Pest Predators Limited

After having used Ibz in the past for a separate inspection, I knew just the person to message when I had a pest problem. Ibz responded to me within the hour and attended my property the very next day ( a Sunday might I add) and started treatment. Ibz also responded to all of my panicky messages and questions with professionalism and kindness and really helped put my worries to rest. Ibz has been amazing throughout the process, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needed help with a pest problem. Not all hero’s wear capes…this one wears a hazmat suit. I can’t thank you enough!!!

We’ve used Pest Predators a couple of times now, and they’ve never disappointed us. They’re always on time, friendly, and get the job done properly. Every issue we’ve had has been sorted quickly, and we’ve always been really happy with the results. It’s great to have someone you can rely on, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a pest control you can trust.

Very Quickly solved my Pest problems. Very experiences Guy

Expert knowledge, outstanding attention to detail and excellent customer service. We are returning customers after Ibz handled a moth infestation in a prior rental property. Ibz’ background in biology meant he was able to diagnose the problem (species present and exactly which areas were affected), explain it in layman’s terms and treat it comprehensively and effectively. When we encountered another property with this issue, we knew to call Ibz immediately. Once again, he provided an outstanding level of service. Ibz identified exactly where the source was coming from and which areas were affected (including a carpet in the store cupboard, and a pillow!) There is nobody else I would trust to handle a pest control problem in London. I will be recommending Ibz to neighbours and local agents.

Hi Ibz, Thank you so much for all your help and for sending the report through. We really appreciate the time you’ve taken and everything you’ve done to help resolve the issue. Without your help, my daughter wouldn’t have been getting a good night’s sleep, so we’re especially grateful that, there’s no more squirrels scratching in the loft keeping her awake. We’re very grateful for your advice and assistance throughout. Many thanks again for all your help and appreciate your prompt visits. Would highly recommend your services to anyone dealing with similar issues.

A wonderful person and incredibly skilled at what he does. If you’re dealing with rodent issues, he’s absolutely the right person to call.

He was quick to respond and easy to book. He came out was on time, super friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t rush the job. Since the visit, I’ve not had any issues at all, so it’s definitely worked. Would 100% recommend if you need pest control—great service and no hassle 👍

I would highly recommend using this company. My pest control problem was diagnosed and treated within a couple of days. Everything was dealt with professionally with a full survey report prior to work and a detail report once the wok was carried out. All my question were fully answered and a full explanation of treatment and work was thoroughly explained.

Highly recommend. Very professional and gives you lots of information.

As a property manager looking after blocks if flats I couldn't recommend them enough. Usually I have to chase contractors all the time. Not Pest Predators. They are on top of everything, update me regularly and are very quick to react and respond. I absolutely love working with them. If you need pest control- they are your people!

For what can be a frightening issue, Ibz managed to create calm with professionalism and expertise. He is knowledgeable and handled the situation with efficiency. On top of that, he is respectful - I especially appreciated that he put on shoe covers when he entered my home!

I have used Ibz on two different issues over a span of 2½ years. The fact that I called him a second time is an indication of how much I valued the work he did the first time. Communication: Any time I've reached out to Ibz, he has been prompt with his response. He replies to texts and calls very quickly. No questions asked are too silly. He is patient, calming and detail-oriented. Service: Ibz is thorough and respectful of the property. After the initial inspections, he explained his findings and within 12-24 hours sent over his recommendations, with a description and photographic evidence of his findings and his quotes. The speed of which has been appreciated, as such situations can feel extremely time-sensitive. Results: I first used Ibz 2½ years ago, due to persistent internal home issues. The house had entry points in the most awkward of places for 'visitors'. The work he did, resolved this completely, for which I have sung his praises since. Currently, there is a complicated external issue, and Ibz has gone above and beyond to resolve it, including consistent communication, involving another colleague in a second drain inspection(included within the price of the first) to ensure the thoroughness of his findings, and a courtesy inspection when I shared some concerns with him. I cannot recommend Ibz highly enough, and have passed his details onto family and friends.

