Really fantastic service, very friendly, and knowledgable. Paul went out of his way to help me and came even though his day was already full of appointments. Would definitely recommend.

Paul came to deal with a wasp nest in an air brick. He explained the process and carried out the work quickly and efficiently for a good price. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately whilst I was away, the mice decided to move in. I called The Pest Detective on my return and Paul attended very quickly. He was efficient, effective and very knowledgeable and extremely professional, so I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Amazing work two treatments bedbugs gone everything that he had stated happened very trustworthy and worth the money and very reliable Really recommend this company I had two other companies before seeking a third company to do the job properly. One thing I can say about this company is that they are true to their word. There treatment does work

Would highly recommend, they did a great job, very professional, no issues at all

Prompt and professional service Paul gave me very good advice with report on the spot. Will definitely use their service again.

Very friendly and experienced. Always looked out for what was best for us.

Called and seen same day. Answered all our questions. Went out of his way to help inc. climbing on the roof to get the the nest! Thanks. Recommended.

Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. So I was very happy to have Paul treat the house properly and to have things explained to ensure this treatment works! Would highly recommend to anyone, very professional and knowledgeable.

After a quick phone call, Paul turned up on time and quickly dealt with a large wasps nest. Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable, even gave me some free advice about some bees ! 10/10 recommended.

Very happy with the service, the gentleman called in on the day I telephoned about a wasp nest. He chatted through the treatment and carried it out very efficiently and professionally. The wasps disappeared within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend this company and use again if necessary.

I phoned Paul to book in an inspection of my flat. On the day he was running slightly late but phoned me to keep me informed and see if I wanted to change the appointment if required. He was friendly and thorough in inspecting the flat for anything, whilst explaining things as he went. Would definitely use him again if required in the future.

Paul was very friendly and approachable. He worked non-stop to complete loft clearance and woodworm treatment on time. He explained what and why he was doing specific tasks. He was good at overcoming problems and all in all was very professional and I would definitely use him again.

We have used Paul a few times now on different properties and every time Paul is quick to respond/attend, thorough in his inspection and robust in treatment and prevention of vermin. I would recommend Paul 100% based on the cost, quality and thoroughness of his service. Thanks!

Very good and friendly professional guy no nonsense like extra costs and did what he said he was gonna do.

Had a great experience using the pest detective. Very helpful in explaining how to remove my ant issue. Was able to help me with my issue on the same day and arrive on the time we had set. Will definitely be using again if needed.

From the moment I enquired about our issue Paul immediately explained what it was likely to be on the first phone call and told us what to do. Despite being busy he was able to come out the following day and gave me some tips about what I could do in the meantime. The issue has now been resolved following the different visits to carry out treatment and we have had no issues since. I was incredibly grateful to have so much information about why and how it was happening as well as what we can do to reduce issues in the future. Very professional and friendly service - Thanks Paul!

Great, friendly service and reasonable price. Paul inspected our eaves and then came back to block the holes where the birds were entering. Also recommended mortar be repointed in the future to prevent further problems. Would definitely recommend.

Paul and his colleague firstly sprayed the loft to exterminate the cluster fly infestation and then came back 24 hours later to clear out the insulation which was full of dead flies ready for the loft to be re-insulated and then boarded. The loft was then fully sprayed again to remove any remaining bacteria. They were polite and courteous at all times and left the loft clean and tidy, removing the old insulation and taking it to a hazardous waste centre. We were very satisfied with the results.

When I phoned Paul about our rodent problem in the loft he came out the next day and started the treatment immediately great service and half the price of a previous quote. Would definitely recommend

I contacted TPD to complete a disinfection service to provide a safe environment for our customers. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Paul came round when we had a rodent colony problem in the garden. He quickly worked out what to do and explained how he could deal with them for us. He certainly knew his stuff. A few weeks later and we are rodent free, thanks Paul. I would definitely recommend him.
