Mr & Mrs Rat have been visiting our loft for either warmth or just to say "Hello" 😄 However, they have met their Rat Force, Dave and Terry are fantastic people who go above and beyond to sort these pesky non rent paying guests away from our home. Terri came out to my property within an hour of me reporting I had rats in my loft. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and found out where the entry points were. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.
Terri and Dave were really great. We actually didn't end up having the issue we thought we might have...but they came out, assessed our house for free and reassured us that no pest control was needed at present. If we do end up needing pest control in the future - we'll certainly be giving them another bell.

1. Rodent Problem in Loft ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had rats in the loft and was completely at my wits’ end. Terri and Dave came out quickly, found the entry points, and set up a treatment that worked straight away. They also gave great advice on how to stop it happening again. Absolutely brilliant service.
Came to check birds nesting in gutters, suggested what to do and came to do it at earliest convenience. Completed quickly without problems. No complaints at all!

I had a large wasp nest appear unexpectedly near my back door, and it was becoming a real danger. Terri and Dave came out the same day I called and dealt with it quickly and professionally. Dave arrived very promptly after we reported the problem. He explained the process and set about looking for access points. Dave was very thorough, he showed us the problem and put bait down. We arranged a further call to block the access a few weeks later and have had no further issues. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
Discovered I had rats on a Saturday morning. Called a couple of companies who claimed to attend at weekends but each said it would have to wait until Monday. Called Eradicontrol and they came out at the weekend. They were very reassuring and I felt like the matter was in good hands. Very good service. Would use again, but hope I never have to!
We had an infestation of flies in the living room. It was like a scene from a horror movie. Seriously cringeworthy. It was gradual over two days but got steadily worse. Until today when it because too much. And we called Eradicontrol. Teri and Dave came out instantly as emergency and sorted out the problem. A rotting jackdaw in the chimney. Hopefully now the residual flies will be gone and we can go back to inhabiting our lounge Very grateful for their quick service.

Great service from Eradicure these guys provided us with a very fast service over a bank holiday weekend when we had a pigeon problem. Would definitely recommend.
I reached out and spoke to Terri, who reassured me about the problem. It was recommended that I wait 24 hours before going ahead, not only to assess the situation, but to save money if the bees decided to move on by themselves. Turns out the advice was perfect as the next day the bees had gone. A few showed up and Dave popped over immediately, he gave me some advice and confirmed that the situation can be treated if the bees did return. Luckily, they didn’t, but I appreciate the expertise and calm demeanour of both Terri and Dave. Plus, they are nice people.

Terri is to very, very, good. My experiences with her are from large business and Council organisations, to domestic pest control. On each occasion when we have had concerns (because I really am unhappy about mice and also the problems have arisen from other apartments) she has turned up very quickly despite having many orders already. She has an understanding of how some people have anxieties in relation to rodents. Immediately she fully inspects areas and always the problem is completely resolved. Terri responded to my request for a quote the same day. The work was carried out a week or so later. The task was to humanely remove doves from underneath our solar panels and then apply protective mesh around the outside. Two men arrived to carry out the work. They were polite and professional, explaining exactly how the work would be carried out. They brought their own scaffolding tower. Work was completed to a high standard and took around four hours. I’m happy to recommend this company and will certainly use them again, should the need arise. Many thanks.

I contacted a number of pest removal services and Terri and Dave were one of the first to respond. Their communication was professional, personable and timely. In fact - second to none. I contacted them at 9am, and they were with me by 12noon on the same day (despite being located the furthest away). We were unsure whether the pest problem was wasps, hornets or bees, and Dave took the time to explain and wait to see which pest it was. Once we saw a wasp he took to task immediately and has got rid of them. Customer service, outcome and value for money. Would highly reccomend and use them again!

I can’t thank Terri and Dave enough. We’d been having issues with pigeons nesting under our solar panels for months, and it was starting to cause damage and block our gutters. They were so kind, explained what needed doing, and carried out the work to a really high standard. The panels are now fully protected and everything looks great. They even cleaned up all the droppings and mess left behind. Such a relief to have it sorted!

I'm so glad I found Eradicontrol. I'm petrified of mice but from start to finish Terri and Dave have been great . Value for money was excellent, with more visits than I expected as they came back several times to remove dead ones . Now 4 weeks down the line , with 9 dead mice and no more evidence for the last week , I can finally relax .

We had an issue with rats in our attic and under our floor, and after contacting Eradicontrol, they came out straight away and knew exactly what the issue was and how to control it. Terri is absolutely amazing and a life saver! Came to sort out a wasp nest for me that was at my roof. I have a phobia of wasps and Terri reassured me and came out quickly which I am so grateful for! Managed to get the nest from the ground also even though it was a tricky place to get to. Prices really reasonable, would definitely use again (although I really hope I don’t have to 😅)

Found wasp nest @ 12 pm, called eradicontrol at 2pm they responded on their way to another job and came within 15 minutes. Sprayed area where wasps were entering. No signs of wasps after about 2 hrs. What a result, can't get any better than that and at a very good price. We'll done Ellie and David.
I have used Terri from EradiControl twice. Both times she came out very quickly, gave me an honest evaluation of the situation, clearly explained the pros and cons of different courses of action and gave me a good value price.
