We had a nightmare with this plumber. Contacted him about a leak. They charge an extortionate amount per hour but wanted it fixed so fine. First thing he did was walked around the property looking for issues. Spent 45 minutes finding other issues in the Property other than fixing the leak. Got people in the house to run around doing things for him because he has arthritis and can't go upstairs. At the 45 min mark says the boiler is unsafe (it passed a gas certificate last month). Then proceeded to issue a warning on the boiler, without my knowledge and took the fuse out on the boiler. Then he says the job is going to take a few hours to fix and he needs to cut away at the cupboards. Ultimately told him to leave. No working boiler as he took the fuse out. The next morning a local plumber came in. Said the plumbers warnings were bullshit. No safety issues. Fixed the leak, put a new boiler fuse and left within 45 minutes.
The plumber sent to the home was great. There was a leak and through a thorough process of elimination it was located and repairs. I would use the service again.
Our water heater started leaking on. Satruday night. David was able to respond the following day to assess our situation, and in a matter of a few hours had a new water heater installed and working.
