UKEM recently designed and installed solar panels and a lithium ion battery at my home. Everyone involved did a brilliant job, the design was explained in detail but in plain English which was great and very reassuring. The Team that completed the installation were polite, punctual and very efficient, the job was completed to a high standard. They left my property spotless, the whole experience from sales and design though to completion was excellent. I would happily recommend UKEM to my friends and family.

Everyone connected to UK Energy from the management to the wonderful team who fitted the Heat Pump and Solar Panels are amazing, thank you for your commitment and professionalism.

As I do struggle whit anxiety teams was amazing make me feel comfortable and let me know what are they doing and when they will be back team on the phone so nice and polite understanding and patient 😊 I do ask allot of questions and they explain everything definitely 5 🌟

UKEM are very proactive with customer care during and after installation. I cannot fault their attention to detail. They had problems getting hold of me due to my chronic health issues meaning I turn my phone off and go to bed. However they are great at communicating via other means … email and text. Very good company.

I had 2 extractor fans and an air vent installed by UKEM. I wish l never got involved with them. The extractor fan which the fitted in the bathroom was activated by the light switch which started to short and tripped the electrics. I reported this to UKEM who came out to inspect but left with the fault not fixed. I had to get an electrician out who said UKEM should have fitted an isolator as standard and had incorrectly fitted the extractor fan causing moisture to get into the electrics which caused the trips. I made several complaints to UKEM who never compensated me nor correct other things l complained about. Take my advice, avoid this company. Trevor

Having had Livwarm’s sister company install my heat pump a couple of years ago, which included solar panels, I decided to take the plunge and purchase solar batteries to compliment my system. There were a couple of hiccups in the installation - an issue with my EV charger, however, these were addressed and resolved as a matter of priority. Professionalism is second to none with this company, they treat you as a person not as a number and that matters when you are embarking on a whole new journey of electricity storage. Special shout out to Luke and Chris, your patience with me has been hugely appreciated, and of course Lewis who performed an excellent install. If you are wondering whether to go for this company, I wouldn’t wonder any longer… go for it, you won’t regret it!

Don't use this company since they have left they have left my boiler with pressure loss and the state of electrics are a shambles and when you ask these to come back they refuse they are a cowboy outfit

This company is a disgrace ! My walls are not straight the they told me I had to wait a week to have my radiators put back on and that was a very cold February, there were big holes from the piping of the rads , which I filled in myself , had to fill in loads of gaps after they finished .finish on all the work was appalling none of the radiators are straight and tight to the walls , the plaster throughout is very thing on the window will the plasterboard nails are visible infact I’ve had to fill them in ,a very messy incompetent company, do not use.

Endless issues with survey, installer and lack of communication from ukem have made my insulation work most stressful thing I've ever experienced! It has been horrendous. The quality of work is appalling standard of tradesmen unbelievable and the lack of communication unreal avoid

Don't trust I tried calling to discuss the installation of the extractor fans the kitchen extractor is ok but It lets cold air in(draught) it needs a non return air system fitted,I will to photo of the wiring (trunking) and the white frame has some gaps or missing sealant in certain areas, which could be a source of drafts or moisture ingress...a rite mess.. the bathroom extractor is not quiet it is constantly buzzing even when the red light goes out.i have to try and switch it off at the plug But the plug is so high it's about 10 ft and I think it should be a lot lower..and the switch not fitted very well.. IAM still not happy with the window vents, there's no point in me sending photos of them because they look ok but they do not work correctly even when closed they are draughty.i Wii take a video and put a feather it front of vents. the hive system is really nice but the hive app on my phone won't connect to the internet through the WiFi. THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN

This is a complete scam do not trust. I twice invited complete strangers into my house to supposedly discuss the grant and assess the house. Thankfully I have paid no money and the men were unable to steal anything. Due to this I obviously have received no grant. I am just thankful nothing was stolen. COMPLETE SCAM Edit I have supposedly been assessed but heard nothing back from anyone. Still a scam.

