We had a plumber from this company round this morning after having sought a quote from a different company. The first plumber (from the other company) was professional in manner, communication, polite and spent 20mins with us going through various options, everything and giving us pricings. When the plumber from Tyrone Guy Ltd arrived, the first thing he did was walk in and mention the bolts and said he'd crack on. He didn't investigate the issues properly - only went off the photos sent yesterday which isn't the best thing to do. I said "we're only collecting quotes today" because there is no way we would just have someone who didn't even get down and actually look at the issue, to do the work. This gentleman was in our house for less than 2 minutes. Upon leaving he had the nerve to be rude about us wanting a quote and not the work done there and then and to "warn" the next guy we're just going for quotes. There is no point disputing this review because this is what happened. Thankfully the other guy from the company that left 10mins before you arrived was a lot more professional, polite and clearly more experienced - we're going with him. So, for the future, when you're in other people's homes you need to watch your attitude especially when there is a child present. I also want to add that before you do your usual "we haven't had contact with/done work for this person" line you like to give on all your 1 star reviews, the booking was made with my partner under his name. Also, I'm not an "odious character" nor is this a fake review. Seems you like to do this when people aren't happy with your service.
Called Tyrone plumbing to investigate small leak on the immersion heater. Very prompt service. Came and took a look. Ordered parts. Retuned next day and fitted. Excellent service. Great price. Will certainly use again. Thanks.
They installed a new boiler for my 82 year old mother, they left a hole in the wall that she had to get another workman in to fix. She asked him how it worked and his exact words were "can you read, then read the instructions" With regard to your reply that I am a fake review, I am happy to supply my mothers receipts and screenshots of the rude texts you sent me when you attempted to repair the fault we reported. The fault you said we would have to pay for after your first try didn't fix the problem and it could be a number of things. In the end we got someone else who fixed it first time at half what you charged for not fixing it.
I had very stubborn kitchen sink which required several attempts and weeks of trying to unblock but eventually they managed and I am impressed with it. Really appreciate their hard work. Thank you
Ty came out on short notice to come look at the boiler. He sorted and fixed the new boiler within days. Extremely happy with the level of service I received, would recommend Ty to anyone and use him time and time again.
Terrible service after two visits at almost £300 each leak not located or fixed just fiddled about with the washing machine instead of looking for reason we had a leak, we called in a professional who located a cracked pipe further down where Tyrone guy didn’t even investigate they had two people spent two hours put new pipes and inspection panels in £150 !!!also we know realise Tyrone guy was the man who put a new toilet in we didn’t need two years ago and charged a fortune then , seems to like to overcharge the elderly and vulnerable

We contacted Tyrone to plumb in a toilet for us. He came the very same day, removed broken old toilet and plumbed in new one, leaving minimal mess and was punctual, polite and did a great job. We've been searching for a good reliable plumber and we've now found one!
