⚠️ Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend ⚠️ I had a very bad experience with Toxic Respond pest control. They did not spray the chemicals properly, and soon after, the bed bugs came back. Instead of fixing their mistake, they demanded extra money. When I called them to complain, they were extremely rude, shouted at me, and then blocked my number! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If you’re looking for a reliable pest control service, avoid this company – they waste your time, take your money, and treat customers with no respect.

The company has been really helpful with my issue, the communication was great, the timing was quick and I have been well explained how to fix and prevent any infestation. Thank you

The team was very professional and responded to my enquiry within minutes. We have been pleased with the outsome as they managed to get rid of the pest in a timely manner. We could come back to our flat within few hours. I would highly recommend this team to anyone having pest issues.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Their team was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They quickly scheduled a visit, and the specialist arrived on time, thoroughly assessing the problem with cockroaches. Not only did they treat the immediate issue, but they also provided helpful tips to prevent future problems. The entire process was hassle-free, and I was impressed by their attention to detail.

I initially had reservations at how effective the treatment would be. I called for advice and was advised the right things to do and not to do before they arrive (For context: I had bed bugs and was thinking about self treating using Amazon ordered products). The guys from Toxic Respond were so efficient, experienced and professional I am glad I called them. After one visit and treatment I can sleep peacefully. Big thank you guys. I had these guys come over a few weeks ago to address a moth infestation in my house. The lads were hardworking, and their service was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't recommend them more!

Was suspecting bed bugs as I was getting bitten almost every night. Tommy sent his technician who checked my house and discovered a bad flea infestation. Had two treatments and no more bites ever since. I definitely recommend this company

I recently rented my new flat where the previous tenant had two cats. I tried smoke bombs and other sprays but nothing helped to get rid of the fleas. Found this company on Google and booked treatment. Had to do two sessions as the infestation was assessed as severe. It's been a few weeks since the last treatment and I haven't been bitten for a while now. I'm happy with the service

Prompt and professional! We realised that the dog has fleas and they kept reappearing. The guys from Toxic Response reacted super quickly and sprayed the house in no time. We have not had any problem since. They also come in an unambiguous car and uniform, so your neighbours can’t tell there’s a pest problem :)

Tommy was very quick to respond to my email on a Saturday morning and was very helpful with my worry about bed bugs. He suggested I send photos and quickly responded with advice. Compared to other services that just want to book you in to take your money I was very thankful to be able to discuss with a professional before rushing into any treatment.

I was extremely worried as I had been getting bitten at my Aunts house whilst she is away on holiday. I thought to my horror that there was a bed bug problem. An engineer came to the property and thoroughly inspected the bedroom and the living area. He assured me that the problem was not bed bugs because he could not find evidence of it and suggested that the problem is more likely to be fleas due to a pet in the property. He advised me to get a flea monitor and (showed me the brand to get) as this is the best way to double check for fleas and he said, if I did find evidence of fleas he would come back out to treat the property. I have had a bed bug issue at my own property and the same engineer has done a fantastic job always!!!!!!! If I do have a pest issue in the future I will request for the same engineer due to his very good technical expertise and excellent customer service!!!!!!!!

Back in March we used these guys for bug extermination. They were very polite, friendly & very informative. I have used them prior to this as well and have always received the same high standard of service. Needless to say, should I have any issues in the future I will use this company & would recommend to others.

Best professional team

I've just read some of the reviews below, and I wholeheartedly agree with them. Plaman and Lubo arrived on time (early in fact) and inspected my flat for roaches. I found two of these creatures a couple of months apart from each other, so after seeing the second one, I called Toxic Respond to investigate. I had a good experience with them when they removed mice from our previous flat. I had the same honest and thorough experience this time, and Plaman to my delight confirmed that there was no evidence of roaches in the usual places they would expect. They concluded that they may have come via a pipe from a neighbouring property, or from another property via a bag. Plaman even went to the trouble to inspect the neighbouring property for us in case this was the source, but thankfully again no evidence found. They did not even take a fee for coming out to inspect! I have now asked them to inspect my sister in law's house as they have had roaches and the two roaches may have come from this abode. Again I would fully recommend Toxic Respond to anyone with a pest issue.

I was really impressed with the service I received. Budin was extremely knowledgeable (I learnt a lot about moths!), and did such a thorough job. I'm confident that all moths perished and fingers crossed they won't be back any time soon.

