Keys work every time, sometimes they feel cheap and may snap compared to my original key. It is good to drop them off and collect them after shopping. The staff are good people and wear their masks.

came to the shop at 11.10 to find it shut.. waited 20 min on understanding that people takr breaks .. but none appeared.. .. sorry no lunch breaks are noted and no notes were left.. please respect everyones time!

This guy should be out of business. I had a key cut, came home and realised it didn’t fit. Went back literally 15 minutes later to complain. Not only I didn’t get an apology but the man denied he had cut the key, and had said ‘I don’t know where you got this from’. He cut me a new key nevertheless, but I will never use his services again, I will go to Tooting Broadway where I have always had my keys cut over the past 10 years and never had a bad experience.
