Heard loud noises in the corner of our loft. Turned out four squirrels had decided to make our loft their home. Ash who was very professional did a great job of eradicating our problem. Afterwards the squirrels entry was blocked by his boss. I would without hesitation recommend Control Services.
Called the guys to deal with squirrels getting into my attic a few months ago. Ash was very polite and helpful, answered all my questions (of which there were many) did a survey, set traps and came back a few times to check/reset. Eventually Martin and Ash also did some proofing of my roof to prevent any more getting in. Pricing was reasonable and they were quick to respond to comms. So far no more squirrels afaik, fingers crossed and great service, would definitely recommend.

Ash was so brilliant at sorting out our rat issue! He was incredibly knowledgable about rat behaviour and reassured us that there was a tried and tested solution..which of course, there was! Won’t go anywhere else for pest control issues in the future. Thanks Ash and Pest Control Berkshire!
The kindest most informative and helpful staff! Amazing customer service. Martin answered the phone when I enquired and was so helpful and knowledgable. Ash went and above beyond to help us each time we have had an issue (once with mice and another with rats). He clearly loves what he does and is interested in getting to the heart of the problem rather than a quick temporary fix. Martin gave me a very personable and professional service today regarding a wasps nest which needed treating. He arrived punctually, is clearly very experienced and dealt with this quickly, calmly and efficiently. I also have a problem with grey squirrels locally and he was happy to give me some excellent honest advice about these as well. Overall I was very impressed and would strongly recommend him.

Pest Control Services (Martin) was the only pest control to return our call the morning after we left a voicemail about a suspected rat. He attended our property within a couple of days to assess the situation and lay out traps. The rat required three more visits to get rid of, but Martin was clear at the beginning that he would cap the cost at 3 visits, regardless of how long it took to get rid of the problem. Overall, we were very pleased with the professionalism of the service and would call on Martin again if needed (hopefully never!).

Martin came to see us in early July this year to resolve the filter fly issue that caused us so much problems throughout the summer and left us in shock. He was very professional and approachable at breaking down how this problem came about. We had a crowd of filter flies coming up from our bath tub. Martin had a look at the drain in our garden which was aligned next to our bathroom, and noticed that there was a severe blockage that consisted of leafs and sewage that had built up over the years. He cleared all of this on the day of his visit and showed us how to thoroughly maintain it. A few tiny flies appeared the next day In which Martin forewarned us about, however as he had predicted, they completely disappeared shortly afterwards and we have not seen them since. The most reassuring thing is that he did not leave things there, we were kindly informed to contact him if the flies returned. Massive thanks to this excellent pest control technician for helping us out. Very happy with the service we were fortunate to have.
Had a great experience. Martin was charming and friendly in person, and responsive and helpful on the phone. He made sure to ring me to let me know he was a little delayed and was efficient and capable when dealing with our ant issue. The prices were good value and he made sure to do a thorough job, despite the ants deciding to take that particularly day off. Would definitely recommend.

We've been using the services of Pest Control, and specifically Martin Cane for about 8 years now, and for good reason. We live in an old thatched house with a large garden, and inevitably have periodic problems with vermin and wasps. Initially we called on Martin to inspect and subsequently treat all the timbers in our house (and there are a lot!). He was thorough, professional, trustworthy and always likeable and friendly. When further issues arose (like the wasps), we didn't hesitate to get Martin back in. His work has always been highly effective and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate in recommending Pest Control to anyone. You'd be hard pushed to get a better service anywhere else.
