I chose Kitchen Elegance for my new kitchen because their cupboards are solid and are not wrapped. I wanted a kitchen that was built to last, and one that I can paint in future if I choose to - although I love the colour so much, I can’t see me ever wanting to change it. Jay has been amazing, he really knows his stuff, is really keen to ensure that you get the kitchen of your dreams, and nothing is too much trouble. He is also really good at helping choose what goes together and what might not go so well. I absolutely love my new kitchen, everything went according to plan - used trades recommended by Kitchen Elegance and had absolutely no issues whatsoever so ever.

This has been an excellent experience from start to finish. We chose Kitchen Elegance as they are local to us and we had seen their positive reviews. When we first went in and met with Jay (our Designer but also our point of contact throughout) he was friendly and knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were trying to achieve. His designs were fantastic and look exactly like the finished room we now have! We needed some building work as part of this project and by choosing Kitchen Elegance this completely removed the stress. They have dedicated project managers and coordinate all the different trades so you never have to worry about timings and who is free to come when, as they handle all of this. All the people who came to our house were very polite and self sufficient and kept everything very tidy, clearing up each day and leaving the space as usable as possible. They left us a functioning sink for as long as possible as it's so tricky to live without one, something we were very grateful for. Paolo (excuse my spelling if this is incorrect) was the person who fitted our kitchen and he was fantastic. Considering none of our walls are straight in any direction he made everything fit and line up neatly. He was a perfectionist in the best way, and even minor issues with some of the cupboard fronts were noted by him and replacements ordered before we'd had the chance to notice! All in all a great experience with a company who genuinely care about their customers and the service they provide. Thank you so much to all the team.

I called Kitchen Elegance to ask for advice on adjusting a cupboard hinge on wall units I purchased 6 years ago. The result was a phone call the next day advising a site visit would be made the following day - how good was that!! The same fitter arrived and changed the hinges at no cost. Kitchen Elegance recently fitted a breakfast bar and sink splashback in the kitchen of our new-build property. The matching of materials, planning, design and fitting were all carried out in a professional and cost-effective manner and we are delighted with the outcome. Used Kitchen Elegance in 2010 for my 1997 estate house - they completely transformed our kitchen and the installation was first class - they went above and beyond! Now I am moving to a new house with my new partner and family and will be excited to use them to design and implement a new kitchen again…
We recently had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Kitchen Elegance . From the very beginning going into the showroom was a very professional and friendly experience. Lowena was our design contact who did a fantastic job in recommending a design with all the bits we wanted incorporated. The schedule was given to us and overseen by Dave , all the trades involved were excellent and again very professional. The quality of the kitchen and fit are exceptional all went to schedule and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a top quality kitchen .
A big thank you to Jen and Dave and all the team working on the project, including Tony and Manni. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and everyone worked so hard and the timetable was achieved bar a couple of small things which were remedied very quickly. As we couldn’t be there whilst our kitchen was being remodelled and built, we so appreciated the excellent project management throughout. Jen’s design was perfect and it was amazing that we could leave the team to it and we got the most fantastic result at the end. The quality of workmanship is excellent and everything was thought about and executed so well including a couple of extra touches which we were very grateful for. Thank you to all and we will definitely recommend you and your team to anyone else who wants a new kitchen!
Really pleased with the design & installation we received from Kitchen Elegance. Lots of consultation as we were fitting out 4 bedrooms, an office, lounge, utility & altering a large cabinet that had been damaged in our house move. We worked with Lowena from start to finish to achieve the results we envisaged. Roger, the fitter, was assigned for all the works in every room & his attention to detail was second to none. He was very polite & any minor changes he was able to accommodate for us. Dave also sorted out a few minor hiccups to ensure all works were finished perfectly. We would highly recommend. We used Kitchen Elegance in our previous home & they never fail to deliver. Thank you to all the team.

They have enabled us to imagine and achieve our dream kitchen, and we're truly delighted with it and with the service from Kitchen Elegance. Yes, it took a while, and there were hiccups along the way. We really aren't surprised, because it's such a complicated project, but their response has always been extremely helpful and professional. No hesitation in recommending them.

Kitchen Elegance were used when our house was built 15 years ago and have always been there for us when we have need to add or change any of our kitchen appliances or work areas. They are always professional, polite and very helpful from the design staff in the showroom to the fitters that carry our the work. They always make us feel like an important customer whether the job be large or small....
We had Kitchen Elegance (KE) fit our new kitchen in early Dec 2022. As soon as I met Dave, KE's project manager, I knew the job would be done properly because he clearly had a no nonsense approach which was important to us since we were going to hand him the keys to our home to get on with the job. Lowenna did a lovely job designing our new kitchen. KE's electrician did a great job not only in the kitchen but with the additional work he did for us. Overall we simply could not have been more impressed.

Have been looking for a kitchen recently and went on to the website. Was not the best and struggled to navigate it.
Flooded my kitchen after fitting a sink. And response was shocking. Not even an apology. Don’t bother with them. Disgrace. Cost me money not working.
I ordered ONE CUPBOARD from this company to fit in with the existing kitchen of my new home, in JANUARY. They demanded payment upfront to which I complied. Big mistake. Since then I have been messed around and the cupboard still isn’t complete. After chasing this company up I have finally been told today that the remaining part will arrive on Monday. If it finally does arrive, it will have taken 4 months for this company to supply one cupboard!!! I am disappointed in the response from K E to my review. Typically, they blamed the supplier when a member of their own team told me that my cupboard had been lying in their warehouse for weeks!!! I repeat, once they have your cash they forget about the customer.
We visited many kitchen designers and suppliers in Dorset and Hampshire and after a lot of research we selected Kitchen Elegance in Poole to design and supply our new Leicht kitchen. I have to say it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with such a talented & professional company and we are absolutely delighted with our newly fitted kitchen. Jason, our designer is incredibly talented and his kitchen design is exceptional. What's more he managed the entire project seamlessly so that the kitchen came in on time and budget. Mark, our kitchen fitter was equally impressive and his attention to detail and carpentry skills resulted in an impeccable installation.
I bought a very expensive kitchen from Kitchen Elegance and I am so pleased with it but more importantly was the way the company dealt with a couple of issues. They came back good as their word, and spent nearly a whole day getting things exactly how I wanted them before leaving. I was very impressed, as they could have just left it as I didn't insist. Job Well Done. Thank you.
