I had an ant infestation in my garden. Gave Adam a call and he was able to pop over that same day and treat the issue there and then. After a couple of days the ants were on the decline & a week later pretty much all gone. He even rang me 2 weeks later to check that the treatment was successful. I also Recommended Adam to my family who also had a similar issue and sorted it out for them on several occasions. Absolutely lovely bloke. The family was really happy with the result of the treatment also. Genuinely can't fault him. Highly recommend Adam from Valiant Pest Management to anyone. Will always come back if anything arises. Adam loves his job, he arrived in time and in an exuberant mood to the task that lay in wait. He did a full building survey and soon found a point of access that was to me, hiding in plain sight. Laid bait and baiting stations. A few visits later when the baits were untouched the access hole was filled. An alarming level of enthusiasm but if you have rats, you need someone like Adam.
Adam from Valiant was spot on! 😀 Called him, booked him, survey of the house completed (neighbours too) traps put down. One week, mouse caught! He’s also completed loads of prevention work, keeping those pests out the roof! Brilliant communication and kept me up to date and explained everything well…even took his shoes off in the house haha. Recommend! Easy payment too. Thanks Adam and keep up the good work!!! Worth every penny!
Adam arrived within 3 hours of contacting him and provided a very quick and professional service. Highly recommend getting a local expert rather than some national agency that just send in cowboys. Adam gave us loads of free advice about various methods of pest control and his prices were very reasonable. We would not hesitate to call him again if needed and certainly recommend you go straight to Valiant Pest Management should you have any kind of pest problem.

After spending a substantial amount of money with another pest control company and multiple visits I phoned Adam in desperation as I was being kept awake at night with rats in our cavity walls. Adam listened to my issues, identified how they were getting in straight away and sorted it out within two visits. I am very happy with his service and cannot recommend him highly enough. It pays to use an independent local company.

I called Adam as I had an issue with a certain pest. Adam was on holiday at the time with his family but never failed to take my calls or answer my messages. As soon as he had a space in his diary, he booked us in and got us on the go straight away. His dedication to his job goes above and beyond. I became really ill and anxious regarding my pest control problem and Adam tried to reassure me as best he could. He has been honest from the start and again has never failed to answer my calls or reassure me on issues that I have been worrying about. He is professional and feels like we have known him for years! He goes above and beyond and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help. Great service when we had a rat issue. Adam came out next day, he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Sorted the rat problem really quickly, messaged me regularly and came back for follow up visits to ensure the rats were definitely gone for good. Very reasonably priced, great local business. Adam was really professional and got our rat problem sorted in about 3 visits. Dug out an entire pipe they were using to get into our house to block it and covered it back up. Was thorough in checking the whole house and returning visits to make sure the problem was gone. Been months now and we’ve not had any unwanted visits since. Highly recommend as such good value service for money.

Not all hero's wear capes.. Professional. Friendly.Informative. Knowledgeable. Approachable. Flexible These are just some of the key attributes Adam possesses. We were the unfortunate victim of a rat infestation in part of our work building. Though the landlord paid for inital inspection and treatment, sadly he refused to agree to and pay for the remedial work required to remove remains, decontaminate and lay new insulation. We became very desperate and very nearly had to close due to the smell and maggots not to mention the health risk. Adam, was very thorough, transparent and informative of all work carried out and all work needed. We managed to gain agreement internally to fund this ourselves and Adam couldn't have been more flexible and accommodating in fitting us in around his already pre-booked jobs in order for us to resume service. His positive, can do attitude is a breath of fresh air. Nothing was ever too much. Highly recommend 👌
