I can’t thank Craig enough for the incredible service. I accidentally locked my key in my car and was completely stuck, but he came out quickly and handled everything with such professionalism and care. Not only did he safely retrieve my key without any damage, but he also cut me a new one on the spot, which was a huge relief. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. The whole experience was stress-free thanks to his calm and helpful approach. I genuinely appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure I was back on the road as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy locksmith!

I was advised by an RAC technician to contact Advanced Locksmiths to replace a failed ignition barrel in VW Golf. First class communication and replaced the failed part to be back up and running in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Door lock seized came out in under 24 hours repaired within minutes and price surprised me much cheaper than I thought great service

Key would not turn in my daughter-in-law's VW Golf this morning, and it all pointed to a failure within the ignition system. These guys turned up within 90 minutes, giving me a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived. Repair was complete within an hour - the unit that houses the ignition barrel needed replacing. Now as good as new. Ignore the one negative review on here - it is full of misunderstanding, ignorance, and self-importance, on what was a tragic day for one family. A 5 star review is fully deserved, I'd have no hesitation in using Advanced Locksmiths again, and would recommend them with full confidence.

Absolutely amazing service! Whilst other locksmiths convinced me that my car lock out will be annoying to deal with (car battery dead and keyhole not working) and will require breaking windows, Advanced Locksmith just agreed to help quite quickly and came to sort it out for me in no time! Got it unlocked and fitted a new key for me, even gave my car a quick jump start to get it moving again. 10/10 will definitely recommend their service to anyone with car key issues!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Having lost my car keys in town, I couldn't get my car out of the car park- we were loaded up with 5 Suitcases and all belongings, and needed to be on a cruise ship within the hour. Peter was amazing, while I was in tears, he reassured us that he would get us on that ship. He was with us within about 10 minutes, and we were in the car on the way to the port with time to spare. Thank you Peter for saving our cruise and my sanity!

Such a easy quick and friendly service. My car suddenly wouldn't start suspecting it may be a immobiliser issue I gave these guys a text on Sunday evening and after sending a quick video, i was given a possible cause, prices and an appointment with an engineer. What a day I have had..... went shopping locked keys in boot. Advanced locksmiths Turned up even tho rac gave them the wrong contact number and they couldn't get hold of me. And got in so quick and not any damage to my car at all. Well happy, definitely highly recommend 👌

Managed to lock my car keys in the boot of the car. Advanced Locksmiths were able to get out to me within about 45 mins and it only took 10 minutes or so to have picked the lock twice and returned the keys to me. Great service and very much appreciated. Would recommend their services any time!

Amazing service, refused to give up on my car which just did not want to play ball, staying on my car for 4hours on the day of breakdown and then coming out both Saturday and Sunday in order to fix it. Would recommend and use again if needed (although I'm 100% sure they never want to see my car ever again!!!)

Advanced locksmiths saved me a small fortune when they came out and change my ignition barrel and cut me a new key, the whole process to get that done as well as work out what was wrong in the first place was really quick, less than an hour I would say, highly recommended

I can not recommend this business enough- absolutely top work and great customer service - replaced the ignition on my Ford first mk7 as the lock would not turn. Even turned up on Easter Sunday. Don’t look any further if you need an Auto Locksmith 👍

Was locked out of Kia Picanto. Flat car battery, mechanical override lock not working. Arrived in 20 mins, had the door open in seconds. Also went the extra mile and fixed the lock at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

This was the only business I could find that would replace my lost Mercedes car key and the whole job was completed within a day. I believe I saved money as my car was not subject to the added expense of recovery to other premises.

Fantastic service after losing my key they came out quickly and cut a key to my Insignia when it was in the multi storey carpark. It saved me recovery charges and dealer prices, cannot thank them enough.

Booked another company to come and make a key to my ford focus after I'd lost the keys on a night out. Waited all flipping day for a no show. Rang advanced locksmiths and they came out within an hour and sorted me out. Also cheaper than the first company and were very polite and professional. Have given 5 star for that reason. Thank you.
