EXPERT & PERSONAL SERVICE Chris is great. We have been using him for many years for rats, mice, wasps and hornets. He's very knowledgeable and thorough, always comes as soon as he can and gives relevant advice about whatever the problem is. Over the past view months I’ve called out Lathams Pest Control to deal with mice and rat issues as well as unwanted wasp nests in the garden. Always reliable, turn up on time and undertake a professional job, so much so that I’ve given them a monthly contract.

I have used Lathams on a few occasions in the past and I so impressed by their professional nature and the standard of work i even recommended them to my place of work. On Every Visit they have been first class on customer service, prompt response times sometimes within the same day as my call. Chris the pest control technician is very knowledgeable about all the different pests that he deals with. I would highly recommend Lathams pest control

He turned up quickly to his credit. Everything was too much trouble. He wanted to use my ladder when he had a van full of stuff on the drive. He wanted to use my hoover but I don’t have one, so he said I’ll leave you to clean up then. Wasps everywhere and dead bodies on the floor, he made it all my problem. He gaffer tapped the extractor fan vent and the light switch, got his £100 and couldn’t get out quick enough. 10 minutes, never removed the wasp nest, just left me to it. Don’t be thinking this man gives a toss, he doesn’t, lazy, idle, unconcerned, just after the money. Be aware. Having read his response, he is a liar. I never said my cleaner would sort out the mess of dead wasps, she comes in once a week, I said I had a dust pan and brush, he left me to it. I am not walking over dead wasps until my cleaner turns up 6 days later, utter nonsense.The comment about a guarantee he would come back never happened, more lies, he never said any of this, first I’ve heard of any guarantee, perhaps he wants to come back and take the gaffer tape off and clean up the mess himself, I suspect not. Liar, and not giving the facts, just manipulating his side to appear better. If he had done a good job I would be happy to say so, but he hasn’t, sloping shoulders of a very jaded tradesman that takes advantage whenever he can, but try’s to cover it with lies. I know what you lied about, and so do you.
