I thought I had a wasp's nest in my loft so called The Wasp Guys in the morning and Nick appeared that afternoon. It was too awkward to approach from outside so he went into the loft to find the nest was between the inner and outer walls so he couldn't see it. Despite this he managed to locate it and treat it. I have not seen a wasp since. Really excellent service and good value too. Would not hesitate to call them again if I have the same problem next year.

Came out the same afternoon after I had called them that morning and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Wasps are completely gone and no longer sneaking in through the pipes. Would recommend, came quickly, let me know 15 mins before they arrived, and got rid of a hornet nest outside our bedroom window. Will definitely use again.

I had to make the time to leave a review for the Wasp Guys. They were very helpful on the telephone, completely understood the issue, came out quickly and were knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly - they resolved the wasp problem completely and with no fuss.
Took the time to speak with me and explain the process. Attended same day. Very polite patient manner. My 3 year old enjoyed watching the man work in his suit. Efficient service.

The Wasp Guys - Nick & Robbie are fantastic. I have used them twice and will not hesitate to recommend them. They are professional, kind and empathetic. They went out of their way to help us and ensured the wasps were eradicated as they knew the situation was affecting us. They made a plan to come out immediately & offered to return if there were any issues. They know their stuff, I highly recommend them to anyone they are excellent you will not be disappointed!
Had a big problem with a wasps nest under our lounge floor boards. Thought we could deal with it ourselves and tried for two months. Unfortunately the wasps were winning and it was time for action. Nick and crew came out two days after our initial connect and sorted our problem very quickly and effectively. What can I say..no more wasps...Great job guys. Highly recommended 👌

No fuss removal of two wasps nests. From call to removal of nests was less than 3 hours.
Had my house visited within two days of enquiry. Young lad called Robbie was very kind and courteous he had the 3 nests in my roof sorted in one day.

Initially great as they came out the first day we called. Successful in killing one of two nests, all beit with just a short application of powder from a can on a long pole. Done in 5 mins. Was assured they would come back if unsuccessful. Called and texted several times to arrange re-visit as one nest was still very active several days later. Were promised several visits but never showed up. Kept chasing and kept promising but each appointment was broken without letting us know. Tried this over a few days then gave up and did it myself.
Very efficient and successful service from the Wasp Guys. They eradicated 2 wasp nests from my loft and were very reasonable with their pricing.
