I had treatment Wednesday after, calling up in a panic Tuesday day. Charlie and Craig were amazing really reassuring, friendly and down to earth, as I worked myself into a right state, I was very scared on edge. I felt very much at ease, thank you so much on the treatment’s you provided, I can’t thank you enough! I can’t comment on the success of the treatment yet because it’s only been day 2. Again thank you, you and your team are hero’s, I couldn’t do your job.

I needed our solar panels bird-proofed. RS Pest Control moved fast, including arranging for the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, and were very friendly and helpful when I spoke to them on the phone. Everything was done within ten days. I am very pleased.

Cam back out as we weren't happy with the service we received plus cost we paid, so appreciated the effort to make things better. Something should be mentioned from the start that all bate gets removed from 3nd visit so customer knows what to expect.

Awful customer service, communication… well there was none not helpful at all short answers ‘no’ when asking advice. Wouldn’t bother even getting in touch

I have used RS Pest control a number of times over the years. They are very responsive and professional. Included in their fee is a couple of additional visits should their first attempt prove unsuccessful which is reassuring. So far I've not had to take them up on this so they clearly know what they are doing.

My landscape gardeners noticed a wasps nest today. I contacted RS Pest Control who told me that the person would arrive in just under 20 minutes. The person came, took the wasps nest away right away, indeed he/she was so quick, I hadn’t noticed that he/she had been already. A very efficiant service without a hitch. Contacted R/S in the morning with wasp nest in my roof space same day a technician arrived and applied the spray, unfortunately it did not eradicate the wasp so a second visit was arranged (at no extra cost) this time all wasps have gone. Great professional service would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing, I called them up after my dad had been stung several times but some wasps and then by another disgraceful company, who charged way too much for less than 2 mins work. The lady who answered the phone was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Even though they were really busy, Lewis (I think it was) came out at the end of his shift. He talked me through what he thinks the other company did and put my mind at rest stayed for a while to check the nests and make sure there was no activity, he also checked other areas. They were absolutely brilliant and will definitely make them the 1st call next time as I know we have a few more. Thank you again so much. You made a really crap day so much better.

Excellent rapid service, Lewis gave me all the information I needed for a follow up.

Called up RS Pest control as we needed a nest of bumblebees moved before building work started. They managed to fit us in the next day, which was amazing. Lewis was great, arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He stayed longer than needed to get as many of the bees in the box as possible. I was so pleased they were off to a happy life elsewhere!

Same day service, the wasp nest was removed quickly and efficiently.

The service was brilliant Lewis was very friendly and we didn’t feel bad about having rats in the garden again, all gone now and would use them again but I hope we won’t need to

My first experience with RS Pest Control and have to say they are well worth the 5 stars. Jack, the technician arrived on time, very charismatic lad, who took the time to explain the entire process too me, he has bait trapped our front drain, explained how it would work and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is coming back next week to see how the bait trap has worked and if anything further needs doing. He is an asset to RS Pest Control, who are aiming to be the premier Pest Control Company for the South. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic service! The team arrived quickly after our call and safely removed a swarm of bees from our garden. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of both our space and the bees. My dad had a wasps nest on his property so I rang his local council and they said they would have to speak to him first to confirm it was a wasps nest! He’s 85 and gets very confused so this wasn’t an option. They also couldn’t guarantee when they could come out so I rang these guys and within an hour of the phone call the nest was all sorted! The lovely lady on the phone promised me it would be the same day but this was incredible! So thankful for such amazing service. Would highly recommend.

RS Pest Control provides excellent service. Charlie is very trustworthy. They helped me build a net around my solar panels to prevent pigeons or other birds from nesting inside. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

I cannot recommend this company enough!!!! They came to my office within 15 mins of calling them regarding a swarm of bees outside my doorway. They told me what the situation was, kept me calm and reassured me that the bees would dissappear over the next day due to the main hive not being in the vicinity. Their knowledge and their speed at arriving kept me calm whilst I felt trapped inside the office. The next day the bees were gone. I will definitely call them out again for any pest control situation... although I hope I never need to!

RS Pest control are great! We were told we may have rats when an electrician went into our loft recently. I contacted RS and Jack came out to check the loft within the week. He was very polite and helpful, and explained everything to me. I had texts to say when he was on his way, and he was within the times I was told every time. Luckily we didn't have rats but I feel assured that if we had, they would have been dealt with effectively! Thanks, Jack.

I contacted Charlie at RS on Tuesday this week at 7am urgently I had a squirrel running riot in the loft. Jack came out quickly sorting the issue and went above and beyond with checking other rooms, lift, outside and explaining the situation along the way. I then had to call again on Wednesday and had Zak come out by 8am he was amazing. The service provided by Charlie and the lads is superb, professional, thorough, prompt and friendly, they have helped me so much this week. It is a full service provided and they are coming back next week. You will not go wrong if you need pest control with this company, absolutely superb.

I dont leave many reviews but I had to leave one for Charlie at RS pest control. Its the least I could do for the help he gave me this week. I phoned him late in an absolute panic upset state with what I thought were bed bugs. He answered straight away and reassured me with a calm voice. I sent him over some videos / pictures on WhatsApp and he immediately called me back to reassure me they were not bed bugs! He explained what he thought they were and promised to call back the next day to confirm. He called me back in the morning to confirm the bugs and explained how I could treat them myself. I'm so grateful for his help, any other company could have ripped me off and said I needed an expensive treatment but he was honest and fair. I hope I won't need any other pest control services any time soon but I certainly know who to call if I do and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you again Charlie!

