Debbie and her team have just finished decorating our three bedroom house. Completing the upstairs one week and the ground level the remaining time. Debbie initially came to quote and then came to discuss colour scheme etc. During all the time Debbie was professional, diligent with a very strong work ethic. She has an attention to detail which has produced an excellent finish throughout the house. We would definitely recommend Debbie and her team. Thank you Debbie.

My experience of fine lines was a disappointing one. The work originally booked for 2 days took 3 which i was later told the 3rd day was a free favour to us and not a simple miscalculation on completion time, causing our inconvenience. 200 each per day although expensive they had great availability and good reviews. The work (completed in March 25) has excessive blobs of paint that need sanding, streaks from the brushes, roller marks and excessive amounts of paint flecks. There was paint left on taps, radiators and window handles that needed scraping off. In 3 different places we found a second coat had not been applied to an area, resulting in it being a different shade to the cutting in. The more we looked, the more issues we found. After highlighting the issues, with some photos but not all, it was taken as a personal offence, stating our expectations were too high and it was good for the money we paid. i was told they would fix it, refusing to give a partial refund. i followed up to book in the fix, being put off multiple times, and now refusing to do it or cover paint costs for me to do it.it It was made clear to us that new jobs took president over our humble home. The room is bright, the paint is white so it looks great in a distance photo but when stood next to the wall the imperfections are obvious. The bathroom had only a few flecks and one roller mark i could fix myself. So perhaps it was the white colour that made that particular job difficult for them. Regardless im out of pocket and out of faith. Ill add a few photos as examples but not all as that would be excessive. To pay what we did, having done a better job in a different room ourselves, we do not accept that our standards are too high, which was the response we got. Lastly i made it clear no photos or videos of our home were to be used on any platform for any reason and yet this request i found out was disregarded, this has made us feel very exposed and uncomfortable. No additional room was added.As you can see the paint on metal work is of the velux windows but also did include the radiator and taps in the single toilet both soley painted by your team. You quoted for the job in its entirety and i was not aware of any discount you think you applied. My husband moved all the kitchen units for you... Except on the second day when you told him not to and ensisted on that fact. Id rather he did it to be honest. We asked if this would be an issue, you said no. If you struggled with the slanted roof (which has a pretty low pitch)+ furniture, i wish you had brought this to our attention at the time not in your reply. The worste areas are in the flat and lowest section of the ceiling which required no ladders at all and one missed second coat was under the window, floor level. Lastly, our house is featured on one of your videos on your fb page, i kindly ask you to remove this. You have broken our trust by taking pictures and videos in our home after i explicitly said no and gone further and posted them without permission. Like i mentioned before, from a distance and in bright light it looks ok but standing next to it you can see all the many many issues. The bathroom, which was mist coated in advance was actually done well enough, so i do know you are capable of doing a better job. Im mostly upset that you ignored our attempts to rectify the situation, putting us off for months and but taking on new jobs, despite apparently grieving. You only responded after i left a negative review on fb of which you have since deleted and blocked me from. All in all a disappointing experience, the pictures speak for themselves.

I have no words to express how grateful and happy I am to have come across this amazing woman , I asked a lot from her talents but she did not disappoint, I asked for a wall backing for the canvas of my dog who I lost only 2 weeks ago and I had in my head what I wanted , but she exceeded my expectation, her work ethic is all about the work not about the price , I will recommend to anyone . We recently hired Fine Lines to repaint the exterior of our two small blocks of flats and I have to say that the service was first class from start to finish. Having carried out a site visit to assess the job, they provided a competitive quote for the two weeks of work required and kept in touch regularly to agree a convenient start date. Although it turned out to be probably two of the hottest weeks of the summer, Debbie and Courtney worked tirelessly in extreme conditions to complete the work on time, for the amount quoted and to an extremely high standard. I am hoping to use their services again to redecorate the interior of my property at some point in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for any type of decorating work.

Had hall, landing and bedroom painted. They did a fantastic job - we love it! Also, they fitted us in as soon as they could, worked so hard to get the job done in good time, were lovely to have around the house and didn't mind our dog annoying them every 5 minutes. We recently used Fine Lines decorating service to paint our kitchen and new extension. The girls were a great help in advising us with our colour choice and even got the paint for us . I’ve recently had my hall, stairs and landing redecorated by Debbie of Fine Lines, Dorset, Decorating. An absolutely superb job too. Debbie was helpful when it came to choosing colour of paint and very patient with me, she didn’t skimp with application, paid attention to detail and cleaned up each day. I’m very pleased with the end result and she’s coming back to do more work for me soon. I shall gradually work through the house as funds allow and Debbie plus her daughter will, I hope do the work.

Great service for a repaint of a selection of rooms in my rental property. Sanded back & repainted chewed woodwork that I thought was beyond repair & managed to cover up and repaint stains from pet rodents. Quick efficient & friendly service that I would recommend!

Fine Lines did a great job for us on our lounge and two bedrooms. Started and finished the job on time and even added a fun mural design in the kids bedroom! Good competitive quote and a pleasure to have in the house while they did the work. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again soon.
