Called them up after snapping my key in the lock. They had someone out within the hour who went and changed the lock before the kettle had even boiled! Very impressed, could not fault at all. Will definitely use again if needed.

Liam - good work, mate! Thank you. Bought a secondhand van and the fascia that surrounds the key was coming apart and at risk of me loosing some the electrical components and the key itself. I had to get some keys cut and where I went to Timpsons I thought the job would be easy but it wasn’t. After having a bad experience with them, I tried Solent locksmith for the first time and I was no disappointed. They aim to provide an excellent service and the staff are very knowledgeable answering any queries I had which Timpsons did not. Thank you Liam for sorting my keys and locks for me, will definitely be back again.
Excellent service. . Even though I had previously employed two other companies these people solved the problem. They were confident from the outset, that they would and could. What's more they did, brilliant! In quick and efficient manner and good value for money.
If you want a locksmith that is knowledgeable and stands by their product, then look no further. Have used them a few times now, and have always received a quality product. Maybe not the cheapest, but you certainly end up paying in hassle elsewhere.
