Martin has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. After years of dealing with an ongoing rat issue, he was the first person who really took the time to investigate things properly, explain everything clearly, and genuinely help us find the source of the problem rather than just offering a quick fix. He worked alongside our drain investigation, advised us honestly throughout, installed the rat blocker, and carried out follow-up visits to monitor the situation. Every step of the way he was knowledgeable, reassuring, professional, and incredibly thorough. He also went above and beyond helping us deal with the aftermath in the loft, cleaning and disinfecting everything and making a very stressful situation much easier to cope with. We haven’t heard any rat activity for 3 weeks now and finally feel like we can relax again after years of stress. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Thank you so much Martin!

Fantastic job of removing a wasps nest for me. Was a second one, totally unrelated to the first! Was friendly efficient, very prompt and gave me all the information regarding what chemicals were used should there have been any issues, which there weren’t. Would definitely recommend and use again for any pest control needs, should the need arise. My motto is don’t get gardeners in who unearth things lol 😂 but Martin was brilliant!

It is the most horrible thing to have rats! I was scared and worried. But martin is great! Not only did he search my house and lay bait and traps he really understands the nature of the beast (pun intended)! He explained everything clearly and has solved the problem. He really set my mind at ease when i was freaking out and i cannot thank him enough. He goes way beyond and noticed that one of my floorboards didnt have long enough screws so on his next visit he actually brought longer ones to fix the board down correctly. When your home is invaded by rodents and you are freaking out - you need this man!! Thanks Good Knight!!!
After hearing rats in my loft I called Good Knight pest control, he arrived the same day. I have a fear of rats and Martin was very good at putting my mind at ease. He even search the houses around me to locate a possible entrance hole. He returned and carried out two further checks of my loft and has reassured me that they have gone and said he is happy for me to call anytime if I have any concerns. Excellent service

Had a rat problem coming onto my loft. Martin came over and immediately located the area where the rats had come in through the facia and also another area through brick. He applied traps and powder to track their movement and covered up the holes with wire. Visited twice more to remove the victims and replace traps with extra traps under the summer house and wood store. Always very polite and thorough and certainly knows his pests and how to rid them from my home. He even checked the sewer pipe for damage. Thanks Martin & Knight Pest Control. A great service and good price. I hope I don't need another visit but Martin said he will pop in if needed.

Martin was very professional and helpful and managed to catch the rat that my cat had brought in it took nearly 2 weeks but it was because the rat was so crafty and in the end he had to put glue boards down and open traps down as we tried other traps first which were safe for my cat. In one night of doing that and making sure cat was out the rat was caught in one night, martin promptly came back next morning. Was totally relieved and martin came back 3 days later as left two more traps down and dye on kitchen floor just incase there was anything else but all clear. Very pleased as he checked everywhere in the roof and pipes outside just incase. His little dog was amazing found where the rat was straight away by sniffing it out incredible!!!. Thankyou martin. Highly recommended this guy !!!
