Marble & Granite Inspirations Ltd

This is the second time we have used Marble & Granite inspirations. Jacqui is extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. The guys in the workshop are incredibly talented and did an excellent job fitting our worktops. Thank you!

Jacqui, Alan and Ian were so helpful in helping us chose our lovely new worktops. The customer service was amazing and the fitting installation and end result exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for your service we would highly recommend. Roma and Kieren

Wow! What a fantastic company! So friendly and helpful. Everyone is so professional. I adore my beautiful new tops . I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the expertise of the fitters. Thank you so much I would throughly recommend your company.

Jacqui and her team have done an amazing job and we’re delighted with the finish. They were a pleasure to work with and very patient from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our quartz worktop from Marble & Granite Inspirations! The service from Jacqui, Alan and Ian was fantastic from start to finish. So friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. They made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend this company, we couldn’t be happier!

Amazing from start to finish! From the very beginning, the team were so friendly, helpful, and professional. They gave us plenty of samples to take home so we could see which style worked best with our kitchen units, and that made such a huge difference in helping us choose the perfect worktop. It’s not often you come across a company that delivers both amazing quality and such genuine customer service. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful quartz worktops. Thank you again for doing such a fantastic job!

Great experience with Marble & Granite Inspirations. Extensive choice in their showroom, competitively priced and excellent advice from Jackie and her team. Flawless installation by their expert stonemasons. We are absolutely delighted by how it finishes off our new kitchen

Top quality experience from start to finish!

Fantastic experience. Jacqui showed us around the vast selection of worktops in their showroom. She was extremely helpful and provided great advice throughout. I commented to my partner how nice it is to work with a family business where you can have an open discussion with people who are genuinely passionate about what they do. We placed our order and it was fitted the following week. The fitters were super polite and helpful, and even our kitchen fitter was impressed with their efficiency!

Jacqui and Co are amazing, really helpful and very professional, they went above and beyond to help me.

Oh my goodness I am welling up I’m so delighted with the granite. Jacqui and her team have been incredible since the initial engagement until now. I will add more photos once it is all absolutely complete but wow the quartz!!! I’m overwhelmed and totally in love. My kitchen is transformed!! Thank you oh thank you. Incredible service and you even managed to get all of the quartz fitted within a week of templating so we had it in place before our holiday and on top of that on a Friday afternoon so we could latex the floor in the morning. The service and people you have working for you are the best. Define recommend!! Thank you so so much

Great company good old school. I spoke to Jacqui over the phone about what I sort of wanted it needed to tie in with my industrial style kitchen of reclaimed wood and brick with copper. When I went along to see Jackie, she knew exactly what I wanted very organic and hard wearing granite. It’s perfect and still love it 8months on. Thank you 🤩

These guys are the best around. A pleasure to deal with from beginning through to installation. They have a great selection of stone at their showroom to choose from and are very well priced. Jacqui in the office is easy to deal with and very helpful. Their turnaround is pretty quick and their workmanship is fantastic. They are the only company I will use for stone from now on!

Such a lovely company to deal with. Jacqui was endlessly patient whilst searching for a piece of stone large enough for what I needed, the installers were wonderful and could not have done more on the day, managing to work around the fact that an electric hob had not been detached in time by the electrician. About a month after the install I chipped a small corner (entirely my fault) and the team came out and repaired it for me so quickly and free of charge. From beginning to end a fantastic experience, so highly recommended.

The whole team were really friendly & efficient Thrilled with both the product & overall finish Would highly recommend

Amazing experience and truly wow worktop. Jacqui was very patient with us as we were working out our budget and style preferences for a long time. Templating and fitting was very quick and efficient. A couple of days after we noticed a shall chip that we likely caused and Jacqui’s came to repair no questions asked. Amazing service and product. Would definitely use again. Thank you very much.

Alan, Jacqui and the team have been brilliant throughout the whole process of having our worktops installed. We initially approached their company a few months ago and were provided with a lot of advice and comfort before deciding which worktop we wanted to go with. We are so happy with the outcome and are looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Jacqui and her team couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful in putting together the quartz worktop on a kitchen that we purchased second hand. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and creating a stress free experience is a credit to the entire team. Thank you all so much.

