Without going onto to much details I was disappointed using this company. Never resolved the issue I initially called them out for. Ended up paying a different pest control company to come out who identified and resolved the issue in one visit and no problems ever since.

Michael arrived within an hour of being contacted to remove a dead fox. He was very courteous and efficient and his charge was entirely reasonable. On the basis of this experience I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

I contacted Michael on Sunday late pm and hed contacted my hubby first thing Monday. Popped round and advised us accordingly regarding the dead rat we couldn't get to under our floorboards. Greatly appreciated and would certainly use his service if needed again. Highly recommend

Michael came out to us within a couple of hours on December 23rd when most folks have finished up for Christmas. Took a look around and gave his considered advice for dealing with our problem, and charged zero for the call-out. What a legend!
Fantastic help. We had what we thought was a cockroach infestation. Spotted one and photographed it. Sent the photo to Michael. He identified it was not a pest infestation but a “Dusky Cockroach” which normally lives in gardens and hedges etc so it was on its own and decided to visit us by flying in to our lounge. Thankfully nothing to worry about. I contacted Michael last evening and had his response first thing this morning. No need for a visit but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone with pest issues.

I found a dead rat in my garden yesterday! Unwilling to even go near it for fear of Bubonic plague and other nasties!, I phoned around for quotes. One company quoted me nearly £250.00! (They would do a "survey" as well dispose of the creature) and wanted money up front!! I instead contacted Epsom & Ewell Pest Control who are registered with the appropriate governing bodies RSPH/BPCA and spoke to a delightful chap - Michael who said that I nearly got ripped off since he would charge just £30.00 but advised me that I might be able to save that £30.00 since a fox may come along and take it during the night - which indeed probably happened since by this morning it had gone!. Michael - a huge thank you for your courtesy and honesty which is all too rare these days. Whilst I can't comment on any work since nine was carried out, I shall certainly call you if I have any other problems.
Discovered a dead fox on Saturday afternoon in the back of my garden. Called Michael at Epsom & Ewell Pest Control and he agreed to come and remove it early Sunday morning - arrived on time, very satisfied with the service and would thoroughly recommend.
Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.

I explained the situation and my total fear of wasps, Michael arrived within the hr, and set about resolving the pests, much to my relief, Epsom and Ewell pest control are in my opinion fantastic, knowledgeable , polite and very efficient, to the point they even returned twice to ensure, and assure me that the pests where completely gone. 🤗
I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.
Found a headless fox on my lawn! Luckily the guy came and took it away within 30mins. Great job. Highly recommended.
I heard noises in my ceiling on New Years Eve! Called Michael on New Year's day and much to my relief he came out on a bank holiday Monday. He was calm and collected (and sympathetics) when I was more than a bit stressed!! It took quite a few weeks to banish what turned out to be rats but he was great at helping me discover the access point and work out a solution! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service, we had "something" running around in our extension roof, so I phoned Epsom & Ewell Pest Control that (late) evening and spoke to Michael. He come out the next morning and was very helpful and explained to best way to resolve the "issue". Was expecting the worst when it come to the cost, but was very reasonably priced. I've heard of horror stories of some pest control companies and how much they charge, especially some of the supposedly big names, but Michael was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use again should I need to and would recommend them to anyone in a similar issue with unwanted visitors. Don't think he can help with unwanted visits from the in-laws though.
Was most impressed with the efficient and courteous service I received from Epsom & Ewell pest control. I panicked when I saw the wasps entering the back of my house under the roof, but was put at ease with the swift response and assurance that they would be gone by end of the day, and yes, they were indeed!!! Thank you, would highly recommend them .

I would definitely recommend Epsom and Ewell Pest control. When I had mice, Michael came round very promptly and was very calm ( even though I wasn't!) and reassuring. He said that he would be able to solve my pest problem....and he did! He also provided aftercare service of 2 more visits to check all was clear. Michael also advises on, and/or provides proofing for prevention against further invasion of pests! ( which I took him up on!) Thankyou!
