Arek was very flexible on return visits and was open to returning earlier than scheduled if needed. We also had a one-way rodent flap fitted to the drain. We highly recommend this service.

Arek quickly surveyed the property and provided excellent advice and a reasonable quote. He thoroughly cleaned the pigeon droppings from the affected area and installed deterrent spikes even in the awkward space where ladders would have been difficult to put up. Great service, second time round we have called regarding rodents (5 years apart). Came round the same day which I was truly impressed with. We would not use anyone else. The problem was sorted after their first visit. Hope we don’t have to use you again but if needed, would use you again.

November 2025 we had a hideous infestation of maggots in the house most likely due to a dead rat in the roof. Sun Pest Control were not available to act immediately and we had an alternative company instead to find the source of the infestation, put rat killer in the roof and try to prevent access by rats in future. However, to make sure we were clear of rats, I called Sun Pest Control to do a second sweep of the roof and they found evidence that rats were still present. They took the necessary further action and also suggested additional preventative measures which were put in place. Arek was attentive and helpful and I felt more reassured by the action taken by Sun Pest Control.

Arek came to investigate some rat sightings we'd seen in our garden. He identified trails and laid bait and traps. He made two further visits to check and renew bait that solved our problem.
How about a coincidence , Arek was dealing with a neighbours wasp nest and I returned from holiday with one at the fro t of my house. He kindly popped over dealt with the problem and gave me a receipt and guarantee if it returned this season he would come back . From having a swarm of wasps this am there us no sign of them . This was a second time I used Sun Pest Control services (I guess I am just lucky to bring bed bugs to my accommodation). Initially I used Arek’s services in 2020 when I moved into infested accommodation and Arek was really great with getting rid of nasty bed bugs. My flatmate and I have recently had unfortunate luck of bringing bed bugs to our accommodation after our travels and I knew straight away whom to call. Arek responded really fast and was available almost the next day. He sent us all the instructions on how to properly prepare everything for bed bugs treatment and was very reassuring and friendly in answering to all our questions and concerns. I have previously recommended his services to a friend who had same problem (he was also very pleased with the services) and I would also again highly recommend his services.
Very satisfied with them. Aaron came because I saw a field mouse in the lounge 🥴 It was a one off. He put stuff down but nothing was eaten despite 3 visits. I had a broken air brick & he replaced/covered it plus 5 others with wire mesh to prevent anything else getting in to my house. I would definitely recommend them & they don’t charge stupid prices like the bigger companies

I had a really positive experience from Arek's services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! He helped with a cluster fly fumigation in our loft. On the phone, he'd explained that it would usually take two separate visits to sort out these type of infestations but upon examining the issue he said it wasn't as bad as he was expecting and said only one visit was probably necessary, and only charged for one visit too. I really appreciated his honest appraisal of the situation, as well as his friendly and professional manner. He also delivered a report of what was carried out after too.