Ian & Dale came and done our wall insulation and extractor fan,called before and arrived on time.Did an amazing job,kept us updated on everything they were going to do.very professional.cleaned up everything after they finished.Cooked them a bacon sarnies&plenty off tea for their efforts.

Everything this company has done, ive had to spend £100s putting right. I would never recommend this company.

Bare faced lied to us told us our electricity would cost next to nothing with having a air source heat pump and solar panels fitted , however my bill has increased from under £100 pcm to almost £300 pcm. What are solar panels even doing ? I have a disabled wife and we have to live in cold house now due UKEM staff lying to us from the very beginning

The loft insulation and ventilation installation very good no problems, work carried out to a good standard. The installation of the Hive system was a complete nightmare. The plumber left my property and within 3 hours I had no hot water or heating, a British Gas engineer informed me the Hive had been wired incorrectly. UKEM could not send an electrician for a week and told me to get my own electrician to attend and the would pay the invoice. The electrician I engaged had to remove the Hive and completely re wire the whole system. I had no contact from UKEM until a week later, they had no idea if I had hot water or heating for that whole week. Total lake of communication and customer care.

UKEM arranged a plumber to install a Hive system, All was OK until Darren asked for a utility bill, I am a disabled man in my 60's I had a look but the only thing I could lay my hands on was my pension fund letter, Darren wouldn't accept that so I said well put things back how they were and I will make another appointment for next week, Darren then told me he couldn't do that so I asked him to get his things together and leave my property, this is when he just stud there saying I can't, I repeatedly asked him to leave to the extent I was in front of him and then his words were you have picked the wrong person pall and then shoved me to the ground Darren should not be allowed to enter people's property he is a dangerous man The injuries I got was a 3.5 inch bruise on my head bruising to my right hip and left and right side of my shoulders. NOT TO BE TRUSTED, I have lost all confidence with this company.

We had our insulation done around 3 weeks ago, Only to find once work was completed carpets to be found cut short, blinds were put up with 6" nails. The father and son team were nice guys, but some off there work is a bit to be desired. 1 of the vents in the window is missing, things were broken and never said to us..the painter has been in and found some of the plaster work not 100% and him being a plasterer also, has had to even out and sand down a lot of f the work. After all that big difference in the house after in being insulated, just a shame about some off the poor workmanship. Electric sockets not put in straight skirting board 10ft put on with 2 nails.

Poor experience and very poor service. UK Energy Management was appointed by EDF to carry out a survey and report for ECO4 upgrades; the survey itself was fine, carried out at the start of December, but we are now in mid-January and UK Energy Management says they haven't look at it yet, can't find it, are still processing it etc etc etc. Avoid if possible.

I would give the electricians and the guys that did the internal insulating 5 points. They were excellent. I would give the heating system and ukem complaints procedure 0 points. So what am I left with. A heating system that is nothing short of shocking. I am having to live out of my sitting room because radiators don't come on upstairs(read radbots reviews). The noise is unbearable and my grandkids can no longer stay as they wake up screaming from the racket. I have to strip wash in my downstairs loo because it's too cold to shower upstairs. I forgot to mention I'm disabled and am now facing a 4000 bill to get me heating system redone. What you get from ukem when you complain is being patronised, oh you radiators probably need bleeding. To just a basic email response telling you they are not taking the matter any further to being outright ignored. So thank you ukem for the worst and most expensive winter of my life. You get your money from the government so I can go do one. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

the work itself was very good but they left all the rubbish under our front window, saying it would be picked up in about 5 to 7 days it is still here 2 weeks latter . What is annoying they took all the good stuff with them like the copper pipes and cylinder worth quite a few pounds. A good job ruined by the follow up

Insulation started in April. My insulation to the walls have been completed but i have minor problems 1 window vent needs replacing to match my outside window. Initially work was for 4week’s. Took little longer. Chris & Neil are good with their work its December i need Chris to return to do odd job’s he promised. But the Company U.K Management (NE) Ltd in itself a great company. I would recommend you get in touch with them 95% Work is excellent.