Really delighted with our replacement quartz kitchen worktops. Thank you Jacqui and Ian and the fitting team. Quality product, flawless fitting and finish and nothing was too much trouble for Jacqui! Thanks.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Huge range of worktops to suit any budget, helpful and friendly owners, got back to me promptly and worked hard to provide me with what I was looking for. We are so happy with our new worktops, thank you so much to Ian, Jacqui and the team of fitters. They were hard working, respectful and polite. We highly recommend this company and will most definitely be back. Best wishes

Fantastic seamless service and well priced worktops. Jackie and her team are super friendly, down to earth and no hard sell. They have a show room tucked away on Ringwood road with plenty of choice. Fast service too. Highly recommended. 5 stars. Keeley

Fell in love with the stone we picked, Jacqui took the time to listen to our needs and budget and helped us choose the right stone. The fitting went very smoothly, we're very happy with the results. Thank you!

Fantastic company. The experience from patiently assisting us in choosing the right quartz product, and steering us in the right direction, to templating the kitchen and utility rooms to create deeper than normal worktops, and finally the very efficient installation of the worktops was second to none. The manufacturing was perfect in particular cutting the recess for the flush fitting hob. The resulting finish draws complements from anyone now visiting, and has created a wow factor to our kitchen. It was a delight to work with you, and Thank you again.

Recently used the guys down at marble and granite for a lovely kitchen project, the service was impeccable from start to finish. Needed the worktops very quickly and nothing was too much. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again for any more projects.

Jacqui and the team were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. We are very pleased with the finished product. The fitting team were very experienced and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. We would Highly Recommend.

We are delighted with our new kitchen island. Trying to match up the granite to our 16 year old countertop wasn’t easy but Jacqui managed to pull it off. The quality of the finish is excellent and was fitted professionally without any issues. We have no hesitation in recommending MGI to anyone who is considering a new kitchen countertop.

Excellent service and quality product. We needed a small offcut to top a chest of drawers - Vicky took time to find the right piece and had it cut to size and the edges polished very quickly and at a great price (about half of what we had been quoted elsewhere). Highly recommended.

First of all, excellent customer service! Just the most easy, friendly but professional and informative customer service. The range of product on offer is surprising and the price is very competitive. Now the service: the timeline offered is spot on, the fitting perfect and the end result looks fantastic.

Alan and his team were brilliant. Jacqui was so helpful when picking out the right work top for our kitchen and checked in with us regularly as we still had building works happening. The work tops look absolutely amazing and we love the chopping boards as well 🙌🏾 thank you again 🙏🏽

Really helpful people, and I got some great quartz tops for our en-suite, which go really well and absolutely make the room. We went back again for more quartz for the family bathroom, and again there was great service and quality products (pics soon). Went back a few months later and got some lovely quartz in a second bathroom - added extra pics below. Will also definitely be using the company for quartz in our new kitchen, next year.

The whole experience, from the first casual visit, was an absolute pleasurable experience. Jacqui was friendly and very helpful with no pressure applied to make a sale. The quartz we chose has a fine sparkle which is amazing in the right light and the quality is superb. I would definitely recommend the whole team for your installation. We're super pleased with the result.

Absolutely fantastic company from start to finish. Jacqui was completely amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful - she invested so much thought, time and care into making sure we were 100% happy with our choice. The worktop is absolutely stunning, fitted beautifully and we’ve already had so many complements and requests to know which company we used! Couldn’t recommend Marble and Granite Inspirations enough. Thank you so much again!

I can’t thank Jacqui and the marble & Granite inspiration enough for making my vision and dream kitchen come to life. From my first communications with Jacqui I knew I was in safe hands- during the initial visit she offered expert advice and guidance on the different between granite/quartz. I appreciated her expertise and honesty. Jacqui’s suggestions and recommendations were so helpful and ensured I selected the right quartz for my kitchen. Great communications throughout and they were so flexible in relation to installation date/timescales. I was so impressed with meticulous detail and precision of the person on the day he came to measure up and when the 2 guys installed the quartz-true craftsmen. The whole experience from start to finish has been 5 star and I can’t thank you enough. I will be recommending to all family and friends.

A big thanks to all at Marble and Granite Inspirations. The quality of the product, workmanship and service is first class. Special thanks to Jacqui for helping me with the design, and for making the whole process smooth and seamless from start to finish.