I was absolutely distraught thinking I may have bed bugs, i mean in tears and a panic distraught, I even wasted money i honestly couldn’t afford on an inspection earlier in the day from someone else and was told yes I needed to treat the property. I went into a frenzy calling around for advice and quotes. When I called toxic respond it was 9:30pm by which time I was just beside myself, and they kindly offered to come straight over even though it was clearly the end of their day, to inspect. They looked thoroughly which I can’t say was what I had seen from the inspection I had paid for earlier that day from another company. And they did their best to console me that I didn’t have bed bugs and didn’t need to get any treatment done, explaining in detail and showed me pictures so I was sure on what had been seen or I should look for. M even when I said I may take treatment anyway as a precaution(that’s how distraught I am) they insisted it wasn’t needed to my surprise, where as most seem to take advantage in this instance when they see someone like me so upset. To deal with a grown woman crying isn’t easy! Yet They were professional and so very kind to me taking time to ease me and give me as much info as possible. I don’t think I will ever call anyone else now where ever I live. Thank you guys so so much!

The guys were very professional. Especially Thomas. He and his colleague were very thorough on the inspection and the treatment seems to be working as I haven’t seen any bed bugs since then. I’m very thankful to the brilliant team for their work

I organised with them an appointment. I waited for them for 1 week when they can come to my house, I have bedbugs. I stayed at home and waited for them. When I sent them a message that they will come on time? he answered back to me no he will be late around half an hour. I told to him is not okay for me because I need to go to work, we need to reorganise for another day because they were late. He started to be very rude with me that he did not reorganise a new appointment, I need to call another company! So, this company absolutely not professional! Avoid them, not waste your time, I waited a week for nothing.

Lyubo was quick to respond, knew exactly what the bugs were and dealt with them immediately. So pleased to have peace of mind that it wasn't as bad (or expensive) as we thought, thank you

Hands down Best pest control team in London. Been struggling with a seasonal mouse problem in my home and the team did A FANTASTIC job through and through. I was calling Tommy constantly with questions and concerns and he was with me every step of the way with helpful information and advice. Lyubo and Plamen were the technicians that were sooo patient and professional during their visits and really know what they are doing. They were informative during all of the stages of termination and showed true empathy. I have had many pest control teams who were useless so it was great to see this team really go above and beyond. They were able to do the job professionally, whilst doing the job, my property was taken care of, making sure that things were placed where they were meant to be and they also explained to me the process of their work to get rid of these bed bugs. This company is amazing. It was such a huge relief to discover them after a dreadful experience with a larger company who were 3 times as expensive for a useless service. Toxic Respond properly sorted out a hideous moth infestation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a problem with pharaoh ants for years and then they entered our food cupboards.. We were recommended Toxic Respond by a fellow parent and they came round within 24 hours with treatment. The second treatment we requested after a month and no ants! The technicians really are incredible, professional and responsive. We were given advice on what to do including any follow up. Excellent service and advice from the team at Toxic Respond Pest Control. I had a problem with a rodent in our place, they arrived a few hours after calling them, dealt with the problem in 20 minutes and did an inspection of our property and told us how to prevent rodents coming into the property. The price was really competitive and I would definitely use them again.

We had a problem with mice in our house and had tried many home solutions with little effect. After contacting Toxic response they came round within half an hour giving us a free quote. They were incredible my professional and allowed us time to consult with our landlady. They laid baits and within a week the mice are gone! They are also coming back to help mouse proof the outside of the house to prevent reoccurrence. Not only have they solved our problem but they were incredibly responsive and had great communication with us. Very happy with the results of this company. I had bed bugs since October last year and had treatments with other "specialists", "number one pest controllers", "hunters", and cowboys of this sort, and with no permanent results. I also tried to fight the bed bugs on my own, without a permanent effect as well. Last month I had these guys in my property and I can say so far no one did as thorough inspection as these technicians did! The other guys just came to my property with no shoe covers, no face masks, absolutely unprofessional! And the "inspections" were just "Show me the bed and leave". But this company I can say, their guys know what they are doing! They literally checked everything in my house. Very nice two lads with a proper attitude, shoe covers, face masks, gloves, how it's supposed to be. And they were the only ones who found bed bugs in my shoe boxes and in my books, places where no one else before them even spent of his precious time to check. Now is two weeks after the treatment and I'm still sceptical, but to be honest, I no longer get bites, no longer find blood on my bedsheets, I sleep like a normal human being. I highly regret that I didn't found these guys earlier and had to spend nearly £3000 for treatments. Even if the problem reappears, I will book these guys again! Amazing company!!! Very very professional. Myself and my partner had Rodents in our attic which was emotionally devastating for us both. I called Tommy the owner who took my call and sent out two engineers Plamen and Lyuben. Both extremely polite and did a full inspection of my attic and found the entry points. Lyubo & Plamen were great! They were there within hours of us calling and had the issue sorted within days. We’re really thorough when checking for entrants points and closed those up amazingly. Very understanding when I was visibly nervous and explained everything clearly! Would recommend their service

