TopDec Decorating Contractors Ltd

I’ve been working with Raf at TopDec Decorating Contractors for the past few months. Having worked for other employers in the past, I can honestly say I’ve been massively impressed with the standards and professionalism here. What stands out to me most is the attention to detail and the pride taken in every job. Raf has a great eye for the finished result and makes sure everything is properly prepared and finished to a high standard. It’s not just about getting the job done, there’s a genuine focus on making sure the work looks right and the customer is happy with the end result. I’ve really enjoyed working alongside Raf and the team so far. The working environment is friendly and professional, and Raf is approachable, supportive and clearly passionate about maintaining the reputation of the business. Compared with previous places I’ve worked, I’ve noticed a real difference in the level of care that goes into the work here. It’s given me a lot of confidence in the company and I’m genuinely proud to be part of the team. I’d have no hesitation recommending TopDec to anyone looking for reliable, professional decorators who take pride in what they do. A great company to work for and a very high standard of workmanship.

They managed to squeeze us in before our flight and finished the work in the flat fast. Super efficient service, great communication. Their work was amazing, highly recommend.

We have had a great experience working with Rafael twice over the last two years. We initially used TopDec to paint the interior of our house and then asked them to come back a year later for some additional work following the installation of our new kitchen. Both times, they were very responsive, provided reasonable quotes, provided advice in terms of paint to be used and delivered the work to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend and be looking to use them again in the future.

Great service - scaffold raised and moved in good time, very careful preparation and a lovely finish to stone and woodwork. After sales great, Raf came back to do some touching up. Would highly recommend

It's hard to do this review without sounding like a paid ad because I have literally nothing bad to say. Raf and Chris are great lads, I could trust them from day one to do a professional job, and the work was top class. They just cracked on with it and exceeded expectations. If your looking for tradesmen that will just do great job without any hassle these lads should be your choice.

My cottage needed extensive exterior painting to windows, doors and rendering, with some of the windows rotten in places. The Topdec team did a fantastic job and have left me with a finish I had not thought possible. Their attention to detail cannot be faulted and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble and they always took time to patiently explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. They really are a quality outfit, and I look forward to using them again in the future.

Fantastic job Raf. It was so tough during the very hot days. Very reliable and Franco was great too. Still need the feta recipes!! Thank you again fantastic job. Very accurate and a very happy lady. Big job. Would recommend to anyone friends or family. Will be seeing you again.

From the moment Raf came to give a quote for decorating my lounge/dining room i felt that he would be able to do a good job. I was not disappointed. He covered all my furniture, carpet and wooden hallway to safeguard it. The preparation was very thorough and attention to detail was excellent. The finished product was perfection. Raf was very professional and knowledgable as well as being a cheerful person to have in your house. I would certainly have him to do work in my house without any doubt. I felt as though he was trustworthy and helpful. He and his friend cleaned everything in the room put furniture back in place after he was finished and he and us were happy with what he had done. Thank you so much Raf

This level of professionalism and excellence is hard to find. TopDec responded to a terms of reference for the painting of our five storey terrance property (front and rear). They were one of the few companies that came to assess the job requirements. They subseqently provided a clear quotation to complete the works required, which included preparation and painting of: - all sash windows - front entrance door and frame - all masonry including sills, lintels, and decorative mouldings - all iron railings and all metal work - organising of scaffolding requirements for the front and rear. The works were completed to time and fixed cost, inclusive of materials. The TopDec team (Raf and Mark) were punctual, friendly, considerate and professional. They communicated well and kept us updated on progress and any requirements for them to undertake work (e.g having sash window left open as needed). Everyone in the building has commented on the high quality of the painting works TopDec has done and the meticulous nature of the preparation and quality of the finish. They have also commented on care and attention both Raf and Mark have given to every aspect of the work. We have no hesitation in recommending TopDec to anyone requiring top quality painters to do a top quality job.

RAF he came to my place to give me a quotation, when he came around and checked he explained everything in detail and the process of work how is gonna be and literally from the time he spoke and explaining things, I was already made up my decision to go ahead and use his services. Very professional the quality of the work is spot on and I don’t have enough words for his professionalism. Raf and Mark did a brilliant job repainting the front of our house. Super professional, great attention to detail, and really lovely guys — highly recommend!

We used raf and mark for painting and decorating services and all I can say is they’re top professionals on their craft will definitely use them again for our rest of our home. Thanks so much topdec

I can not recommend this company highly enough! Raf and Mark, his associate, are a breath of fresh air. Any reservations I had due to past contractors being unprofessional or cutting corners were put to rest when Raf came to look at my home and out together a quote. They did an amazing job on my entire ground floor, even with me asking for entire wall colours to be changed after they’d done the first coat, me deciding I wanted a room colour-washed after they we’re basically finished and even with a wallpaper mural being slightly too short. Mark is a professional artist so he mixed various paint colours and painted the half inch gap so it went all the way to the ceiling. They came back for touch ups twice just to make sure the job was perfect. I will be asking them back when I redo my bedroom and utility room. I one hundred percent recommend them for any job.

We had a horrible experience with a previous decorator, but then I found TopDec Decorating and couldn’t be happier. When Raf first came to our house, he explained every step of the work, which showed us straight away how professional he is. Raf and Mark were so professional and worked very clean and took care of the floors from start to finish. They decorated our hallway, skirting boards, stairs, doors, ceilings, and kitchen very well. The quality of their work is excellent, and they are also such kind and respectful people.😊 We’re really pleased with the result and we already recommended them to our friends and family, and we will definitely have them in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable decorators.Thank you so so much Raf & Mark. See you next time 😊
