Help Me Pest Control Ltd

We called Help Me Pest Control on the Monday and Graham came out on Tuesday. He managed to fit us in so soon due to a cancellation and got in touch again to offer an earlier appointment - which was hugely appreciated. We had a mice problem and in just three visits Graham helped sort the issue. We also have a dog and Graham was able to offer the safest route to take with pets in the house.Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Thank you again Graham!

Very reasonably priced . Couldn’t fault Graham. His number is now on my phone as every year, being an old property I always get wasps nests. Thank you Graham

After 6 failed visits by another pest control service and hundreds already spent I thankfully called Graham to come and have a look to see what he could do for us with the mice problem. Graham was on time every visit, professional and put a plan of action into place. He took time in dealing with the problem and come up with a solution. Absolute fab and very knowledgeable. Graham completed the job and we are finally pest free! Honestly cannot recommend enough! Thanks again :)

So grateful to Graham today for sorting the wasps nest in the kitchen wall extractor vent. Rang him in the morning and came in the afternoon. He explained all what the wasps do and how he was going to deal with them. Fast and extremely efficient with a good sense of humour for the job. No hesitation in recommending him to deal with your pests. Thank you Graham.

I thought I had seen mice droppings in my loft space so called this company. After inspection was told there was no evidence. Very professional and no fee. Would certainly recommend

Graham came and helped with my wasps nests and he was amazing. Highly recommend.

Graham was so helpful, friendly and gave excellent advice! Thank you so much for saving me time and extra money. Graham is honest and you can tell he goes the extra mile for his customers. Thanks again!

I had spotted some flying insects flying in and out of a hole in my porch wall and was worried that they were wasps. I called and left a (slightly panicky!) message. Duane phoned back within a few minutes and arranged to come round that same afternoon which was fantastic! Duane confirmed that it was a wasps nest in the cavity wall in the porchway, and treated it that afternoon. He was very reassuring, informative and confident that the wasps had been dealt with, but said to call back if there were still signs of wasps after 48 hours. No wasps have been seen since, so the treatment was successful - I would really recommend! Thank you!

I discovered mice in the attic and contacted Help me Pest Control. Duane carried out an investigation and provided an action plan to deal with the problem. From start to finish he kept me informed and in a few short weeks, dealt with everything in a very professional way. Pricing is very reasonable and I wasn't charged for the last visit as Duane just wanted to ensure all was well. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, they are excellent.

Graham was a great help when I called for support with Mice in the house etc. Professional and provided lots of advice and has managed to sort our issue out. Would highly recommend

We moved into a new property and discovered on day 1 we had a rodent problem. Dwyane came out super fast and quickly established it was mice. We had a few weeks of treatment finishing up with blocking up all the holes around the property. Dwyane was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us some great advice. Would 100% recommend!!!

Help Me Pest Control conducted a pest survey for a house I'm hoping to buy. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly produced a comprehensive and clear report on the critters. Great service

From the moment I first called Graham to ask for help, it only took a day or so to identify the pest (Grain Weevil), attend our home, discover source of activity and eradicate. I cannot praise this Company enough for their knowledge led approach, professionalism and effective operation. Most highly recommended. Many thanks to Graham and Duane.

Graham had me booked in within a couple days. He took time to check the area & advise best course of action in an understandable manner. Very helpful & excellent service.

Graham was super quick to arrive and sorted the wasp nest for my elderly parents.

I made contact and the tradesperson called me back same day. I was concerned when I saw the nest as my son has allergies and has anaphylaxis, he has never been stung before so I didn't know if it would make him have a reaction hence why I needed it sorting. The tradesperson came out same day and sorted it for me which was amazing. He advised us to close all windows and doors as once he sorted it the wasps would be really angry he also advised my neighbour He contacted me two days later as promised to check there were still no wasps . Such a reliable, prompt, professional. Would recommend.

Professional, friendly and punctual. Great service and I would definitely recommend.

Couldn't recommend the lovely Graham and his services enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. He was fantastic from the first call. A very lovely and highly knowledgeable gentleman who ever so kindly managed to fit me in at short notice to help me out of a bad situation - a bit of a Sherlock Holmes of figuring out problems and finding a solution! He explained everything very clearly, could answer any question I had and took everything I said or asked into account and gave me solid advice too. A huge thank you again, Graham!

Absolutely Legendary service, came out within hours to have a look at our chimney as we heard bees buzzing at the top, came up with a custom solution on his drive to us and managed to deal with an issue that could have costed us a bomb, amazingly polite and friendly would recommend to absolutely everyone!

Our mouse issue wasnt the biggest but we were spoken to like adults, given good advice for what we could do ourselves and charged a very reasonable amount for what we couldn't do. Hopefully I'll not need the service again but I have the number stored if we do.
