I have used 'Best Of Lock' on two occasions and Steve has given a great service both times. Firstly, he helped me with a lock on a garden shed door, he was able to sort that out for me without having to go to the expense of getting a new lock. The second time he fixed my front door lock. Each time I have contacted Steve he has replied quickly, asked a few, considered, questions and has arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. The price he charged was, on both occasions, fair and reasonable. I have saved his details to my list of useful contacts and would recommend him to anyone that asked.

Our front door lock became faulty, so we researched “emergency locksmiths”. This was a on a Saturday morning. “Best of Lock” came up with very good reviews so we phoned and spoke to Steve. I sent a picture of the lock and our address. Steve turned up at our front door within 20 minutes and quickly assessed the problem. I knew the lock would have to be replaced and Steve ordered a new one. He came back with it on Wednesday morning and fixed it. Excellent job, good communications and very reasonable price. 5-star service!

We needed a remote car key copied as had only one. All very easy, Steve came to us promptly and we had a fully working remote key in our within half an hour. Steve saved the day! Front door awkward lock fixed fast! Lock packed up last night called Steve appointment made promptly for this morning.At first it was a challenge due to how it was originally fitted however Steve went away came back with a drill and some new screws and job was done in a timely manner.He even sorted out 2 other locks that I needed doing and fixed my wobbly letter box! Thoroughly impressed with our experience with Best of Lock - we had an emergency situation where we were locked out of our house, and phoned up Best of Lock who were with us within 10 mins and had us back inside within a few minutes. I accidentally managed to lock myself out of my running car (on full heat to defrost) at 7am in the morning with the spare key inside. Best of Lock answered the phone and arrived within 10/15 minutes to assist. We worked together and managed to get it unlocked before 8am! Absolutely great service, quick timings and a friendly face.