I can't describe how patient and responsive these guys are. I suffer from insectophobia and become paranoid when I see even the tiniest insect. I must say that I am amazed at how patient Tommy was with me! I must have called dozens of times day and night, and Tommy listened to me every time and answered every question I asked him. His team came several times in the middle of the night to inspect my room and reassure me . These are people who genuinely care about their clients and I am extremely greatful for that. There are not many of them nowadays. Thank you!

These guys are the best. They assessed the situation, dealt with the rodents in a professional manner. They returned several times with different bait & traps and caught the biggest rat I had ever seen, it was a Super Rat. In total 4 have been caught so far. The good looking tall one (Lyubo) secured the holes around the house to make it rat proof. Great job done and I am very happy with the results so far. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if and when the need arises. Excellent, 5 stars

I was visiting my aunt in London and brought some bed bugs with me to her apartment, probably from the airport. I had 2 treatments with another company and with no effect. Then I called these guys, they were very thorough on the inspection, managed to find them behind the picture frames on the wall. They did the treatment and now it seems the bed bugs are gone. They said I have to wait for 3 weeks to get the full results, but this is the second week from the treatment and no one is getting bitten and we don't see any bed bugs anymore. Very good and effective team 👍

Very professional guys, very responsive. I sent my enquiry at night and they responded 5 minutes later, which was very surprising but in a good way. I was worried about that I have bed bugs, because I was getting bitten, and these guys found that wasn't the case. They found fleas on my curtains and for 3 weeks no new bites so far, so I'm very happy with the service. I would recommend them to anyone for sure

After suffering with bed bugs last Oct living in a flat ...my anxiety is terrible now and so when I see my son had some bits my head was all over the place I rang toxic respond and they immediately sent some one out & they was professional and so so thorough we had no bugs and they reassured me enough I may get some sleep after a week of none! :) They understood it's not just bugs it's people's mental health & I feel I would definitely recommend and use again x thanks guys

I was in a really anxious state for about a month and a half worried about bed bugs. I had really bad anxiety about it especially come the night time. I found this page and reached out to them and I would message late in the evening as it was night time I was experiencing really terrible anxiety. They would respond so quickly and help me with each query. Honestly, they helped me so much and felt so safe to message them. I trust everything they said and they are extremely helpful. The best company!!!!!

I was in a desperate need of someone having a look in my flat as I had mice noise coming from the walls! I found those guys and I was more than delighted to accept their free inspection which lead to a instant and very precised decision that later on resulted in a great job. Furnitured moved and they did what they had to do! Their work has been brilliant. Definitely will recommend.

Toxic respond have been great from the get go... They saw a post of mine on Facebook showing bites on my 2yr old son and that we didn't know for 100% what they were from or where to find the bugs. They offered us a free inspection which found fleas in and around the home left by previous tenants. After sorting us with a great price they came out two days later and worked there magic around the whole of our house. Two weeks later and so far so good no more bite on our lil man and no fleas seen either. Very happy and would recommend them highly. Keep up the good work guys. 5*

I’m a single mum of two young children and was at the end of my tether with these brown carpet beetles after trying everything I contacted this company after finding them on google and they literally came straight away to give a free inspection. Whilst they were here they offered to do the job there and then which has made me so happy. I had to leave them to go to a dentist appointment and they moved all the furniture and left my flat immaculate. I’m so so grateful thank you so much me and my kids can sleep tonight without worrying. Very professional very understanding and very very trustworthy.
