excellent service all round and highly recommended.

Miller & Sons have just finished remodelling our shower enclosure. They removed the original tiles that had become loose and replaced them with decorative wall panels. We decided to have new controls but everything else was carefully preserved to minimise the cost as there was nothing wrong with the tray or the screen. We are very pleased with the results. Greg and his team have helped us out on several occasions and are always very prompt and professional with jobs coming in on budget and everything left clean and tidy.
Living in a bungalow with a low head on the hot water supply made me decide to have a booster pump installed. Miller & Sons provided a suitable quotation and the work was completed in under a day. Everything seemed to be working but the following morning there appeared to be an airlock and no hot water came. A technician came the following morning. The fault was nothing to do with the installation. The technician diagnosed a sticking valve and within 15 minutes had replaced it with a new one.. It has been working perfectly ever since. The hot water comes in a third of the time and flows at four times the rate.
We are very happy with the new. Boiler installation last summer. Professional trades men ,who left the house tidy after every day's work.Would definitely recommend.
Greg is an absolute professional! We have an oil-fired boiler and it’s really difficult to find someone to service it. However, since we found Greg we’ve never looked back - he does what he says, turns up on time and the quality of his work is gold standard. Highly recommended!!

Miller's had a difficult job to do for us. The replacement boiler was all in a day's work for them but they also had to strip out and replace an underfloor heating manifold which the chaps did so well. Very happy to give them 5 stars. No idea if they're the cheapest but with a job like this I can say they're the best.
We've used Miller & Co for decades. They're all very nice and knowledgeable. If only all companies operated like them hey 😉

We are so grateful to Greg for fixing our old oil boiler on a Sunday afternoon. We had run out of oil and after we had refilled the tank we turned on the boiler which didn’t sound at all good. I phoned Greg and explained the problem. He attended this afternoon (same day) and methodically checked each part of the system. It was evident that a lot of debris from the oil tank had got into the system. After changing all the filters from the tank to the boiler and bleeding the system, we now have a properly working boiler and, most importantly, heat in the house! We can’t thank Greg enough especially to attend on a Sunday!
Needed to change bathroom to a shower room due to my wifes lack of mobility, contacted Gregg the end of March and discussed our plans with him, he came up with some better suggestions that we had not thought of, then we said we were going on holiday in May and would like the work to start while we were away, the morning we were due to leave his fitter Bogdan turned up on time at 0800, and stated laying dust sheets over the carpets, and was removing things as we left, we knew ti would take two weeks to complete and as we were away for only one week we requested that the toilet suit was up and running on our return, this was done and a lot of the messy jobs were out of the way, the work was completed a day over two weeks but this was due to a bank holiday, Bogdan arrived promtly every morning and was a very clean and tidy worker, and always asked if something needed clarifying. I would happily reccomend Gregg and his team to anyone thinking of a new bathroom, they listen to your ideas and make sensible suggestions were needed. Thank you Gregg and team for a great job.
