Just want to give a big shout out to Jerry who come out couple of times to sort out our ant problem. Great service . Thank you
Jerry has been incredibly helpful in discussing a potential issue and offering reassurance that we don't need to worry about it at this stage, plus advice on what to look out for, and what to expect if we did need to proceed to treatment. He was very kind and empathetic when I explained about a very stressful previous experience with a different pest control provider, competently addressed all my concerns, and I would feel confident in booking him if we did need his services at any future point.
I’ve been using Wessex Pest Control at my place of work for over two years now and have always been very impressed with their service. They are reliable, turning up exactly when they say they will, and I’ve never had to chase them. Whenever we’ve had an issue between scheduled visits, they’ve been quick to respond and attend, which is really reassuring. The team are always friendly, professional, and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
The team swiftly responded to our rodent issue and after much perseverance and following their advice, the issue is thankfully now resolved

Wasp nest. Wessex pest control attended and covered nest in powder. Said if any wasps seen alive in 2 days contact office but all dead with 24hrs. Easy payment too

I had a wasp nest about 3 weeks ago. I was on compassionate leave, and forgot to write a fabulous review of the guy who did a 10 out of 10 job of getting rid of my nest.( He had a bad eye and I forgot it name 😞) He was so enthusiastic on a scorching hot day. He was so interesting and learnt alot about 🐝 🐝🐝 in a short space of time. I even googled more when he left. I would definitely use Wessex pest control again. Big thank you to the guy who's name I forgot 🤦♀️
Not used there service in the end, as we had put our own bait down for rats. But very helpful over the phone.

We recently had mice in our loft that kept us awake at night, called Wessex pest control and they promptly visited my property the next day and have had 2 follow up visits following this. Excellent service, Jerry was very professional and polite. Would recommend their services.
We recently had rats in our loft and Jerry came and sorted everything out for us. He was great! Really helpful and professional. An excellent service, we were really impressed. I would most definitely recommend.
I haven't posted a Google review before but the service we have received from Adam and Jerry at Wessex Pest control has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem. From the outset we felt in very safe hands and had great confidence they would solve the problem. Very happy!
100% positive. Jerry looks after our stables and house. He has kept the stables almost totally rat and mice free for years - not a small achievement. The house never has a problem. Jerry also deals with our wasp nests and cluster flies in the loft.
Jerry responded to an emergency situation I had with rat(s) and was very polite, understanding, skilled, explained in detail the work needed and very professional. Highly recommended.
