Terri and Dave are brilliant, so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Definitely our go to pest control company.

After a very successful wasp removal last year I had Eradicontrol back to investigate the noise in my loft. They were prompt, knoweledgable, thorough and honest about the problem. I highly recommend them.

A fantastic local company. Terri was fast, very responsive, extremely helpful and help us eradicate an issue with squirrels in our loft. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for your help!

Great service, rang after hours on a bank holiday, came out first thing the next day. Issue wasn’t as diagnosed over phone and didn’t need any treatment so no charge, but good advice! Great customer service and contact too!

Mr & Mrs Rat have been visiting our loft for either warmth or just to say "Hello" 😄 However, they have met their Rat Force, Dave and Terry are fantastic people who go above and beyond to sort these pesky non rent paying guests away from our home. It's been 3 days and counting now since seeing a Rat and I'm confident this is down to the efficiency of both Dave and Terry. Lovely people and passionate about keeping our homes free from unwanted guests. Thanks Dave and Terry and Happy Easter. Up The VILLA.👍🐀

Terri came out to my property within an hour of me reporting I had rats in my loft. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and found out where the entry points were. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.

Terri and Dave were really great. We actually didn't end up having the issue we thought we might have...but they came out, assessed our house for free and reassured us that no pest control was needed at present. If we do end up needing pest control in the future - we'll certainly be giving them another bell.

Terri carried out carpet moth treatment. She was helpful and informative throughout and was clear about the process and what was involved. She gave a fair price turned up on time and was thorough with no problems. Recommended.

We’ve worked with Terri (and Dave) at Eradicontrol for probably over 10 years now, and we honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. As a fellow Christchurch business, having someone so consistently reliable, knowledgeable and effective on hand has been invaluable. Over the years they’ve helped us deal with everything from rats to wasps and bees, always responding promptly and handling each situation with professionalism and expertise. Terri’s depth of knowledge and calm, practical approach give real peace of mind, and the results speak for themselves every time. They were amazing super efficient and knowledgeable when it came to sorting out a wasp nest I had in my back garden, they came out quick and had it dealt with and sorted rapidly! Easy to organise and get a hold off and happy to answer my questions! It’s a big relief as I have a little one at home and the last thing I’d want is for them to get stung! Big shout out to Terri who came out and dealt with it!

Great service. Visited on the same day to sort a wasps nest at my mother's. Great communication. Knowledgeable, fast, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Was very pleased with the bird proofing work done by Terri and Dave. We had Pigeons nesting under the solar panels. Contacted Terri who gave me a price I was happy with Dave turned up on time and work carried out to a very high standard. Will certainly would recommend to family and friends

Dave arrived very promptly after we reported the problem. He explained the process and set about looking for access points. Dave was very thorough, he showed us the problem and put bait down. We arranged a further call to block the access a few weeks later and have had no further issues. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Discovered I had rats on a Saturday morning. Called a couple of companies who claimed to attend at weekends but each said it would have to wait until Monday. Called Eradicontrol and they came out at the weekend. They were very reassuring and I felt like the matter was in good hands. Very good service. Would use again, but hope I never have to!

We had an infestation of flies in the living room. It was like a scene from a horror movie. Seriously cringeworthy. It was gradual over two days but got steadily worse. Until today when it because too much. And we called Eradicontrol. Teri and Dave came out instantly as emergency and sorted out the problem. A rotting jackdaw in the chimney. Hopefully now the residual flies will be gone and we can go back to inhabiting our lounge Very grateful for their quick service.

What a great service with excellent knowledge. Discovered a bees nest when removing a shed, Terry & Dave sorted the issue the same day as calling.

Great service from Eradicure these guys provided us with a very fast service over a bank holiday weekend when we had a pigeon problem. Would definitely recommend.

I reached out and spoke to Terri, who reassured me about the problem. It was recommended that I wait 24 hours before going ahead, not only to assess the situation, but to save money if the bees decided to move on by themselves. Turns out the advice was perfect as the next day the bees had gone. A few showed up and Dave popped over immediately, he gave me some advice and confirmed that the situation can be treated if the bees did return. Luckily, they didn’t, but I appreciate the expertise and calm demeanour of both Terri and Dave. Plus, they are nice people.

Great friendly prompt service very protective of bees .( I couldn't tell the difference ..I highly recommend them 👌 ..