Pest predators are brilliant IBZ has explained everything answered my millions of questions and doesn’t make you feel awkward when asking. Got rid of the problem we had. Definitely recommend wouldn’t go with anyone else

I asked Ibz and his team at Pest Preditors to assist one of my clients, who was trying to sell her home and had some damp and woodworm issues, that were preventing any mortgage lender lending on the property . Ibz visited and quoted in a matter of days and put an extensive schedule of work in place. Now we have a bone dry house, fully treated for woodworm and now a mortgage offer in place. I cannot sing the praises enough of Ibz and his amazing team.

Thank you soo much for your help ibz!

Would highly recommend Pest Predators. Ibz was informative, knowledgeable and thorough. Fairly priced too. He provided detailed reports after each visit to confirm what he had done and actions to be taken.

Highly recommended. I can’t be grateful enough for the work done on our property. I’ve never found anyone as professional as them. Their attention to detail in solving our mice problem—especially sealing and covering the insulation in our living areas—was outstanding.

Was amazing service from start to finish, on time, super helpful and knowledgeable and got the problem resolved quickly Will use again

Outstanding Pest Control Service – Truly Above and Beyond Ibz is an absolute hero — and truly deserves that title. From the moment we first contacted him, he was responsive, informative, and immediately instilled confidence with his deep understanding of the issue. During his initial visit, he carried out a thorough assessment and quickly identified a rat infestation within our cavity walls. That same evening, we received a detailed report along with a clear plan of action to prevent the rats from entering our home again. What sets Ibz apart is not only his exceptional knowledge of both the cause and solution, but also his proactive approach to ensuring long-term prevention. At one point we were in daily contact, and he consistently replied with detailed, reassuring messages that helped put our minds at ease during a very stressful time. We cannot recommend Ibz highly enough. We have never encountered a professional quite like him — someone who genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome and takes the time to explain every step of the process. He is truly an expert in his field. Thank you, Ibz, for restoring calm to our household.

Fantastic service from Ibz who is a real expert and knowledgeable in his field as well as being a thoroughly great guy. I am extremely confident that our moth infestation has been solved.

On time, polite, helpful and informative, got rid of wasp nest quickly and effectively, competitive price, will definitely use again if the need arises

Ibz was really knowledgeable and so helpful. He was quick to respond to messages and to arrange when he could come out. He was really thorough and ensured the job completed fully. We'd already had the council out 2 times and the wasps were still going strong. He used thermal imaging to ensure he knew where the nest was. The entrance made getting to the nest tricky to spray so he dug down to ensure the nest was properly treated. I honestly couldn't rate him highly enough.

Super helpful with my pest problem. Really happy with the service! Thank you

We were very impressed with Ibz, he was polite, knowledgeable and thorough in his work and quickly sorted our problem. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Andrew & Sarah

Found pest predators on google when looking for someone to treat a pest problem in our flat. Ibz was quick to answer the phone and came over immediately within the next 2 hours to do an initial survey and spoke about the process in detail and the treatments he can offer. He was polite and prompt in replying to all messages about pre-treatment steps to be taken, even during odd hours. He always spoke politely and reassuringly that we need not worry about this issue. He sends a report with pictures after the treatment which was helpful to understand what kind of work he has done. It’s been about a week since his first visit and there’s been no issues so far. I’ll keep posted after the 2nd treatment. I would recommend Pest predators to anyone who has any pest problem at their house.

Super service, very knowledgeable and hard working, cleared out my unwanted guests and so far they havnt come back. Would recommend

Absolutely superb experience. Ibz came out and spent lots of time discussing the options we had at great length (and at no cost!). Our situation was quite technically difficult, but nothing was too much of an ask and everything was dealt with swiftly, easily and with a smile on the face. You wouldn't have even known Ibz had even been he had left everything so tidy, couldn't reccomend enough! Really great value for money, and conducted in a super professional manner. Thanks for the help!!

Had birds nesting in the ceiling two years in a row, and my neighbour recommended Pest Predators. I had the same technician both times — friendly, professional, and stuck with it until the job was properly done. The second time was particularly tricky (three stories up), but he didn’t cut corners and made sure I was happy with the result. Fair pricing, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. I’ve since recommended him to others — would happily do so again.
