After having used Ibz in the past for a separate inspection, I knew just the person to message when I had a pest problem. Ibz responded to me within the hour and attended my property the very next day ( a Sunday might I add) and started treatment. Ibz also responded to all of my panicky messages and questions with professionalism and kindness and really helped put my worries to rest. Ibz has been amazing throughout the process, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needed help with a pest problem. Not all hero’s wear capes…this one wears a hazmat suit. I can’t thank you enough!!!

Ibz’ background in biology meant he was able to diagnose the problem (species present and exactly which areas were affected), explain it in layman’s terms and treat it comprehensively and effectively. I have used Ibz on two different issues over a span of 2½ years. The fact that I called him a second time is an indication of how much I valued the work he did the first time. Communication: Any time I've reached out to Ibz, he has been prompt with his response. He replies to texts and calls very quickly. No questions asked are too silly. He is patient, calming and detail-oriented. Service: Ibz is thorough and respectful of the property. After the initial inspections, he explained his findings and within 12-24 hours sent over his recommendations, with a description and photographic evidence of his findings and his quotes. The speed of which has been appreciated, as such situations can feel extremely time-sensitive. Results: I first used Ibz 2½ years ago, due to persistent internal home issues. The house had entry points in the most awkward of places for 'visitors'. The work he did, resolved this completely, for which I have sung his praises since. Currently, there is a complicated external issue, and Ibz has gone above and beyond to resolve it, including consistent communication, involving another colleague in a second drain inspection(included within the price of the first) to ensure the thoroughness of his findings, and a courtesy inspection when I shared some concerns with him. I cannot recommend Ibz highly enough, and have passed his details onto family and friends.

I asked Ibz and his team at Pest Preditors to assist one of my clients, who was trying to sell her home and had some damp and woodworm issues, that were preventing any mortgage lender lending on the property . Ibz visited and quoted in a matter of days and put an extensive schedule of work in place. Now we have a bone dry house, fully treated for woodworm and now a mortgage offer in place. Ibz was really knowledgeable and so helpful. He was quick to respond to messages and to arrange when he could come out. He was really thorough and ensured the job completed fully. We'd already had the council out 2 times and the wasps were still going strong. He used thermal imaging to ensure he knew where the nest was. The entrance made getting to the nest tricky to spray so he dug down to ensure the nest was properly treated. I honestly couldn't rate him highly enough.

Found pest predators on google when looking for someone to treat a pest problem in our flat. Ibz was quick to answer the phone and came over immediately within the next 2 hours to do an initial survey and spoke about the process in detail and the treatments he can offer. He was polite and prompt in replying to all messages about pre-treatment steps to be taken, even during odd hours. He always spoke politely and reassuringly that we need not worry about this issue. He sends a report with pictures after the treatment which was helpful to understand what kind of work he has done. It’s been about a week since his first visit and there’s been no issues so far. I’ll keep posted after the 2nd treatment. I would recommend Pest predators to anyone who has any pest problem at their house.
