It is now 6 weeks since the delightful Elzabe told us that she was satisfied all points of possible entry had been blocked and we should not have a further problem with mice in the house. We have been using Pest Birds and Bugs for a few years now for various issues and we have always experienced a wonderful service. Excellent communication, the job is always completed to the highest standard and wonderful customer service. I would 100% recommend.
We had a problem with rats in our garden and gave Peter a ring. He came out first visit and laid bait around various places and under our decking where the little blighters were sheltered. He also put bait down the manhole cover at the side of our house as we had a problem with a block drain and Dynorod said that was caused by rats in the sewer. Peter also checked our loft as my wife thought she heard something up there but found no sign of any rats had been up there. He came back 2 weeks later to check and pick up the bait boxes and we haven't seen any rats since. If you've got a problem with any pest, whether it's rats, mice, or any vermin give them a ring.
Great prompt service can’t recommend the company enough , so professional and Elzabé knows what she’s doing ! I rang in a panic as I had a rat in my kitchen, Elzabé was there by the afternoon , totally put me at ease . She was amazing in dealing with the rat and then sealing up the holes under my kitchen sink . Rat put up a good fight….but Elzabé won ! Thanks once again 😁
Rodent problem tackled exactly as planned on Peter’s first visit. Rectification with the areas of entry identified and sealed was a great relief and no easy task to complete. Service I would rate as excellent and whilst time will prove that the problem has been completely solved, we have not experienced further problems since completion of the work. I phoned Peter in a panic having just seen a bug which Google advised must be a German Cockroach. I'd previously called another company and was simply given a huge quote. Peter was easy to speak to, kind, lighthearted and professional. After sending some photos of the said beastie it was discovered to be a simple wood roach. Unfortunately now dead, but harmless. Peter gave good advice and the whole experience was really great. (except for the poor dead bug!) I would definitely recommended Pests, Birds and Bugs.

I phoned Pete on the off-chance I may receive some advice regarding insects in my kitchen. Pete was super knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. His advice helped and the insects gone. He didn't charge me for his time, he just wanted to help which is so refreshing as all the other pest control firms I called did not want to give any advice and wanted to charge me. Very knowledgeable and professional service. Having moved into a new house, we discovered a substantual flea infestation due to the past owners' cats. The whole house was sprayed(fumagated), and within just a few hours, we were able to come back into the house. The job was very successful. A few weeks later, we experienced a mouse problem (they had managed to get into our kitchen). Peter was very thorough in looking around the house at potential entry points and laid baits, which has avoided any reoccurrence to date. I should also mention that in each case, Peter came out as promptly as possible. This is very reassuring in circumstances where we can be anxious about unwanted pests.
PB&B have been looking after us, our home, grounds and our animals for the past 4 years. We would not use anyone else. Elizabeth and Peter are so helpful, knowledgeable, punctual, professional and all round lovely people! Nothing is too much trouble. Peter and team have attended us on a few different occasions over different pest issues. On this particular occasion out cat had brought in a large rat and let it loose in the kitchen diner. We couldn't catch it and it disappeared under the cupboards. The rat ran riot over night and we had to cordon off the kitchen due to the health risk to the family. We called Pests, Birds and Bugs on Wednesday afternoon having discovered a wasps nest in the wall at the back of our house. Peter came round on Thursday at about 3 pm and was finished about half an hour later. There are no traces of any wasps now. I .can thoroughly recommend this company, they are very efficient and reasonably priced.

Updating after another great experience with pests, birds and bugs Ltd and I can't leave two reviews on Google. This time it was for carpet moths. Pests birds and bugs came out so quickly after I had rung to ask if they could come and help us with carpet moths which I was very grateful for as I was worried about them eating things. Elzabe looked at everything when she was here to make sure that everything that needed to be sprayed, was sprayed and we were provided with clear instructions on after care to make sure that the spray can be allowed to do it's magic. They are both so lovely and would highly recommend them to anyone who has issues with any pests, birds or bugs! Previously, I had rats in the walls and the external entry point to the rats getting in was found by pests, birds and bugs before they had even got to my front door which I thought was brilliant! They were really quick at coming out to me and sorting them problem. Very communicative throughout the whole process which I found very useful. Would definitely call them if I have any future issues with anything else and would definitely recommend to anyone who has any pest problems!
Elizabe answered my panicked call not long after 7am and was with me by 9 45. He was a big one, came through the rafters of the loft. We had managed to trap in the studio but was loose. Dealt with swiftly and checked the rest of the premises. Really happy with the service. Professional, amenable and lovely to deal with.

Elizabeth was fantastic! We had rats in the loft and I wanted to try to get rid of them naturally before resorting to extermination. Elizabeth was so understanding, professional and knowledgeable. We took every effort to get them out naturally and prevent their re-entry but ultimately we had to resort to poison. The rats, after being there for 9+ months were gone in 3-4 days. Following a word of mouth recommendation, I contacted Peter on Sunday evening to see if he could deal with a hornet's nest. He replied straight away, and said Elizabeth would be there the next day. I found a wasp nest in my loft the previous day and due to the nest being broken open, it required professional help.
