Absolutely excellent service. My patio door lock broke and they were able to source me some alternative parts as the original manufacturer no longer made the part I needed. Really went the extra mile to find all the information and come up with a solution for me. Parts came by the following lunchtime so they were fast too. Can’t recommend them enough. Very knowledgeable and explained what I needed to do to fix it myself even though they could have made more £ with their Engineer fitting it

I phoned them up as I was locked. They came out with 5 minutes, gained entry and fitted anew lock. The old barrel was bent. All done in half an hour. Excellent job, I would highly recommend. Thank you.
My Seat Ateca key battery was flat, after being quoted £18 near Asda, I remembered that last year I was impressed with price at Country Locksmiths too. Excellent friendly service, extremely fair priced and local!
