I had already had my garden landscaped, it is a very low maintainance garden ideal for entertaining. However I felt it needed at least a nod to horticultural endeavours. I'm not in any way a keen gardener but I thought a raised bed would be manageable and something to maybe give me some inspiration. So I contacted BB landscapes and arranged for Ben to visit to give me a quote. He was on time which was a good start. I showed him what I wanted and he told me the various methods of construction. So later that day he emailed a quote for all of the different styles. Communication was clear and we agreed on a date . 8.00 a.m. I was told Dale would be with me, sure enough he was and a very pleasant guy he was. Unfortunately access to my garden is very awkward I.e. an entry through the houses and over three gardens to mine. Dale didn't even draw breath but got straight on transporting sixteen sleepers and borrowing a ton and a half of top soil. Bish bash bosh done by 2.30 . Everywhere clean and tidy and the addition of a beautiful new raised bed. I have no hesitation in giving BB landscapes my hearty thanks for a job well done. It is such a pleasure to have done business with you all. So thank you Ben, Robin, Dale and the guy who brought the soil and helped Dale barrow it round sorry I didn't catch your name. We are immensely happy with your efforts.

We recently had our garden done with a porcelain patio and turf, and overall we’re really happy with the result. The team worked quickly and transformed the space in a short amount of time. The patio is well laid, nice and level, and the finish looks clean and modern. The layout and cuts around the edges have been done neatly, and the addition of the gravel border along the fence works really well. Communication was straightforward throughout, and the site was left tidy once the job was complete. Overall, a good quality job and a big improvement to the garden — would recommend.

Quality service from B.B landscapes from start to finish, Ben come to quote the job and was very reasonable with the pricing, the team turned up as promised 07:00 and finished the job with in the week, we needed some gaps blocking behind the shed to keep the dog out and the lads sorted this for us no problem! I recently had my garden completely transformed by BB Landscapes, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. First of all, thank you to Robyn in the office, who was very friendly and organised a quote with Ben, the owner, at very short notice. The whole process was smooth from the start thanks to her helpful and organised approach. When Ben came out to quote, he was informative, friendly, and very easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and kept up great communication throughout the project while his team were on site. The team working on the job — Aaron, Tom, Daley, and Andy — were an absolute credit to BB Landscape's. A great bunch of lads who worked incredibly hard from start to finish. The weather conditions were typical horrid UK weather, but that didn’t slow them down one bit. In fact, I had to ask them a few times to take a break and grab a coffee because they just kept going. I remember one of them saying that the quality of the work comes first, and it really showed in the finished result. They took my garden from basically a muddy area and turned it into a beautiful large slabbed patio area with flower planters, completely transforming the space. As with any job, there were a few challenges along the way, but the team were always very transparent about anything they came across. They explained the options clearly and suggested the best solutions to maintain both the quality of the work and the overall aesthetic of the garden. A special mention has to go to Daley, who really went above and beyond. Even after the job was completed, he came back out to sort a few small snagging bits I had noticed, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. During the works, my driveway did get damaged by the digger. I raised it with the team, who explained that they always try their best to protect the driveway but acknowledged that the digger had unfortunately caused the damage. I then contacted Ben, who was very helpful and arranged for someone to come out and repair the damage. I’m currently waiting for the driveway to be fixed, but Ben has been very helpful in getting this sorted and keeping me updated. All in all, if you’re looking for an honest, hardworking team who genuinely care about the quality of their work, then Ben and the team at BB Landscapes are the people to get the job done.

The team did a fantastic job over 4 days, ripping up old wooden decking and replacing with a quality patio, as well as levelling out the garden and relaying all the turf. We are both very happy with our new patio! Ben came out to discuss the job and he had a quote with us the same evening, I then changed my mind about the design and once again Ben was there to show me some pictures and give me an idea of what they could do. Just had a beautiful porcelain patio laid and I really cannot speak highly enough of the team who installed it and their workmanship. They were happy on the job, started early and knew exactly what they were doing. The quote was very competitive and it was so helpful to visit their outlet to choose the slabs. BB landscapes have been so easy to work with from quickly coming out to quote, contact to arrange a date for the work to be done, and within a few weeks, coming out to do the work. I had everything (grass and paving) removed from my garden and the entire area re-paved and it looks fantastic. We needed a large area of gravel removed and new different gravel put in its place. Ben came and looked at the garden and listened to what we wanted and he gave us a lot of advice. We agreed on the price and the job was done a week later. The two guys who came,sorry I can only remember the name of one of them and that was Daly. Right from quote stage Ben turned up when he said, listened to what we wanted, helped us design the garden for how we wanted to use it and made some really good suggestions. Quotes were sent when promised and were competitively priced. The team were delayed starting due to the weather but was communicated well in advance, they arrived two days later. The professionalism and workmanship of the team were great and a friendly bunch of lads that I couldn’t fault at all - turned up when they said they would, they’ve done a great job and left the area pristinely clean. BB Landscaping came and remodelled our Garden. It had gotten overgrown and was full of tree roots, bramble and other such fast growing, impossible to control shrubs. We decided we wanted to go with slabs so we could then add planters and flowers afterwards. The team were very friendly, professional and tidy. Always arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would do. The quote was fair and the work has been completed to a very high quality. My wife was really pleased with the way the BB conducted themselves and is excited to start adding pots and plants to the wonderful patios that we now have. I'd definitely recommend them.

Ben and the team were early to the job and polite throughout. They were tidy and kept disruption to a minimum considering they didn’t have rear access so had to go through the house. They transformed an old concrete garden to a neat tiled design with tidier drainage which is tucked out the way.

BB Landscapes just completed a raised patio in our back garden and have done a fantastic job. From quoting within our budget right through to installation Ben and his team were courteous and helpful. Answering the many questions I had patiently and in a timely manner The work was started on time and although it took a little longer than planned they kept us informed of this, so communication was perfect. Anything to do with admin and payment was handled very professionally by Robyn and we were provided with a clearly laid out payment schedule. The installers were polite and tidy, again keeping us informed of their progress.The work was carried out to a very high standard and with obvious pride in their company and skills. A big thank you to Ben and the team at BB Landscapes for totally transforming our garden, we are so please with it! During our initial meeting I presented Ben with a layout of how we had envisaged the garden would look. After a brief walk around and discussion, Ben then added several ideas which were most helpful and made perfect sense. They cleared the ground and constructed two patio areas at either end of the garden (a total area of over 40 square metres) and laid at new lawn between the two. Ben and his team arrived punctually as agreed and Ben then briefed them on the job in hand. Every aspect of the job was carried out to a very high standard and their skills were very evident. They also involved me regularly, checking that I was happy with how they were progressing. I have now booked them to come back and lay the lawn.