What a pity that the Government don't want my terminal cancer to end peacefully! Sadly I have been given12 months and already had three, but I am cold, and paid my dues all my life. But apparently attendance allowance and ultimate short life doesn't cut it! Sleep well Labour!

Terrible. Tell you they will do this that and the other, take out perfectly good radiators and put in cheaper ones, don’t check to see if things are working, if there’s a problem insist on dealing with it via email complaint and then ignore it, even if their customers are elderly or disabled so they can continue to fob you off. If you do get through to someone, they make promises to get in touch and don’t. Seems like the only recourse is government, Watchdog, Ombudsman, or review sites. Appalling customer service. UPDATE Do you imagine we haven’t tried through the website? We get a very nice but harassed customer service lady (only one despite what it says when you’re kept on hold) that does her best, but UKEM constantly make the excuse that they can do nothing and we have to go through the heating engineers, installers, manufacturers to sort - something they should be doing on our behalf as they arranged the installation in the first place. Every separate organisation passes the buck to the other (IF you can actually get through to them) and in the meantime we’ve had three weeks of erratic or non existent heating. I could add numerous other question marks and issues which need addressing but heating for my disabled 84 year father is the priority.

I strongly advise against engaging with this company. They continuously change appointment dates for the loft hatch installation, loft insulation, and heating controls, leaving me waiting around for days only to receive last-minute cancellations. After much delay, a technician arrived to install the loft hatch but disregarded the original agreement made with the surveyor about its placement. He also damaged significant portions of the ceiling, claiming it's common with older constructions. In his attempt to fix it, he left a hole next to the new loft hatch that now lets in stale air into one of the children's rooms! Additionally, his demeanor was unpleasant, as he frequently swore while working. I'm now left to find another contractor to complete the job. On a positive note, the office staff was quite courteous. UPDATE: NOVEMBER 2025. I have not been up the loft since the work was complete. I had a carpenter around today to deck out the loft so I can use it for storage. He told me that the main supporting beams hd been cut through when the hatch was installed and they hadn't battened them down or together making it extremely dangerous and he said if anyone was to go up there as it was they would just bring the whole coiling down. A MAJOR STRUCTURAL CONCERN, was his words. This is resulting in having to have £100s of pound of additional work done to correct the mistakes make by this company!!!

Lee and John fitted loft insulation and an extractor fan in my mum's kitchen today. They were very polite and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guys who put up the scaffolding (company owner’s name is Ricky) around the conservatory in preparation for cavity wall insulation to start tomorrow, were absolutely fantastic. They’ve done a fabulous job and were lovely with my next door neighbours too as they needed access. Thank you to both of them. They’ve thoroughly surveyed the property and carried out all the necessary building work for the next stage of the cavity wall insulation. Stay away from these folks! Took days off from work for the given appointments twice but was told last minute that guy had phoned in sick and then on second ocasion apparently had to see doctor last minute. They use cowboy contractors who will do more damage to you property than any improvements. Firstly the guy who did drilling for the extraction fan couldn't line it up properly something on which I'd have done a better job myself. Secondly the heating controls installed stopped working after 2 weeks and no heating at all, upon speaking to them was told by installer "it wasn't his problem". Then I was given an appointment for the redemption of the wall drilling fault, took day off from work but no one showed up with no contact either. Not helpful at all is you got any issues with the substandard work in the first place. Absolutely pathetic company.

Absolutely shocking service. Bombarded with messages. Then on day of appointment, no one turned up or even called. The company were aware I have recently had major surgery. No one cared. I would never recommend to anyone. I did not even want to give one star.

Cavity wall insulation in less than 2 hours! On behalf of my parents: The team came and did the cavity wall insulation at my parents place in under 2 hours! They were clean, efficient and professional and punctual - so much so, that they arrived earlier than expected. Would highly recommend.

Bombarded with calls and messages to get me to agree to wall insulation after a general enquiry but never got back to do a survey despite me calling them and them telling me they would get back to me Crickets!!!!!

