We recently experienced a rat infestation in our home due to the cold weather and were extremely stressed. We contacted Paul, and he was incredibly responsive. He arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the situation clearly, outlined the treatment plan, and answered all our questions patiently. The treatment was effective and we haven't seen any signs of rats since. We highly recommend TPD for his prompt service, professionalism, and effective solutions.

Called to assist my elderly father (who has Parkinson’s) with wasps in the roof. Arrived onsite with a very confident and quick explain of what was needed then got on with it no fuss. Full explain of what was done and what chemicals were used post the work. I’ve left the review a few days and happy to report that no more wasps are coming or going. Happy to recommend.

Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. So I was very happy to have Paul treat the house properly and to have things explained to ensure this treatment works! Would highly recommend to anyone, very professional and knowledgeable.

I phoned Paul to book in an inspection of my flat. On the day he was running slightly late but phoned me to keep me informed and see if I wanted to change the appointment if required. He was friendly and thorough in inspecting the flat for anything, whilst explaining things as he went. Would definitely use him again if required in the future.
Paul was very friendly and approachable. He worked non-stop to complete loft clearance and woodworm treatment on time. He explained what and why he was doing specific tasks. He was good at overcoming problems and all in all was very professional and I would definitely use him again.

From the moment I enquired about our issue Paul immediately explained what it was likely to be on the first phone call and told us what to do. Despite being busy he was able to come out the following day and gave me some tips about what I could do in the meantime. The issue has now been resolved following the different visits to carry out treatment and we have had no issues since. I was incredibly grateful to have so much information about why and how it was happening as well as what we can do to reduce issues in the future. Great, friendly service and reasonable price. Paul inspected our eaves and then came back to block the holes where the birds were entering. Also recommended mortar be repointed in the future to prevent further problems. Would definitely recommend.
Paul and his colleague firstly sprayed the loft to exterminate the cluster fly infestation and then came back 24 hours later to clear out the insulation which was full of dead flies ready for the loft to be re-insulated and then boarded. The loft was then fully sprayed again to remove any remaining bacteria. They were polite and courteous at all times and left the loft clean and tidy, removing the old insulation and taking it to a hazardous waste centre. We were very satisfied with the results.
When I phoned Paul about our rodent problem in the loft he came out the next day and started the treatment immediately great service and half the price of a previous quote. Would definitely recommend
