Only been in my new home less than a week when the composite front door locking mechanism jammed shut on a Sunday night. Chris came to the rescue the very next morning and tackled a very tricky job with ease. He made the door safe and useable while he sourced a new locking mechanism. Outstanding service. Chris attended my home when the front window shoot bolt failed - and I had to try and cut trhough it to make the window shut. Came to Chris attending and he examined what had happened and ordered the parts He came back (thats a start!) with a new part and worked tirelessly to sort. Despite some jiggling around as tech/parts change and we were sorted Slight issue occurred (not his fault) and he was back wih his normal smile and "can do attitude". He comes 101% recommended by us. Our front door had a very old lock and it was very hard to open the door. Chris kindly tried to fix the lock but it was too old and overused. He managed to get the same lock in a very short time and replaced it. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend him to anybody!

Phoned Chris about my front door lock that had been snapped in half by some trying to break in. Chris was at my flat within 20 minutes. And found they had damaged the door mechanism. He came back on the Monday and popped the door open and put in a temporary lock. He then tried to ordered a replacement but locking mechanism was to old. Found and order a new replacement mechanism that would fit and turned up today and fitted it very quick. I would recommend you using Chris. As he provides a very good and quick service. At a very good price.

Absolutely 1st class. Called at 8pm on a Friday evening with our front door lock in pieces. Fortunately, we could still close the door and secure with a chain. Lock-on answered our call and confirmed a visit for first thing in the morning. On arrival on Saturday am, the lock was confirmed kaput and internet searches for a like-for-like Yale replacement were all out of stock. However, after a hunt around in his van, replacement parts were found and fitted in less than an hour - and at a very reasonable cost. 2 days later, the lock was found to be striking the door latch (minor issue, house still secure). Lock-on came back round and resolved in 5 mins - no extra charge. If you're concerned about security and potentially big bills for repairs, I strongly recommend Lock-on.

Managed to snap my key off in the door a couple of weeks ago so had no option but to call a locksmith. The chap who came was very professional, clearly had all the right kit and did the job well for a reasonable price. Plus, he was ACTUALLY local, not like some others who appear to be.

We arranged early morning visit 7am to fix the lock which he did a temporary fix then came back with the door strip working and new lock mechanism. Chris was brilliant, had to order a new lock plate system over the christmas new year, came out several times to do a temporary fix, however replaced the old system which was beyond repair. He only charged for his labour to replace the lock system with new!! I would recommend Chris to anyone needing a lock fixed, and will definitely use him again if needed.