I was referred to this business by a friend and it was defenately a good desicion. Jacqui was really helpful in understanding the ideas i had in mind and choosing the worktop I wanted. She made it possible to accomodate for installation dates which turned out to be hassle free for me. The workmanship of Woytek and his collegue in working with stone is outstanding and very helpful when adjusting and amending stuff to keep the customer satisfied. Would be the company I would deal with in the future should I need any more stone work done. Would defenately recommend!

We had our quartz worktop fitted in our new kitchen March 2023 (finally got round to posting a review) From start to finish the process was easy with them, fell in love with the work top and still now I find myself just staring at it! The team of fitters were great, tidy & quick, with a wonderful finish. And we cant thank Jacqui enough for all her help, super friendly & helpful, any query’s or questions, she will always get back to you quick & sort anything if needed. Great, personal service. Jacqui is very knowledgeable and our quartz looks fabulous.

Fantastic business, would highly recommend!!! Marble and Granite Inspirations took their time to walk us round the showroom and show us the different worktops that would suit our kitchen. We even got to see how it was cut at their site and left feeling excited about what was to come. The staff were super professional, they came out to template the worktops and fitted it the following week, we were kept updated along the way as well to make sure we were ok with the dates and times. The guys that fitted it were great and did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier with the finish. Thanks to Jacqui and the team and Marble & Granite Inspirations.

Fantastic customer service from Jacqui and professional fitters. Very happy with our beautiful veined quartz! Thanks Dave

I want to say a big THANK YOU to all the team at Marble & Granite Inspirations. They took template's, reconfigured & re-installed our granite worktop for our new kitchen layout, adapting it to suit our needs. It now looks amazing & we are so impressed with the end result. The whole process was easy friendly & smooth we were talked through every step of the process. As a company they accommodated our availability in respect of both collection & refitting. Voytek attention to detail when installing is spot on, he is very knowledgeable about everything, to do with granite & stone, every question we asked was explained in full which reassured us. If you're looking for someone to provide you with granite or quartz you won't go wrong selecting Granite Inspirations. Thank you guys for a great service. I found Marble and granite Inspirations by mistake when I was getting my windscreen changed, we were looking for light blue quartz. From the start when I met Jacqui at the premises it was a great experience, we got a sample and made the order. Voytec came to template, we got the kitchen fitted. Then Voytec and Allan came to install, it looks fabulous. Thanks to all all you guys for a great experience

Just had our worktop installed and it looks amazing. Fab service from day one and great communication all the way through the process. Way to much choice was to only issue .. honestly the showroom as so many samples it is but was guided to a brilliant choice. Thanks Jon E

Fantastic customer service, more than helpful in finding just what we wanted for a fire hearth. Very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them. We will definitely come back to them when we need anything else in marble or granite.

A great experience from start to finish, so we cannot recommend this company enough. From our first meeting with Jacqui to the final installation of our stunning worktops the whole experience was professional, enjoyable, on budget and trouble free. From deciding on the style of worktop to templating, and final installation the whole exercise took only two weeks. There were stone supplier issues but they were handled in a seamless fashion by Jacqui and the management team so we cannot fault the customer service in any way. Voytek and Cobe the fitters were friendly, efficient and certainly went the extra mile. Well done all at Marble and Granite Inspirations.

Marble & Granite Inspirations were excellent and I would highly recommend using them. I had an idea in my head and they managed to complete it, Jackie was brilliant had all the patience and knowledge needed to help with choosing the desired design. Came and templated it within few days and fitted next week. Great turnaround time, absolutely dead spot on time. Installation went absolutely smooth and not an 0.0005 mm off...dead on. These guys are amazing! From the first visit to see what was available, to fitting and in my case a minor amendment due to my error they are fabulous. They have an amazing selection of stone and really understand their product and their fitters take great pride in what they do. Fantastic all round. Thank you.

An excellent job so efficiently done, beautiful. Particular thanks to Lucas and Coby.

Excellent service from start to finish; from speaking to Jacqui at the shop to the fitting by Lukas and Coby. We're over the moon with our quartz worktop!

