We saw a rat running around in the garden, called Brad and he came the same day problem was sorted. 100% recommend great service and very friendly.
Contacted on saturday evening during England game. Appointment made for the monday morning. Good commumication throughout. So far treatment seems to have worked after a few days a few fleas noted but they didnt seem happy and quickly died and this is normal after flea treatment. Still have to wait another week before hoovering and establishing end result. But overall very happy with the service. Hopefully the treatment has worked well but if not there is a mich reduxed return price if needed again after the 2 weeks.

Found this company via online search after realising I had fleas in my home. They arrived when they said they would and explained to me thoroughly what the next steps were after recognising I had a flea infestation. I did not realise I would have to vacate the premises for 4 hours, it was short notice to sort out myself, the children and the cat but they were very understanding whilst I tried to sort out what to do. Very happy with this service so far. Very polite, friendly and professional. Hoping in a few weeks the problem will be solved. Overall, brilliant experience, and highly recommend.

Great service from Day to Day pest control. I had an issue with rats getting into the loft and Daniel came out promptly, surveyed the drains and loft, dealt with the issue and came out a further two times to check everything seemed to be going in the right direction. Daniel really helpful, let me know when he was coming and explained everything as he did it. Highly recommend!
Excellent service and great value. Contacted due to squirrels nesting in our loft and they fit us in the next day. Really friendly and respectful of the property. Immediately identified how the squirrels were getting in and offered fantastic advice on how best to patch up the entry point. Visited regularly to ensure the issue was taken care of. Very impressed with Day2Day. I had them rat proof my loft after Day2day dealt with a rodent problem i had. They also relaid all new lagging. They were very efficient and tidy and got the job done in a day. I am extremely happy with the results.

Had Day2Day rat proof my loft after rats were getting in. They responded quickly complete a site survey and then quoted me a good price to carry out the work. Five blokes turned out stripped away the old insulation Rat proofed the eaves and any other potential points of entry with rat proof mesh. They then put new insulation down. Did all that in a single day which was impressive and took away the old insulation. Would highly recommend them.

Another company initially came out to get rid of moles in our garden, but they only turned up for one visit, took the money upfront and failed return as originally agreed. After this bad experience I contacted day2day, and Daniel was amazing, he did a thorough job and made sure all the moles were gone. Great service, Daniel was very polite, would highly recommend.

I contacted Day 2 Day Pest control with a rodent issue. Brad was onsite a day or two later and immediately identified the issue and set about dealing with it. He carried out 2 follow up visits to ensure the issue was resolved. He was incredibly friendly and I feel very confident that he has done all he can to make sure this doesn't happen again. I texted in the Friday to advise Day2Day Pest Control that I had a wasps nest near my lounge. Although Brad was on holiday he phoned to say he could come Monday between 12.00 and 16.00. On Monday we texted when he was 45 minutes away and arrived at 13.00. He was diligent, thorough looking for the nest which was treated plus a possible second entry. There has been no sign of the wasps since Tuesday . He was helpful, polite and thorough and I would recommend Day2Day. Vanessa

D2DPC turned up the day after we found rat droppings in loft! Turned out the rats had had a party chewing through at least 4 cables :( These guys were like the A-Team on steroids - in no time they cleared out the loft, sealed it, disinfected it, and re-insulated it. They did exactly what it said on the tin, so if you've got pests... who are you going to call? The pest busters! Great family team and no problems recommending them.

Realising we had rats running around in the loft of our annexe.. I called Day2Day pest control around 7 in the evening and spoke to Brad, explained our situation and he came round the next day to assess our things, he knew straight away and confirmed it was rats, he put traps in the loft, came back a few days later, removed the deceased and then put poison down. Came back a week later to check.. after 2 days having poison down, all went very quiet.. excellent job done.. Brad was very friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonable priced. Well worth it. Would highly recommend this company.

