Excellent service, Called them on Sunday morning after 94yr old left with no hot water/heating overnight due to suspect gas leak!. SGS on site within 40mins of calling them . Fast ,efficiant ,professional and considerate tested our installation and eliminated it from the suspect gas leak. restated the gas supply and had water/ heating up and running within an hour. Recommend this Local firm with the highest regard . 5star service

I cannot praise Seaburn gas enough. When they carried out my annual service, my boiler needed a new part. As my boiler was quite old I decided it was time for a new one. They were able to fit a new boiler the next day, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. The gas fitters were both polite and friendly. Definitely recommen them.

Steve and his team fitted my boiler not long ago. had a little problem recently with connection to the hive. he came out to sort it straight Way. always lovely to deal with and very fair and helpful. I used to use British Gas for servicing etc but not any more. you can't replace good old fashioned customer service and this company have it in spades. thank you so much

Excellent service from Steve. I had a gull chick behind my gas fire and Steve removed the fire, rescued the chick and replaced and checked everything. This was done as an emergency call out on a Saturday afternoon. The chick went off to Pawz for Thought.

I booked Seaburn Gas Services for a standard service on my boiler ready for the winter. The communication was good from the beginning and the engineer arrived at the time that was agreed. They were very courteous and respectful of my property and put dust sheets down to minimise any potential mess. The boiler was serviced as requested and any other questions I had about my central heating system were answered with knowledge that I would expect. Sam and the team are amazing! Buying my first house and the boiler needed replacing. Ive never had to deal with this sorta thing before however Sam answered any and all questions I had. The team turned up, very professional and got on with the task at hand. I was expecting them to take the full day but nope...only a few hours. Very impressed so far, they have gained a customer for life for all my gas/heating/plumbing issues. Would defo recommend.

Our Worcester bosch boiler was leaking from underneath,called on the morning and Steve came out on the afternoon , fixed the problem straight away Great job would recommend to anybody.

Boiler service. From the post-card reminder that the service was due to the fitter leaving with a cheary "see you next year" it has been a pleasant experience. Not expensive. Almost any part would cost more but with regular servicing and cleaning the boiler still works perfectly. The dirt traps had a normal amount of detritus so needed cleaning. And the gas system needed a small adjustment to get back to the optimum setting for maximum economy. Mr. F. Rossi is a careful and consciencous fitter. Worthy of recommendation. "A proper job".

We needed a 50 year old boiler replacing and the central heating upgraded. Steve and his team worked hard to get the job expertly done over two days, cleaned up superbly, and were a pleasure to have around. Great backup from Sam in admin too. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!

Excellent company very professional no messing about. Got a new boiler which needed a lot of extra work. Some companies would of took 3 days to do the work but Steve got all hands on deck and completed within a day. Really pleased with set up and quality of work. Good bunch of lads and would recommend to anyone.

Just had an engineer out to service the boiler Rossi I think his name is, very nice bloke and checked everything on my boiler and around it, great service quick and easy, It cost £80 I wil be using this company again next year.

I rang them yesterday as I had a flood in my kitchen coming from my bathroom. Alex turned up within a few hours quickly found where the leak was coming from and repaired it, he’s a really good plumber! Our boiler had been leaking water, so we called sgs to come and fix it for us. They arrived in good time, they got straight to work fixing it, they were very easy to talk to, they explained what had happened and what they were doing to repair the boiler. They were two lovely gentlemen who talked to my kids and me with great respect. They were very professional. I can 100% recommend this company. I look forward to their return to service our boiler from now on!

Had a boiler serviced for £70. Staff are great & the heating engineer even rang me when he was on his way.

My combi boiler needed a not urgent repair. An engineer visit was arranged by phone and the work was done quickly and professionally. I am very happy with this service.

Woke up to a broken boiler this morning, and when I rang SGS the lovely lady on the other end of the phone walked me through a few potential quick fixes in case they could sort me out there and then. When none of those worked, they booked a technician in for a few hours later and let me know in advance how much that was going to cost. Steve then kindly called to let me know when he was five minutes away. He quickly found and fixed the problem, walking me through exactly what had gone wrong and what he'd done to fix it. Lovely people, totally professional, and I'll definitely be using SGS again!

The work was carried out quickly, at a time that suited me, and the engineer who did it, Fernando, was excellent. called Seaburn Gas this morning 20/4/20 as i has been up all night had a leak which was coming through my ceiling , i have used this company before and would not go anywhere else, i received a call back straight away and the lady on the phone asked what the problem was and she would send a plumber out, what a star she asked me to check a few things and we found the problem the waste pipe had come away at the back of my sink she told me what to do and the leak now solved she is my hero please please use this company if you want fantastic service they really are the best thanks again x.

Great service old boiler out and new boiler in with hardly any disruption at all, would and have already recommend to friends.

Upon receiving very helpful advice I decided to have a combi boiler fitted which was carried out very efficiently.

Steve and his team fitted a replacement Baxi Combi boiler for us about a year ago. Service was great, good communication, speedy and clean workmanship, and a good price. The boiler and wireless thermostat have fun faultlessly. I would definitely recommend this company, and trust their workmanship.