My appointment was for the 2nd September. I was supposed to receive a phone call the day before to get an estimated time and confirm when they would arrive....which never happened. I stopped in all day on the 2nd September waiting for someone to survey my property.....this didn't happen either. A scam or what?????

All work good but electrical problems with the bathroom fan it's constantly running, needs sorting as it's getting on my nerves so I've turned off the solar panels.....

Every month I get a call from Alison, the recorded robot who responds to human interaction, have said I'm not interested in your cold calling, if I want anything I'm adult enough to ask for it. Even blocking your numbers don't seem to give you a hint, you just change them and carry on harassing people. Let's see what Ofcom will say.

My extractor fans were recently installed and they are noisy and run non stop 24/7 permanently. I am not happy. Is that normal that an extractor runs non stop throughout the day and night forever?

Loft insulation, internal wall insulation,extractor fans, radiator thermostats. Work started in May 25 and was completed to a very high standard within 3 weeks. All the tradesmen were very tidy and competent to a high level. We would highly recommend. Thankyou UKEM

Absolute Sham of a company - had work done by these cowboys in February - my house since has been damaged and its taken them up last week in JUNEEEEEEEE to come and fix it - i have autism and ADHD and i feel like they played in my face with this one. they knew how frustrating this would be but yet kept it rolling on and on and on - they shouldn't even be allowed to sell Christmas cards let alone run government schemes. they get what they want and then vanish - or at least try to. they lie and say they have spoken to you when they havent, they book times in without consulting you - when you do actually book something in they never turn up. and when they do its a half assed job - with fair warning im taking legal action. so if you was thinking of using them - dont. save yourself the hassle and stress - i wish i did. i asked for a Subject of access request in april and here we are almost 2 months later with nothing but excuses- ive reported them to the ICO and also OFGEM. hope this helps someone

I called this company to get the wall insulation for my home, they sent out an engineer called Ashley. He did all the checks by drilling a hole in every outside wall of the house. But then there was a bit of riding damp so therefore I was not eligible anymore. Would have made sense to check the internal walls first before drilling into every external wall and damaging the property, For no reason. Maybe some better training can help. I will avoid in future.

Do not have UK energy. They installed the heat pump without discussing where the outside one was going to be with me.once installed then when I questioned them when my wall insulation was going to be done I was told I wasn't getting wall insulation. I have a sand stone house which is really cold in winter and the electric heating isn't going to be warm enough to heat it.l must add the men that did the work where good, shame about the company

They installed heater, BUT BUT. SINCE 10.01.25. WE HAVE HAD NO HOT WATER, FAULTY ELECTRIC. NOT FIRE REGISTERED. WHY PUT HEATERS IN WHEN GOV GRANT SAID BOILERS WHY PUT NEW HEATING I , WITH FAULTY ELECTRICS, UK ENERGY MANAGMENT DOOOOOOOOO WE ARE NOW 03.06.25, still not hot water, still faulty electrics, heaters, don't know how to work. THIS WHOLE GOV SCHEME, ISNT HELPING THE NEEDING. WE ARE WORSE OFF. This grant is suppost, to help people, (disabled) which we both are. It's just prolonging the problem, not helping.

Becareful with this firm, 4 weeks after having my instalation, we had the torrential rain, my bathroom ceiling all of a sudden started leaking, informed this company to be told its not there problem they did not cause.....if anyone has had trouble, I'd advise speaking to the ombudsman, local MP, I will be taking this to social media, this company will not get away with this, and I'm seriously ill, and they refuse to even come out...avoid at all cost.

Absolutely avoid this company if you wish your house to stay in tact. Did a loft insulation in January 2025.. damaged and marked every wall going upstairs.when highlighted this to teh company and after sending numerous emails and making numerous calls they sent out a man to do 'patch work'...even though I wasn't advised that's what he was there to do. Then advise head office would be in touch,no contact for 3 weeks as to when I chased this up. Then was advised my NUMEROUS people a repaint has been authorised have now 5 months later been told no painting will be done. So now I have to repaint stair walls.. and full high landing again due to workmen not being vigilant enough to take care in someone's home. Absolutely disgusting service.