They have just fitted Quartz kitchen worktops in our kitchen. We are absolutely delighted with Marble and Granite Inspirations. A very professional company from the moment we stepped into the showroom to discuss our plans to the guys fitting the worktops. Would definitely recommend. Great produce and workmanship. Thank you Jackie for your first class service.

Part of our worktop was measured and cut to the incorrect size by an employee. We took it back for rectification however the woman at reception refused to put it right without further payment. She was very rude and patronising. We will be going elsewhere for a new worktop.

Can’t thank Jackie and the team enough for a great installation from start to finish. Very profession and a pleasure to deal with. My kitchen looks great and a pleasure to be in now. Thanks again guys great work

Alan , Jacqui and the team were absolutely amazing. We ordered our worktops around 6 months prior to the fitting date and they went out of their way to accommodate our every needs. The templating guys were extremely professional and fitted our worktops beautifully. We can’t thank you guys enough for your help and support. Out kitchen looks incredible. Highly recommend.

Great service from this company!! Me and my partner looked around and decided to go with this company and very happy we did. The service from start to finish was brilliant, very efficient and the quality of work was superb. Everyone I dealt with from the office staff to the fitters were great. Can’t recommend them enough

Not knowing where to start with choosing a worktop for our new kitchen, Jacquie and the team have been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. All of the staff involved throughout have been friendly, helpful and professional. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

The team at Marble and Granite Inspirations were a pleasure to deal with, from our first engagement all the way through to fitting. We may have been a little keen by visiting 6 months before we needed our worktop, but wanted to make sure we had everything in place when the time came to installing or kitchen. Our early order was no bother for the team, and they even opened up the warehouse on a Saturday to run through the options, and talked through the pros and cons of each stone type. Templating for our worktop was quick and simple, however because of scaffolding around our property, the fitting was a challenge. The team rose up to this and brought in an extra pair of hands to ensure the delivery was smooth. A little tip for anyone buying from here....pay a little extra for some contrasting worktop savers, these have been a godsend and look great. I'd highly recommend this business and will be back when I'm ready to get to work on the outdoor kitchen.

Excellent quality product, fantastic sale service helping us make the right choice. Incredible craftsmanship. Very quick turn around. Awesome all the way through! We are very happy with our new kitchen worktop, it really brings the wow factor to our new kitchen! Thanks!

We have recently used Marble and Granite Inspirations for our new kitchen and we couldn’t be more happy with their professional service and advice. Would highly recommend their expertise and service, as our new quartz worktop is absolutely beautiful.. certainly everything we hoped for.

Really great choice and super speedy from quote to template and fitting. Jacqui was very helpful and the Stone Mason was very experienced and did a great job - highly recommend. Thanks to all the team.

Great service from start to finish from all of the team. Our clients were very happy with the quality of the stone and install.

Was recommended this company by a friend. All of the team have been amazing from start to finish. So pleased with our new work tops!

Great service all round. Owner was very friendly and helpful with picking what would be most suitable and went out his way to provide what we wanted. The install was quick, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Marble & Granite Inspirations Ltd were so incredibly helpful when i approached them with a time sensitive project. They responded quickly to my many enquiries and offered suitable and reasonably priced options. Our design for an outdoor gas fire pit surround was understood and Jacqui handled our quotes very efficiently and courteously. Great presales customer service!

Utterly brilliant people and outstanding service. They have quality worktops and are a delight to work with. Richard

Had a quartz worktop fitted to our kitchen . The service for measuring and fitting was excellent and I would highly recommend this company

M&G installed a Carearstone worktop in our 17th Century Cottage. The quality of the worktop and install was fantastic. As you would imagine our walls are not the straightest, vertically or horizontally. The installers were great and achieved brilliant results. Also the customer care from Jacqui has been second to none. Highly recomend....also best on price too out of 5 quotes.

Avoid this company.. Worst company I’ve dealt with to date and I’ve dealt with many having completed numerous house renovations.. Product supplied in our mind was not fit for purpose.. We were accused of using a cleaning product on item supplied which we dispute! Said cleaning products were actually used the day of installation by installers so god knows what happens at manufacturing before they install. One of the owners was so extremely rude and unprofessional that he put the phone down on me. This is forgetting the other problems we paid to rectify: * tile edging to hide huge gap between splash back and bottom of cupboard * reinstall utility sink as they put the tap hole in wrong place * excess ugly silicone between worktop & wall * damage to kitchen cupboard on installation You’ve been warned!