I called RS pest control to deal with pigeons nesting under my solar panels, and was so pleased they could fit me in almost instantly! They came within a day, and carried out the work within 1hr and were very friendly and professional! I would absolutely recommend!! 😀

I had a wasps nest in my cavity wall. Called Charlie on sunday morning to get someone out. Zak came out that evening for me @8pm. Fantastic service nice guys to deal with. Highly recommended.

The response from this company was immediate and Zak identified the problem and dealt with it. He was on time, very polite and reassuring. Helpful too, to receive a text on his anticipated arrival. We had a follow up call in the evening from the boss of the company. Having contacted others, this company is no nonsense, gets the job done - deserves the reviews we read beforehand and I would totally recommend.

RS Pest Control prevented pigeons from nesting under my solar panels. Very effective and, despite difficult roof access, doggedly found a solution. Very helpful, courteous and overall great service.

I phoned in a bit of a panic on a Saturday morning having had a very noisy rat in my loft the previous night. My call was returned very quickly, terms were explained and Zak arrived before midday. He assessed that the rat had entered via the outside drain. He left bait in the loft and drain, and a second visit was arranged for just over a week later. It was Jack who came on the second visit to check for any further rat activity, and then on the third visit two weeks after that he fitted a one-way (out!!) rat flap in the drain, which I had opted for. He is a very pleasant, reassuring and respectful young man. The company were always prompt in their response and it is very useful that they always text their estimated time of arrival. I can recommend.

I couldn't rate this company highly enough! Having had a poor experience with a different (more expensive) company, it was a relief when Zak came and sorted our rat issue really quickly. Zak was always really polite and informative about what he was doing and how he was doing it, and no more rats! A very happy customer 😀

I had an underground wasp's nest in my garden & my little Cavalier King Charles spaniel was stung on her eyelid which swelled right up. I intended having a go at eradicating the nest myself but after seeing the number of wasps flying around the entrance, thought NO - this needs a professional. Jack came round as arranged & on time. He presented himself with a very courteous and professional manner and dealt with the nest quickly and efficiently. Within an hour of his visit the problem was resolved & my 2 Cavaliers are now playing in the garden again - brilliant. We discovered a bumblebee nest, whilst digging up our patio. We just wanted to save them - definitely not kill them. Charlie was nothing less than outstanding with the service he provided. Firstly, I sent him a picture & he confirmed they were bumblebees & reassured me, that his job was to save them by relocating them. A prompt appointment was made & Charlie rang, prior to appointment, to say he was on his way. As we had an empty nest box in our garden, Charlie recommended transferring the bees to that. This he successfully did, however, it ended up being a large nest of eggs & the box, very quickly became full. So Charlie left the box on top of the original nest, while I went in search of a bigger box for them. Charlie very kindly said he would return later in the day. This he did - completing a successful rehoming of the bumblebees, with them remaining in our garden, but safely in a box, on the fence. We were so pleased. Can't thank Charlie enough. His customer service was excellent - very few people would have returned for a second visit & not hyped the price! Well down Charlie & again, a very big thank you. An impressive, professional service from Charlie at RS pest control to remove and relocate honey bees from our loft. We had a large, natural, honey bee hive in our loft for over 12 months. They didn’t bother us, but we had building work to be done and they had to go. We didn’t want them killed, but we spoke to Charlie at RS pest control and he was confident they could be relocated after an initial inspection and he gave us a prompt written quotation that we accepted. Organisation and removal was fast and efficient, first with set up of scaffolding to Charlie’s arrival with a bee keeper and temporary hive for the bees. Unfortunately, slates had to be removed from the roof to get to the bees, but Charlie made as little disruption as possible and left the scaffolding in place for our roofer to repair the roof. All in all, a professional, knowledgeable company that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Plagued by seagulls on a flat roof, Charlie went out of his way to come up with an innovative solution nobody else had suggested. Installed and hey presto no more seagulls! On budget, on time, polite as well. Highly recommended!

After several failed attempts at getting rid of mice in our loft Charlie came to the rescue! He kindly came out on a Sunday and we have been so impressed with how quickly the mice were dealt with. we saw a rat enter our bedroom in our three bed flat. We live in Bournemouth and have only recently moved in We tried 5 vermin control companies at 8 30 in the evening ,.only got through to two and thankfully one was R.S .Pest Control. Charlie was on another job but promised to be with us by !0pm . Sure enough he arrived on the dot. He quickly reassured us that if the Rat was there the equipment he put down would capture it. Highly recommended, new exactly what he was doing, very professional and completely sorted our mouse infestation.

After two failed attempts by other pest controllers Charlie was incredulous that they hadn't baited the drain. With the drain baited and two holes found under decking he proved where the rats were entering. With the holes filled and drain flow caps fitted we've not seen any evidence of rats for 3 weeks. Fantastic job by a true professional.

Absolutely brilliant service from Charlie. We rang after spotting a rat in the house and garden. He came out the same day to look around and start sorting the problem. We have young children and pets so Charlie made sure that the bait boxes weren't accessible to them and everything was done safely. The issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. Very quick to come out and treat for some mice in the house, same day first visit. We decided to do the 3 visit option, this consisted of putting poison down in one location only. No real inspection to other places they could be or for how they got in . Seems expensive for the time spent here.

The guy turned up earlier than originally planned which is a bonus. Explained everything and explained that it may not work first time due to not knowing exactly where the nest was(behind roof fascia/soffit) managed to kill the nest at first time of asking 👍

Good efficient service. RS were able to see me on the day I called. We had a wasps nest in an air brick near our front door. Within a few hours of treatment all activity had stopped.

Brilliant service, Contacted RS pest Control at 4.30pm and came round to our property at 5.30pm did a complete investigation into our mouse problem, put bate and traps down and gave us some good advice, called back on another two evenings one dead mouse and a very happy customer.