Quality pest control very quick turnaround from making initial call and dealing with a large wasp nest at the front of my property. Having been let down a year or so ago with another pest controller, Day2Day Pest Control certainly didn't let us down! Does everything he says on the tin! Is reliable, informative and actually listens to what you are telling him. I have hedgehogs and a cat and Brad put bait down so that my cat and hedgehogs were safe! We contacted Day2day after hearing scratching in the loft and saw rodent droppings. On Brad's first visit he inspected the eaves and checked down the drain covers. He insisted we should check the cover nearest the house which involved removing a fridge and floor boards in the lean-to. This revealed the extent of a partial drain blockage caused by rubble from a previous building extension and potential entry point for rodents. Brad then proceeded to lay poison and traps in the loft and visited the following two weeks to replace the poison. This was effective as there have been no further sounds from the loft, and there is evidence of deceased rodents. Thanks to Brad for the prompt, efficient and friendly service. Subsequently we employed local company Creasey Drainage who cleared the extensive partial blockage of the drain and fitted a 'rat blocker' non return valve. Excellent service also.

When a previous company kept treating the symptoms, not the cause, a call to Brad's company resulted in a thorough investigation of the flats, block & surrounding area identifying vermin entry points & recommending effective solutions. My home is surrounded by fields and I had mice in my home so I made the call in the morning and by lunchtime I had had a visit to identify the entry places and traps laid in appropriate places ( I have dogs and this was taken into account) all 15 mice were found and killed in one day ( amazing) although I had 2 more visits to make sure all mice had been killed and all entry holes were filled in ( I paid extra for this but it makes sense) I would not hesitate to use this company again if my mouse friends come back Linda Great Bromley, Colchester

Having contacted probably the most well known pest control company in the UK and not even had a reply, I left a message at Day 2 Day Pest Control and within a few minutes, Bradley called me back. He arranged to visit within 2 days and then called to say he could call earlier than the agreed time which was great. He noted full details of our rodent problem, listened to and checked the measures we had taken, gave excellent advice and most importantly, located the entry point which we hadn't found. Completely honest and genuine guy, he said there wasn't much he could do that we hadn't already done and charged a nominal fee for his time and the advice he could give. Following his visit, and using his advice, we now thankfully appear to be clear. I had rats in top floor flat and was petrified. Brad came quickly to put my mind at rest and attended each week to monitor problem and make suggestions to prevent happening again. Would def recommend, excellent value for money and peace of mind.
Contacted Brad at 7pm one evening to arrange an inspection, he got back to me straight away and arranged a visit for the following day. He showed up on time, very professional and knowledgeable. fortunately he was able to confirm we didn't have any issues after a thorough check. Advised he was happy to return and quoted for some options if we needed them. Even said he wasn't going to charge for the visit as he was in the area, although I happily paid him something for his visit. A credit to tradesman in his field. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great service, phoned Brad at the weekend with a wasp nest problem it’s now Monday afternoon and he’s been and sorted the problem, gave me a time frame for when I could expect him and gave me 40 minutes notice before he was on his way so I could get home in time, would highly recommend anyone with any pest problem to give him a call.

Brad from Day2Day Pest Control was very helpful, Friendly and efficient. We had a rat and then a wasp problem, he was able to come out and sort the problems straight away as well as being fast and efficient. I had first time experience with Rat problem in my property after 4 years of moving in, I tried to find the entry point and tried various traps , nothing worked. I found Brad's number on Google, he attended in time without a fuss and spotted the entry point at the first visit itself, and advised to sort the entry gap, and also left rat poison and attended three times to check, and finally I haven't heard any noise in my artic. Peaceful sleep finally, thanks to Brad.

Top service. Brad came out quickly to survey our rodent problem and put in place a number of boxes to cover all areas. I would happily recommend Day2day pest control, Brad wont give up until he's got to the route of the problem, very reasonably priced and friendly, being a single mum, I felt comfortable, with him in the house, and was happy to leave him to get on with the job. I always believe you get a better job done with an independent company, I would use them again if I needed to.
