We had an amazing experience with Marble and Granite Inspirations. We visited the showroom with samples of our kitchen doors and Jacqui was so helpful in giving us suggestions and samples such that we made our choice very quickly and easily. Jacqui was great at keeping in touch to determine timelines and very supportive when building works were delayed. Alan pulled out all of the stops to get our worktop fitted as soon as possible and even came to oversee the process. Installation for PaGe One Bar. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from MGI. From the initial design discussions right through to installation, the whole team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the backlit bar front has completely transformed our venue, it looks absolutely amazing and has given us exactly the wow factor we were hoping for. Fantastic experience. Jacqui showed us around the vast selection of worktops in their showroom. She was extremely helpful and provided great advice throughout. I commented to my partner how nice it is to work with a family business where you can have an open discussion with people who are genuinely passionate about what they do. We placed our order and it was fitted the following week. The fitters were super polite and helpful, and even our kitchen fitter was impressed with their efficiency!

Great company good old school. I spoke to Jacqui over the phone about what I sort of wanted it needed to tie in with my industrial style kitchen of reclaimed wood and brick with copper. When I went along to see Jackie, she knew exactly what I wanted very organic and hard wearing granite. It’s perfect and still love it 8months on. Thank you 🤩
These guys are the best around. A pleasure to deal with from beginning through to installation. They have a great selection of stone at their showroom to choose from and are very well priced. Jacqui in the office is easy to deal with and very helpful. Their turnaround is pretty quick and their workmanship is fantastic. They are the only company I will use for stone from now on!
Such a lovely company to deal with. Jacqui was endlessly patient whilst searching for a piece of stone large enough for what I needed, the installers were wonderful and could not have done more on the day, managing to work around the fact that an electric hob had not been detached in time by the electrician. About a month after the install I chipped a small corner (entirely my fault) and the team came out and repaired it for me so quickly and free of charge. From beginning to end a fantastic experience, so highly recommended.

Fantastic company. The experience from patiently assisting us in choosing the right quartz product, and steering us in the right direction, to templating the kitchen and utility rooms to create deeper than normal worktops, and finally the very efficient installation of the worktops was second to none. The manufacturing was perfect in particular cutting the recess for the flush fitting hob. The resulting finish draws complements from anyone now visiting, and has created a wow factor to our kitchen. We are delighted with our new kitchen island. Trying to match up the granite to our 16 year old countertop wasn’t easy but Jacqui managed to pull it off. Excellent service and quality product. We needed a small offcut to top a chest of drawers - Vicky took time to find the right piece and had it cut to size and the edges polished very quickly and at a great price (about half of what we had been quoted elsewhere). Highly recommended.

Really helpful people, and I got some great quartz tops for our en-suite, which go really well and absolutely make the room. We went back again for more quartz for the family bathroom, and again there was great service and quality products (pics soon). Went back a few months later and got some lovely quartz in a second bathroom - added extra pics below. Will also definitely be using the company for quartz in our new kitchen, next year.

I was referred to this business by a friend and it was defenately a good desicion. Jacqui was really helpful in understanding the ideas i had in mind and choosing the worktop I wanted. She made it possible to accomodate for installation dates which turned out to be hassle free for me. The workmanship of Woytek and his collegue in working with stone is outstanding and very helpful when adjusting and amending stuff to keep the customer satisfied. Would be the company I would deal with in the future should I need any more stone work done. Would defenately recommend!

We had our quartz worktop fitted in our new kitchen March 2023 (finally got round to posting a review) From start to finish the process was easy with them, fell in love with the work top and still now I find myself just staring at it! The team of fitters were great, tidy & quick, with a wonderful finish. And we cant thank Jacqui enough for all her help, super friendly & helpful, any query’s or questions, she will always get back to you quick & sort anything if needed. Fantastic business, would highly recommend!!! Marble and Granite Inspirations took their time to walk us round the showroom and show us the different worktops that would suit our kitchen. I found Marble and granite Inspirations by mistake when I was getting my windscreen changed, we were looking for light blue quartz. From the start when I met Jacqui at the premises it was a great experience, we got a sample and made the order. Voytec came to template, we got the kitchen fitted. A great experience from start to finish, so we cannot recommend this company enough. From our first meeting with Jacqui to the final installation of our stunning worktops the whole experience was professional, enjoyable, on budget and trouble free. From deciding on the style of worktop to templating, and final installation the whole exercise took only two weeks. There were stone supplier issues but they were handled in a seamless fashion by Jacqui and the management team so we cannot fault the customer service in any way. Voytek and Cobe the fitters were friendly, efficient and certainly went the extra mile. Well done all at Marble and Granite Inspirations.

