A couple of weeks ago (i was away)my lodger discovered quite a large wasps nest in a bush in my front garden, so he called me. I googled 'pest control' and gave Graham a call. Straight away he gave me a fantastic quote over the phone and arrived at my house within the hour. (I have a door camera)! He sorted the problem very efficiently. Apparently they were a very aggressive bunch - rather him than me! When he finished, he called me to discuss what he'd done, and to let me know the job was completed. Absolutely lovely chap! We called Help Me Pest Control on the Monday and Graham came out on Tuesday. He managed to fit us in so soon due to a cancellation and got in touch again to offer an earlier appointment - which was hugely appreciated. I had spotted some flying insects flying in and out of a hole in my porch wall and was worried that they were wasps. I called and left a (slightly panicky!) message. Duane phoned back within a few minutes and arranged to come round that same afternoon which was fantastic! Duane confirmed that it was a wasps nest in the cavity wall in the porchway, and treated it that afternoon. He was very reassuring, informative and confident that the wasps had been dealt with, but said to call back if there were still signs of wasps after 48 hours. No wasps have been seen since, so the treatment was successful - I would really recommend! Thank you!

From start to finish he kept me informed and in a few short weeks, dealt with everything in a very professional way. Pricing is very reasonable and I wasn't charged for the last visit as Duane just wanted to ensure all was well. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, they are excellent.

I made contact and the tradesperson called me back same day. I was concerned when I saw the nest as my son has allergies and has anaphylaxis, he has never been stung before so I didn't know if it would make him have a reaction hence why I needed it sorting. The tradesperson came out same day and sorted it for me which was amazing. He advised us to close all windows and doors as once he sorted it the wasps would be really angry he also advised my neighbour He contacted me two days later as promised to check there were still no wasps . Absolutely Legendary service, came out within hours to have a look at our chimney as we heard bees buzzing at the top, came up with a custom solution on his drive to us and managed to deal with an issue that could have costed us a bomb, amazingly polite and friendly would recommend to absolutely everyone!

Following an inspection call-out i was given a quotation well within my budget and Graham explained the procedure in full. Our mouse issue wasnt the biggest but we were spoken to like adults, given good advice for what we could do ourselves and charged a very reasonable amount for what we couldn't do.
