Wow what can I say I was away on my holiday and my daughter forgot her key. From start to finish this company was amazing couldn’t thought their service. My French door lock was not locking. I called at 1pm and it was all fixed by 2pm. The lady on the phone was so lovely and knowledgeable. The guy came was professional and fast and serviced the whole door locking system. I would highly recommend well done. Thank you

We called them out on a Sunday morning and they arrived within 10–15 minutes, which was impressive. Not only did they fix the lock I had damaged while trying to remove a broken key, but they also took the time to adjust our door, which hadn’t been shutting properly for years and did not charge anymore although it took them an extra hour to do so. They replaced the lock with an upgraded version and provided excellent customer service throughout. There was no pressure to buy anything extra — in fact, they even recommended purchasing online, despite having a store in Wincheap. I asked them about my front door and had they a lock on them that was on similar quality (good lock) they would have changed this under the call out charge. They still tightened the handle without any hesitation as they noticed it was lose. Absolutely brilliant service, reasonable price. Highly recommended — we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. We would recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for kind and friendly and honest service. Made a stressful situation not stressful. If i could give more than 5 stars i would!!!