Came and templated it within few days and fitted next week. Great turnaround time, absolutely dead spot on time. Installation went absolutely smooth and not an 0.0005 mm off...dead on. Part of our worktop was measured and cut to the incorrect size by an employee. We took it back for rectification however the woman at reception refused to put it right without further payment. She was very rude and patronising. We will be going elsewhere for a new worktop.

The team at Marble and Granite Inspirations were a pleasure to deal with, from our first engagement all the way through to fitting. We may have been a little keen by visiting 6 months before we needed our worktop, but wanted to make sure we had everything in place when the time came to installing or kitchen. Our early order was no bother for the team, and they even opened up the warehouse on a Saturday to run through the options, and talked through the pros and cons of each stone type. Templating for our worktop was quick and simple, however because of scaffolding around our property, the fitting was a challenge. The team rose up to this and brought in an extra pair of hands to ensure the delivery was smooth. A little tip for anyone buying from here....pay a little extra for some contrasting worktop savers, these have been a godsend and look great. I'd highly recommend this business and will be back when I'm ready to get to work on the outdoor kitchen.

M&G installed a Carearstone worktop in our 17th Century Cottage. The quality of the worktop and install was fantastic. As you would imagine our walls are not the straightest, vertically or horizontally. The installers were great and achieved brilliant results. Also the customer care from Jacqui has been second to none. Highly recomend....also best on price too out of 5 quotes.
Avoid this company.. Worst company I’ve dealt with to date and I’ve dealt with many having completed numerous house renovations.. Product supplied in our mind was not fit for purpose.. We were accused of using a cleaning product on item supplied which we dispute! Said cleaning products were actually used the day of installation by installers so god knows what happens at manufacturing before they install. One of the owners was so extremely rude and unprofessional that he put the phone down on me. This is forgetting the other problems we paid to rectify: * tile edging to hide huge gap between splash back and bottom of cupboard * reinstall utility sink as they put the tap hole in wrong place * excess ugly silicone between worktop & wall * damage to kitchen cupboard on installation You’ve been warned!

Exceptional service throughout, Jacqui made the whole experience very enjoyable; from choosing our worktops, to arranging templating, to fitting - and post-fitting queries - the customer service was exemplary. Fitters were awesome, templated on Tuesday, fitted on Friday. Love, love, LOVE our worktops. Also, very obliging to help us source a last minute cut for our ensuite vanity. Recently had an Island worktop produced by this company, the project was quite difficult with lots of cutouts and had to be made to quite high tolerance's, The management were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and were able to match the material with the existing to and produce a first class item, cannot praise enough, would recommend them to anybody

We had quartz worktops fitted in our kitchen and had a great experience. All the staff are really friendly. The turnaround from templating to fitting was really quick. The end result is stunning. Since we had our kitchen worktops fitted my parents have had quartz worktops fitted also and they are delighted with the results too. Top marks from us 👍

Contacted Marble and Granite just as lock-down was easing, spoke to Jackie about visiting the premises and what was their protocol on social distancing. We were put at ease by the processes that were put in place and went to the show room to have a look. We explained that we wanted to refurbish the kitchen and asked how easy was it. Jackie was very informative about the product and showed us where the worktops are cut and polished. We chose the quartz and waited for Lucas to come and do the template the following week. 2 weeks later the worktops were fitted, and we are so happy with the finished look. We would recommend Marble and Granite Inspirations to all our friends and family, and if we ever need another worktop, we will be back. A very professional and friendly company, lots of other companies could take a few lessons from them.
Incredible service They turned around an order for large counter tops in a week The delivery and fitting the tops in a1st floor flat in a road that is closed to traffic was amazing. Every one we delt with from the boss, Jacqui who cordinated the job on the phone and the guys who moved the monumental slabs and fittrd them beautifully and efficiently were helpfull professional and charming They were also a good price. Jackie and the Marble & Granite Inspirations teams could not have been more helpful and responsive to address a challenge I had when I recently moved house. Not only were they very responsive in fixing my problem, when other companies put it in to the "all too hard" category but Jackie has also given me great advice on getting settled into a new area that shows fantastic and unselfish customer service is still out there! We had a brand new granite work topsmeasured up, cut to measure and fitted by their superb team. Everything was perfect and this company should come highly recommended. Their fitters were punctual, clean and tidy. This last week we asked Lucas to come and reapply Some sealant around two of the edges and fill a small chip. This was done immediately and at no cost by Lucas who did an excellent job.
We have been really pleased with the help and advice given by Jacqui at Marble & Granite. Her knowledge on the products helped very much in making our final decision. Although we had a very small issue with the fitting this was rectified as soon as was able and we are very pleased with the final result. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
