My Jaguar’ battery completely died so I couldn’t open the doors. A roadside mechanic then snapped the emergency key off in the lock. On both occasions Eddie has been quick to respond and to attend the jobs, as well as demonstrating excellent customer service overall. Friendly, polite and helpful - we would definitely recommend Eddie's services.

I seriously can not recommend Eddie enough, after stupidly locking myself out of the house with a baby and an autistic teenager he came and literally saved us within 20mins. I cant thank him enough, I was trying to stay calm so as not to distress my son bit I was silently panicking that we would have to wait 5 hours for the landlord to bring a spare key. That's not great when you have nothing on you expect a phone and the worry of how much it's going to cost to get in. Thank you so much Eddie you truly are a super star and came to the rescue. Thank you from Samantha and the boys 😊

Friendly, great customer service and really knew his stuff to get the job done.

I have no hesitation recommending EA Locksmiths. Fast emergency call out, reasonable price, very helpful and friendly.

Eddie saved our morning and for a fantastic price. Even tried to walk us through solutions how to get back in on the phone before coming out. Thank you Eddie, we very much appreciate your time this morning.

I rang Eddie as I had problem with the front door mortice lock. I had spend few hours trying to open it without any success. Eddie was able to offer advice over the phone and as if by magic I was able to unlock the door with the key. Absolutely brilliant. I would certainly recommend Eddie

Our supurrrr hero! I own a cat sitting company in Portsmouth and unfortunately for the first time in over 5 busy years one my sitters misplaced a customers door key. A series of unfortunate events meant there were no spare keys available, the customer had just had a brand new super duper door installed and they were thousands of miles away on holiday. I called a couple of locksmiths who werent very helpful but Eddie was amazing. He sprung into action and evaluated the lock and the situation straight away. He gave me all the options available to us and over the 24 hours helped gain temp access to the property (and the cat) and changed the locks. He even dropped my sitter to and from the key cut shop to pick up keys. I honestly have no idea what we would have done without him. His fast action and communication meant we were able to continue to provide our top class customer service to our customer despite the circumstances. Thank you Eddie!

Eddy came out quickly after regular working hours, and provided a great service for a very reasonable price.

Came out in 20 minutes, and only took him about 3 to get in! No damage to the lock at all! I was really anxious as it was late and dark but he made me feel completely at ease and even cut me a new key! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Amazing service with a quick response. From first calling to having the door unlocked was 20 minutes. Couldn’t ask for anyone better.

I have had to use Eddies services on 2 occasions now, both times he was very prompt, responding immediately to my requests and always arriving on the same day to help me. Great value, nothing was ever too much, and an all round nice guy. Couldn't recommend Eddie enough. :)

Fantastic service from Eddie, really quick to attend and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone needing a locksmith in the Portsmouth area and will be saving his details in case in the future!

Eddie is a legend !! My son was on a long cycling tour and managed to break the bicycle lock which stopped it unlocking. Called Eddie and he came out straight away to sort it and what’s more he didn’t even charge for his time ! It’s like the 4th emergency service ! Brilliant, if you need a locksmith, I would massively recommend.

I had a security concern and Eddie was able to come and replace my locks the same day. He gave me great advice as to which locks would be best suited for my door. He also installed a key lock for my back gate at the same time. Very pleased.

I’ve used Eddie’s services twice recently after locking myself out of the flat and he’s been fantastic on both occasions. He was round at mine in around 15 mins on each occasion, which is much quicker than any other locksmith I’ve used in the past (I lose my keys a lot). He got the work done in an extremely efficient and professional manner, and is a friendly fella too. Hopefully I’ll never lock myself out again, but if I do then Eddie’s the locksmith I’ll have on speed dial! Thank you for the great service :)

Have used Eddie for years, would never go elsewhere, he does out-of-hours call outs - and nothing is too much trouble. He now looks after our large portfolio of properties. Would highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant! Couldn't have asked for more. Prompt, and did the front door lock mechanism replacement in front of me! Explaining the problem and checking the broken mechanism, it was the total up/down handle cam locking not the key lock itself! Very, very recommended. Thanks!

Highly recommended. The key broke in my front door and I couldn’t get into the house. Eddie arrived promptly and resolved the issue without a fuss, despite it being a bit tricky. He also fixed the sticking Yale lock on the door and cut another set of keys whilst he was here, which was much appreciated.

I'll definitely recommend Eddie to anyone who needs the service of a locksmith. Thank you sincerely Ed.

This man is nothing short of magical. After accidentally losing my keys I called numberous national companies and got quoted 2 hours waiting with a 299 bill (plus vat) This chap was round within 15 minutes, was into the house in a scary 60 seconds and cost only £80 (with a very well deserved tip) Highly recommended for service, speed, price and a bit of friendly banter. Eddie was a great bloke, arrived within 10 minutes of my call and completed the job quickly and efficiently without any damage. Worth every £ paid and an absolute lifesaver in a frustrating situation!

Had an absolute nightmare this morning and stupidly locked myself out of my flat. As I’m a bit thick and don’t have a spare stashed somewhere I obviously realized that I was in a bit of trouble. I considered kicking the door down but having the strength of a wet paper bag I knew this wouldn’t work so I decided to Google a Locksmith. Saw the review for EA Locksmiths and gave him a call. He was with me within 30 minutes and I was back in the flat in around 5 minutes. No damage to the lock and didn’t have to replace it either which would have been costly. Fantastic professional rapid service. Thanks a lot.

Eddie came out less than an hour after I called him. Answered his mobile, which is a winner for me at the first attempt to contact him. He immediately was able to tell me what was wrong with my patio door lock and mended it efficiently with a new locking system he carried in his van. I knew the full cost before agreeing to have the work completed. In addition, he changed another lock very reasonably and mended our long overdue cloakroom door lock, where the latch had broken. At all times he was friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use him again. My friend had also used him for her rental property several months before and I had remembered she had told me how kind he had been when her house had damaged by previous tenants as well as quickly changing all the locks.
