Only been in my new home less than a week when the composite front door locking mechanism jammed shut on a Sunday night. Chris came to the rescue the very next morning and tackled a very tricky job with ease. He made the door safe and useable while he sourced a new locking mechanism. As soon as he got the part he came back straight away to fit it. Excellent service, reasonable price and polite and professional.

Absolutely fabulous and affordable service, myself and.my husband got locked out and within an hour he had gotten us back into our property, I'm really pleased as we had our little boy with us too so we didn't have to wait too long in the cold

Outstanding service. Chris attended my home when the front window shoot bolt failed - and I had to try and cut trhough it to make the window shut. Came to Chris attending and he examined what had happened and ordered the parts He came back (thats a start!) with a new part and worked tirelessly to sort. Despite some jiggling around as tech/parts change and we were sorted Slight issue occurred (not his fault) and he was back wih his normal smile and "can do attitude". He comes 101% recommended by us. Thanks Chris for sorting us out.. You are marked in my phone as "lock god" and we always know we have a reliable and friendly person to come and sort things... Truly appreciated! Steve

Chris was super helpful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently :)

Absolutely 1st class. Called at 8pm on a Friday evening with our front door lock in pieces. Fortunately, we could still close the door and secure with a chain. Lock-on answered our call and confirmed a visit for first thing in the morning. On arrival on Saturday am, the lock was confirmed kaput and internet searches for a like-for-like Yale replacement were all out of stock. However, after a hunt around in his van, replacement parts were found and fitted in less than an hour - and at a very reasonable cost. 2 days later, the lock was found to be striking the door latch (minor issue, house still secure). Lock-on came back round and resolved in 5 mins - no extra charge. If you're concerned about security and potentially big bills for repairs, I strongly recommend Lock-on.

Chris came to our flat late in the evening and got us in with ease, in no time at all. He's a lovely chap who talked us through the entire process. With such great prices, we'll be sure to call again ;) Thanks Chris

One night last week came home to find we had locked ourselves out. Unlike one of the 'top' Google results - time-consuming and annoying phone call then rang back to say they had no-one in the area! - Chris was prompt (arrived within 30 mins despite the time), fast and courteous. Nothing needed replacing as Chris had really effective tools. And the charge was little more than HALF what I was quoted by the useless, national firm. Very highly recommend.

I called Chris at 2am on a Sunday morning having lost my keys on a night out. He was with us within 15 minutes and got us back into the safety of our flat very quickly indeed. Chris was friendly, courteous and professional throughout, despite the fact I'd woken him at an ungodly hour. The best bit was the price, I was expecting to pay an extortionate amount, but was more than pleasantly surprised when he quoted me £75 for the entire process: getting to us, getting us in and replacing our lock (with a more secure model). I would highly recommend Chris and Lock-On Security to anyone in the Portsmouth area.
