Dexter is first class. Had a problem with a air source boiler, which a lot of plumbers wouldnt touch, but he came, sorted what he could, learnt about and then sorted the bits he didnt know about. Very diligent, tidy, friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

Fitted a new unvented cylinder. Removed our very old failing vented system and re-routed pipework accordingly. Cleared out the old system and left the place very tidy each day. Ensured the work fitted to my schedule and even left us with availability of hot water (via the immersion) throughout the work. Did a lovely job and Dexter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great work ethic and a nice chap too. Fully recommend.
I highly recommend Dexter for any plumbing or heating jobs. I phoned him to help me sort out my immersion heater and he came within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part I needed and then installed it within and hour after the part was delivered to my house. He is a competent, polite and a pleasant young man. I would definitely use him again.

Excellent service. Dexter resolved a number of issues with our Central Heating/Hot Water system by working methodically through them. He was friendly and professional and responded in a timely manner to our enquiry. All was resolved in a couple of visits and within 36 hours. Dexter has recently supplied and fitted a new gas boiler for us. His prices are competitive and the installation was painless and went according to plan without any issues. A very polite, hardworking and conscientious heating engineer Dexter did an excellent job. Communications prior to the installation were excellent and he turned up on time, worked cleanly and efficiently and worked long hours on the first day to ensure we had heating and hot water overnight. Dexter was absolutely brilliant. Contacted him via check a trade for a boiler service. Dexter arrived and noticed a few issues with the boiler before doing the service. He explained the issues and then sent us a quote which we accepted. Dexter arrived on the agreed time and date. Dexter completed the works and the service on the boiler. He explained there might be some after issues and to let him know. He was correct and so we contacted him and he responded straight away explained everything and is coming back to us to resolve the small issues. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Recently Dexter conducted an annual service on my boiler. I asked him about the replacement of 3 radiators which were showing some signs of corrosion as well as the decommissioning and removal of an old gas fire. His quote was competitive and realistic, and we agreed a date and a price for the work. Dexter turned up on time and did an excellent job in draining the system, replacing the radiators, and recommissioning the central heating. Additionally he removed the old gas heater and tidied up after himself. Dexter is a first rate plumber/heating engineer and can be relied upon to provide a first rate service. Highly recommended !!

Dexter arrived on time on our pre-agreed date to remove a cap-off our old gas fire. He did so with the minimum of fuss, also doing a before and after gas pressure test for the house. His work was quick, neat and extremely well done. Would recommend highly!
