Craig Morris Countryside Services

Craig helped me verify that pests had vacated my roof before I carried out repairs by using remote connected surveillance equipment and other equipment, he also helped with a wasp nest during the same visits. Great prompt service, kept me informed and was flexible around my needs. would use again if I needed.

Used Craig’s services to remove five squirrels from our house loft. Craig provided brilliant service from first contact to removing all the squirrels successfully. Using a live view camera in the loft he was able to email evidence of each squirrel removal and monitor in real time their behaviour. Craig goes out of his way to get the job done and is very friendly guy. Prompt service and great communication. Would highly recommend Craig.

With a challenging situation, Craig Morris was very thorough, professional and a good communicator. He quickly assessed the most likely cause of the problem.

Fantastic service. Very professional, highly recommend Craig to anyone who needs a job doing properly. We had a rat issue in our cavity's, at the front of our house. Dealt with within 4 visits. Very good prices for service provided and explained well what the plan of action was and how long it would take. No catches or add on prices. Thoroughly nice bloke too. 👍

Craig came to investigate a rodent problem and was extremely thorough in finding an entry point in a neighbouring property. Within three visits, the problem was eradicated and drain blockers installed to help prevent a reoccurrence. With a friendly and professional service throughout, Craig will be the first port of call for any future issues.

Great service, and excellent communication throughout. Was able to come same day, and spent a long time investigating how and where the rodents for into our home. Sorted the problem within a few days, and did a great job of covering up broken vents.

Responded quickly. Extremely professional and informative. Many thanks Craig.

Craig came out to remove a mole from the garden. He was caught on the second day . He reset traps and came back free of charge to just make sure there wasn’t anymore.. Craig is extremely knowledgeable, he gave our children a little talk about the mole which was fantastic. Really nice guy, very professional service. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again should we need to.

Excellent job, we had a large hornet nest that had become a nuisance, Craig dealt with it the next day, a big relief as the young dog had taken an interest.

Great service, called about a wasp’s nest and came out same day and he dealt with the problem. Very helpful.

Craig was very quick to respond, efficient and easy to work with. Caught moles on first go too

A fellow Craig did a marvellous job! Phoned Craig to sort out a hornets nest near my home. He came the same day and removed it within 2 hours of our phone call! A very polite, friendly chap with work completed at a competitive cost. Would highly recommend Craig’s services!

After being impressed by Craig’s website and reviews, I contacted him about a wasp’s nest at my yard. He called back within the hour and was able to book me in for an appointment a couple of days later to fit in with my work schedule. The wasps nest turned out to be a hornet’s nest and after discussing my dilemma of fumigating the nest (it was important to know I was doing this for the correct reasons and for the protection of our horses and visitors), it was done quickly and humanely. Craig is so knowledgeable and professional and such a super chap as well. I would not hesitate in recommending his services to others. P.S. and excellent prices.........

Excellent service. Craig is very knowledgeable, good value for money, communicates well and resolved my issue with moles after the first visit. Highly recommended.

Craig is friendly, professional, punctual, good value and fast. He dealt with my multi-mole problem very promptly and I wouldn't even consider using anyone else in future - unless I moved out of the area :-)

We have used Craig to help us with various things over a number of years. He is highly professional as well as being friendly and responsive.

We’ve just used Craig’s services for a small Mice issue at our property. I had initially found another company online who quoted an extortionate amount but managed to come across Craig and after reading reviews and calling was delighted that he was able to book us in so quickly. Craig offers very reasonable prices and an exceptional service- he is also a lovely gentleman! Delighted to say our Mice have now departed and while I hope we don’t need Craig again he would , without a doubt, be the first person we call!

Top class service fast friendly and efficient would recommend highly Eddie

Brilliant service received from Craig. We moved into a new home that had a bad rat problem. He located where they where getting in and baited the relevant areas. Within a week or so they were gone and the hole blocked up. Craig is very knowledgeable, and well priced compared to other companies. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Craig was so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him and his trusty assistant Monty. I would use him again if needed. He certainly was totally no nonsense and efficient. Thank you Craig

We contacted Craig after our resident rats failed to take any of the council laid bait. Craig used a different bait which they took to immediately (as shown on our sneaky night vision camera). Craig spent a good deal of time trying to find entry points into our roof space. He couldn’t and suggested getting a sewer survey as this is the most common source for rat problems. The rats have gone for now and the results of the sewer survey have shown possible entry points. We are hopeful that we can prevent the rats from returning. Craig went over and above and we would 100% recommend his services:-)

I support all the positive comments on here about this business. Craig is professional, friendly and happy to explain what he's doing. He was clearing a rat nest under my patio and I will admit to the garden being messy (rain and leaf fall not helping) but he happily got on his knees and laid the bait. Would definitely use him again if necessary.

Craig was professional and knowledgable. He worked with conservation being key and shared his knowledge with me advising on how to prevent further issues and setting expectations right from the start. I highly recommend him and the service he provides.

Craig was very professional. He responded promptly to my request for rat extermination and his input was totally effective. His rates were reasonable. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I highly recommend Craig, he was able to come out the same day I called him. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Craig's services are very fairly priced too, compared to the hundreds of pounds other companies were charging.

Craig was knowledgeable, helpful & courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very efficient service. Craig is very friendly and got the job done quickly and cleanly less than 24hrs after I made contact. I will be using him again.

We had a wasp nest in our roof space and Craig dealt with it quickly and efficiently. He didn't require access inside the home and was able to treat from the external tiles - which was a bonus! I would highly recommend.

Craig visited after I had difficulty getting a response from any other provider, even messaging me while on holiday. He arrived as agreed and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, with his trusty partner Monty the border terrier, who enjoys his work sniffing out the pest. Can't recommend Craig and the lovely Monty enough.

Craig is very professional, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to find out where the rodents were getting into my house investigating cellar, loft and outside. He found a hole in the brickwork and covered it up and caught 2 rats in his trap in the loft. I would definitely recommend his services. I now feel safe for the foreseeable future!

Professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend.

Craig turned up as planned, resolved the problems ( moles and rat) and was charming to boot! Strong recommend!

Craig was very responsive and got back to me immediately when I contacted him about rodents in our house. He is a lovely guy, careful, considerate and knowledgeable. Craig removed more moles in 2 days than I did in 10 YEARS !

The wasp nest was under the tiles above our front porch. The wasps were eating through the hardboard above the door. Craig arrived promptly and explained how to deal with the wasps. He was professional and efficient. I would recommend him.

Excellent service by the amazing 'Monty' and his partner Craig, I would give it 6 stars if I could. Unique and amazing service, don't hesitate, such quick professional and positive service. Thank you both.

Extremely pleased with the very friendly and professional service from Craig and of course, Monty the terrier ! In my experience a trained dog is vital for detecting rodents entry and exit points as just leaving baits/traps is only part of the solution. Very thorough and thoughtful service from Craig , highly recommend . Regards Dave Lucas

Craig arrived on time and was brilliant at explaining everything including how he was going to tackle our problem. He was very thorough and efficient as well as being friendly. We even had a follow up curtesy call which was much appreciated. Would definitely use him again and would happily recommend him. Other members of the family have already used Craigs services and actually recommended him to us. We were not disappointed.

Craig is really prompt. He came quickly after we called him. Craig was always smiling, very friendly and most important is - he really understand his work. He helped us with moles in the garden, with mice and some other animal somewhere under the roof. He put on a dustproof suit and he found that we have also a problem with a squirrel. After 3 of his visits was our house and garden safe again. He and his dog are great team. We paied just for the servise we really used. He is the best pest controler ever. We can really recommend his services.