First phone number found in a swarm emergency and one I will keep and recommend forever. Fast, kind, efficient and caring service, highly recommended, very grateful, thank you 🙏

Terri was extremely responsive and really helped out when I was in a difficult situation. Very professional and informative. Highly recommended ✌🏻

Terri is to very, very, good. My experiences with her are from large business and Council organisations, to domestic pest control. On each occasion when we have had concerns (because I really am unhappy about mice and also the problems have arisen from other apartments) she has turned up very quickly despite having many orders already. She has an understanding of how some people have anxieties in relation to rodents. Immediately she fully inspects areas and always the problem is completely resolved. She is very professional in her work but also extremely pleasant in her manner. Lucille Brooke

Fast, reliable and super helpful. 10/10 recommend this company if you have a problem or need advice!

Terri responded to my request for a quote the same day. The work was carried out a week or so later. The task was to humanely remove doves from underneath our solar panels and then apply protective mesh around the outside. Two men arrived to carry out the work. They were polite and professional, explaining exactly how the work would be carried out. They brought their own scaffolding tower. Work was completed to a high standard and took around four hours. I’m happy to recommend this company and will certainly use them again, should the need arise. Many thanks.

Terri from Eradicontrol is experienced, polite lady, very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. This is our first time using pest control and we hope it works with Terri’s help. All around good service. Thanks Terri.

I contacted a number of pest removal services and Terri and Dave were one of the first to respond. Their communication was professional, personable and timely. In fact - second to none. I contacted them at 9am, and they were with me by 12noon on the same day (despite being located the furthest away). We were unsure whether the pest problem was wasps, hornets or bees, and Dave took the time to explain and wait to see which pest it was. Once we saw a wasp he took to task immediately and has got rid of them. Customer service, outcome and value for money. Would highly reccomend and use them again!

I can’t thank Terri and Dave enough. We’d been having issues with pigeons nesting under our solar panels for months, and it was starting to cause damage and block our gutters. They were so kind, explained what needed doing, and carried out the work to a really high standard. The panels are now fully protected and everything looks great. They even cleaned up all the droppings and mess left behind. Such a relief to have it sorted!

Terri and Dave were absolute lifesavers when I discovered a cockroach infestation in my home. From the moment I contacted them, they were professional, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had been trying to deal with silver fish myself for a few weeks when a friend suggested I called Terri . Dave came out to treat the same day at a very reasonable price , I'm now only finding a few dead ones , they have assured me they will stop soon.

Terri and Dave was absolutely fantastic when dealing with my issue at the property, clearly set expectations with me given i was a terrance property and was completely transparent throughout. Problem has now been solved and they've asked to contact at any point should the issue reoccur. Amazing service, would highly recommend

I'm so glad I found Eradicontrol. I'm petrified of mice but from start to finish Terri and Dave have been great . Value for money was excellent, with more visits than I expected as they came back several times to remove dead ones . Now 4 weeks down the line , with 9 dead mice and no more evidence for the last week , I can finally relax .

Super professional and efficient. Terri was great from the start, answered quickly and advised what to do next. Dave came and completed the work, the very same day! And was equally as professional. My flea problem is no more, and for a fraction of what others were quoting. Would definitely recommend Eradicontrol for any pest issues you have! Thanks Terri and Dave.

Highly recommend !!! they put spikes to stop seagulls nesting again next year. Removed lots of seagull debris. They left no mess and were very quick with the job. 10/10

First class rodent / rat removal! We had a rat issue and Terri 's expert knowledge finally solved it!

We have had Teri come out to our residence on several occasions. Living close to the river, we've faced an ongoing issue with spiders and mice. Teri has been instrumental in helping us manage that. On another occasion, we suspected a flea infestation and sought her expertise. Teri not only addressed our concerns promptly but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I would also like to mention how grateful we are for Teri’s willingness to waive the call-out fee during some visits. This gesture truly exemplifies her customer-service-oriented approach, and it highlighted her commitment to making this experience as smooth as possible for us. Throughout her visits, Teri has always been punctual and highly professional. Additionally, her attentiveness to the safety of our pets has been greatly appreciated; she consistently ensured that they were either out of the house or safely accommodated prior to applying any chemicals. We are delighted with the results and the care she has shown.

Terri was very quick to answer my call. She was so friendly and helpful. I was given a very reasonable estimate and an approximate time when she would call. I was texted 15 minutes prior to her attendance and Terri arrived in a discreet car. She quickly sorted everything, giving us an enormous amount of help.Terri is so knowledgeable and so professional. It is so evident that customer care and service is her driving force, not profit. I was very impressed by her desire to provide humane pest control. We will recommend her company to everyone we know. We are so grateful.

We had an issue with rats in our attic and under our floor, and after contacting Eradicontrol, they came out straight away and knew exactly what the issue was and how to control it.
