ThermoPest Bed Bug Treatment Southampton

Gavin and the team were brilliant — really professional but also down to earth. You can tell they actually specialise in bed bugs, not just general pest control. House was spotless afterwards too.

Quick, professional, and got the job done to a high standard.

We are very happy with the work Thermopest completed at our house. We had been trying to deal with bedbugs ourselves with all the treatments we had available to us - diatomaceous earth, over the counter sprays, professional-grade concentrate, but we wish we had come straight to Thermopest. The customer service was excellent, with Gavin able to fit us in for treatment at short notice and happy to answer any questions about preparation in the lead up to treatment. The guys that came on the day were really professional, arrived early, cracked on at 8am and it was safe to reenter the property at 3pm. They blasted the whole house with heat and killed everything. This was just over a week ago and we have seen no signs of any activity. No bites! Worth every penny. If you are reading this researching your options, just skip everything else and go straight to heat treatment.

ThermoPest’s team was fantastic—they worked around our schedule and used their heat treatment to get rid of the pests. Our guests had no idea there’d been an issue, and we’ve had no complaints since. Absolute legends!
