I called The Pest Specialist last Sunday afternoon after returning home to find a lot of wasp activity near my front door and going in and out of a metal cupboard in the wall next to the door. I was literally shaking as I am terrified of them due to an allergy. Giz kindly said he would come out within a few hours. He arrived as promised and it turned out not to be a nest. He was so accommodating and didn’t diminish how I was feeling, and to help me feel rest assured, he sprayed the whole area inside the cupboard, around the windows and around the front door and assured me, if there was any sign of a nest, we would have seen something after spraying. One fell out of the cupboard after the spray but that was it. He also said if there was any further sightings the next morning, he’d come back. I saw one flying around just being curious the next morning, but nothing more. I couldn’t recommend Giz highly enough. For someone to come out at short notice on a Sunday evening is going above and beyond. The call out charge was a little extra as it was a Sunday, but it was worth every penny to have peace of mind. I did call several services before I found this one, the price was almost doubled and no one was willing to help. I rate this service 5***** I will definitely forward Giz’s details on to friends or neighbours and wouldn’t hesitate to call again knowing I was in safe hands. Thank you so much!

I met the wonderful Giz! As soon as he entered my property he was extremely respectful. He pinned my problem on a dead rodent in my chimney and advised me on what to do. He came and thoroughly checked everywhere for holes and entrance points, he found two and advised me to get steel wool to cover up the holes. He also told me he didn’t want to over charge me as I can do things myself which I appreciate so much. He went to work tackling every entrance point and giving me peace of mind. He also educated me on different types of rodents and how to tackle them. I’m definitely calling and using this service again since this is extremely helpful!! Very polite and thorough. Giz came out to me on the same day of my request. He spoke to me for 20 minutes calming me down as I’m absolutely terrified of mice. I saw one run across my living room and had been up all night, Giz had a calm reassurance and knowledge I rarely come across. Upon a prompt arrival, Giz set up and explored the house understanding exactly where the mice were coming from and gave me three types of poison before the next visit. He continued to reassure me and even set up a camera from the entry point. I haven’t heard anything since so I can finally sleep at night, and even more so now I have The Pest Specialist on speed dial! Thank you, highly recommend.
I recently had a rodent problem and the services was excellent from start to finish. His was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect everything, explain the process and made sure everything was fully resolved. Giz even went above and beyond with a follow up visit to reassure me that the issue was resolved. I have had no issues since and would definitely recommend!
I couldn’t recommend Giz enough. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me calming me down due to a rat problem. He then came within 2 hours and has exterminated the rat problem within a short period of time. He is friendly, kind and reliable which I have found very hard to find recently. Great at dealing with a mouse infestation we had at home. Knew where to look for all the entry points and sealed all the holes we could find and helped deter the mice from exploring through the house!

Had a telephone consultation first. He explained everything to me. Answered every question. Turned up on time , considerate with shoe covers and careful around the house. Found Mice droppings in loft. Showed me poison being used, where he was putting it. He then booked me in for second visit. He said if I had any problems to call straight away. Fantastic service. Luckily having cats the mice had not made it downstairs. Highly recommend for all your pest needs.
