Solent Locksmiths Ltd

Pleased with the service. Arrived on time, polite, explained the problem and quickly replaced my front door lock. Happy to recommend.

Great speedy and efficient service which didn't cost the earth. Ashley was amazingly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Great service by Ashley to help us in a time of need when we couldn’t open our front door to the house. Highly recommend.

May I say Solent Locksmiths at Parkgate were excellent. Speaking to the locksmith in the shop, booking me in for a door lock failure, and having the locksmith who came out fix the locking issue. Thank you!

Great service from an established local business. They had someone in the area and came out very quickly. The charge was fair with just the call-out plus parts. The guy even adjusted one of my other doors which was not closing smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you liam, you took the time to listen and come with up ideas how to replace my broken car key, when other locksmiths could not help. After his skills using my old and new key parts he was able to give me a new key. Saving me loads of money, if I had gone to the car manufacture like everyone else told me I had to do. Thanks Again.

Great service. Returned my call within 20 minutes and were at the property within 2 hours. Polite, friendly, efficient and my door is fixed!

We were having issues with our front door lock. They came out first thing the next day and it was all sorted in 10 minutes! Amazing service!! Will definitely use them again!

Called them up after snapping my key in the lock. They had someone out within the hour who went and changed the lock before the kettle had even boiled! Very impressed, could not fault at all. Will definitely use again if needed.

Excellent service! Went above and beyond to make a copy of an old motorbike key. Didn't work first time so kept adjusting it until it did. Real professional work and great service.

I had a fault with my back door not locking and they were there within 15 mins and fixed quickly. My back door shuts better than it ever has and I would highly recommend! 😆

Liam - good work, mate! Thank you. Bought a secondhand van and the fascia that surrounds the key was coming apart and at risk of me loosing some the electrical components and the key itself. I only have the one key so this would be a disaster. All sorted within 15 minutes and a very reasonable price. Thank you and I can honestly recommend. Proper local business and I’m glad I popped in.

I had to get some keys cut and where I went to Timpsons I thought the job would be easy but it wasn’t. After having a bad experience with them, I tried Solent locksmith for the first time and I was no disappointed. They aim to provide an excellent service and the staff are very knowledgeable answering any queries I had which Timpsons did not. Thank you Liam for sorting my keys and locks for me, will definitely be back again.

Excellent service. . Even though I had previously employed two other companies these people solved the problem. They were confident from the outset, that they would and could. What's more they did, brilliant! In quick and efficient manner and good value for money.

If you want a locksmith that is knowledgeable and stands by their product, then look no further. Have used them a few times now, and have always received a quality product. Maybe not the cheapest, but you certainly end up paying in hassle elsewhere.