End result is great

Best stone company in dorset

The service provided was excellent from start to finish. It was quick too, and the fitting was clean and efficient. Jackie took a lot of time explaining things about the product and offering assistance with the samples. Cannot compliment and recommend this company enough.

Lovely quartz worktop, great workmanship and good value. The team pulled out all the stops to get us sorted before Xmas. Highly recommended

Amazing service. Excellent and responsive communication through Jacqui and the team and M+G. Very flexible around our kitchen build schedule and were able to install the amazing Bianca Carrera worktops ahead of schedule. Quality of workmanship also excellent. Thanks very much - we are delighted!

Cannot recommend this company enough. Exceptional service throughout, Jacqui made the whole experience very enjoyable; from choosing our worktops, to arranging templating, to fitting - and post-fitting queries - the customer service was exemplary. Fitters were awesome, templated on Tuesday, fitted on Friday. Love, love, LOVE our worktops. Also, very obliging to help us source a last minute cut for our ensuite vanity. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Very good service! I was impressed by their masonry skills. Will 100% use this company again!

Overall great experience of customer service from start to end. Also love the quality of my worktops!

Had quartz tops fitted in our new kitchen before Christmas. Couldn’t be any happier with the quality and the look of it. 10/10 service. Thank you so much Jackie, Ian and Lukas for all your help!

We had quartz worktops fitted in our kitchen and had a great experience. All the staff are really friendly. The turnaround from templating to fitting was really quick. The end result is stunning. Since we had our kitchen worktops fitted my parents have had quartz worktops fitted also and they are delighted with the results too. Top marks from us 👍

Quality product & quality service from Ian and the team. Would highly recommend this company for all your marble & granite needs. I had a honed granite hearth from them and they looked after me on the price. 👌🏽😊

Contacted Marble and Granite just as lock-down was easing, spoke to Jackie about visiting the premises and what was their protocol on social distancing. We were put at ease by the processes that were put in place and went to the show room to have a look. We explained that we wanted to refurbish the kitchen and asked how easy was it. Jackie was very informative about the product and showed us where the worktops are cut and polished. We chose the quartz and waited for Lucas to come and do the template the following week. 2 weeks later the worktops were fitted, and we are so happy with the finished look. We would recommend Marble and Granite Inspirations to all our friends and family, and if we ever need another worktop, we will be back. A very professional and friendly company, lots of other companies could take a few lessons from them.

Incredible service They turned around an order for large counter tops in a week The delivery and fitting the tops in a1st floor flat in a road that is closed to traffic was amazing. Thank you to Alan, Jacqui & the team for their professionalism and high standards. We will definitely be using you again on future projects.

Excellent in every sense. Alan explained everything when quoting, Jacqui kept us informed at every stage so we were never in the dark. Lukas was confident & competent when templating, taking care to ensure absolute conformity with requirements. Lukas & Kirby were amazing from the 1st minute of install day. Punctual, confident, polite & supremely competent they left the place clean & tidy with 2 very satisfied customers admiring the latest purchase. All that & very competitive pricing. Couldn't be happier. Recommended without hesitation.

I'm a very happy customer, the quality of the worktop is fantastic and definitely recommend. Brilliant customer service

Jackie and the Marble & Granite Inspirations teams could not have been more helpful and responsive to address a challenge I had when I recently moved house. Not only were they very responsive in fixing my problem, when other companies put it in to the "all too hard" category but Jackie has also given me great advice on getting settled into a new area that shows fantastic and unselfish customer service is still out there! Jackie, thank you and I couldn't recommend you and the team more highly.

We had a brand new granite work topsmeasured up, cut to measure and fitted by their superb team. Everything was perfect and this company should come highly recommended. Their fitters were punctual, clean and tidy. This last week we asked Lucas to come and reapply Some sealant around two of the edges and fill a small chip. This was done immediately and at no cost by Lucas who did an excellent job.

We have been really pleased with the help and advice given by Jacqui at Marble & Granite. Her knowledge on the products helped very much in making our final decision. Although we had a very small issue with the fitting this was rectified as soon as was able and we are very pleased with the final result. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
