Excellent service to mend a broken lock on a conservatory door. We arranged a visit and Daniel appeared on the dot of 10am. He stripped down the door and found the lack was not broken. He cleaned every part rebuilt it and it now works better than it ever has! Only one hour charged. Very polite and pleasant service.

The AA breakdown advised me that my van key transponder had broken and engine ecu would need attention and reprogramming. I found these guys on Google. Within 3 hours my van was back up and running with a new key and all emobolizer sorted out. Lee was honest with me from the start telling me the worst case could be there software may not be compatible but if this would be the case there be no charge to myself. Lee spent a good amount of time on my van and brilliantly got me going. A. s a self-employed gardener relying on my van im so thankfully pleased with the outcome from Lee. I was happy with the price as without my van it would of been a nightmare. Lee is a very nice guy and very polite and professional. Thank you so much, Highly recommend

Came and repaired a broken lock in a uPVC door. Work was good and engineer polite and helpful. Dusappointed that the labour rate charged on the day was 95/hr but I was quoted 85/hr by Keytek on the phone. That's not right.

Locked out of home! Help! We've got the key, but the door locking mechanism is jammed. Double HELP!! I Google emergency locksmiths and find KeyTek I call the number, get told the prices and whatnot - all fair enough. In less than 45 mins, up turns Colin. I wont bore you all with the detail of the job that this craftsman had to do to get us in, but what I will say is that when you have a combination of a crisis and someone working on your home, you want that person to have a combination of professional pride, tenacity, a feeling that you can trust them and a really, really nice nature. Colin is that chap. With a dogged determination and more than a little skill, this guy got the job done, all whilst offering detailed explanation of what was needed and why. Although any financial outlay at this time of year is unwelcome, the price of the work and materials was way better than fair. Nothing is a "bargain" these days, but for what we got done, I was braced for a bigger bill than I got. I can't recommend this guy and the service he gives enough, I really can't but, in the nicest possible way, I hope the next time we do business, it is less of an emergency and more serene!!