Unprofessional, Harassing, and Discriminatory I’ve had an awful experience with UK Energy Management NE Ltd. After cancelling an appointment because the time was unsuitable, I received 13 phone calls in just 8 working days—despite clearly telling the surveyor I would reach out when ready. When I finally asked them to stop contacting me, I was told my ECO4 application had been removed. It feels like I was punished simply for asserting boundaries, which is especially troubling as I’m disabled and asked for reduced contact for wellbeing reasons. This behaviour is harassing, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional. The person who booked the appointment was also rude and dismissive. If this is how they treat people who ask for basic respect, I wouldn’t trust them with anything else. I’ve submitted a formal complaint and will be escalating this to the relevant authorities.

Was informed that my storage heaters were being installed on a certain day and time. Did not turn up so informed UKEM and asked why? They said they would reschedule and get back to me. Have called and asked for answers for a month now many times and still no communication whatsoever. This is a uk/gov third party and are keeping their promises. Nothing is going to happen CRIMINAL shame on you.

James and Doug were brilliant. Polite, efficicient and very tidy in their work. If you get these guys you will be happy. Home is so much warmer. They even filled I'm a hole in our wall from the outlet from the bathroom without us knowing. Thank you.

I enquired and a couple of days later got a reply 'we are not doing that style of property" If that is the case then tell people when they are applying. I believe they are just data mining. Very Poor. These sort of practises are why nobody trusts businesses like these.

I'm frankly frustrated by this entire situation. Last week, I called in and was assured someone would reach out, but then I hear nothing and the position is cancelled? This is incredibly inconsiderate of my time. I don't have a flexible work schedule, and I specifically took time off tomorrow to be available for this, just like I had to for two previous appointments. This complete lack of communication is unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm very disappointed in how this whole process has been handled. Update: I can say, following the above, UKEM contacted me to reinstate the cavity wall insulation job. James and team were utmost professionals and did the work in good time allowing Rob to complete the required maintenance. Whilst things started off poorly, cant fault the work. Grateful to Jade, Jenny and Suzzane from the UKEM team who all played a part. Thanks Update: With Damp now developing, UKEM want nothing to do with me. When they needed me to update this review, they were the most pleasant of folks and calling me non-stop.

Had this company come in initially and refused to do cavity walls. Glad they never done it. Messed up my windows with rubbish air vents. I would not go with them instead go with Consumer Energy Solutions who much better one of the top companies in the game. Be care full with UK Energy Management (NE) Ltd.

Complete waste of time, I was approved for over 6 months, regularly contacted them to arrange installation. The type of system to be installed is now not included in the scheme.

I write because this company offered a great service throughout the whole process. If I was a potential customer I would have no hesitation in using them. Their communications were superb throughout and the staff they used were very professional and nice human beings. Thankyou.

Had scaffolding up for 2 months and they took that long to even start the work that I’m now not eligible for the grant meaning no work was ever started and I’ve missed out on the grant.

Very poor it tells your if your boiler is over 10 years old you can apply for the grant then when your speak direct to them they say 19 years crazy

I completed an online request for support with improving the energy efficiency in my property as my energy bills are too high for what I use and the size of my property energy. The company seemed above board given all the reviews. They have sent me various text messages saying that I’m Eligible and I’ve been waiting on someone contacting me. I’ve now just received a text message saying I’m not eligible despite no one ever contacting me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their time completing the online eligibility as I think this company may be fake despite all the reviews they have. Sadly it’s seems to be one of those too good to be true sort of scenarios

Had my storage heaters replaced under the ECO4 scheme and I cannot complain at all. The installation was efficient and tidy. Everything was explained how to use them and its going to make so much difference in the winter having storage heaters that go off the room and give out the heat when required and not just blowing it out.

I had John and charlie do my cavity wall installation by removing all the old stuff and putting the new bead in They did an absolute fantastic job kept everything clean and tighter highly recommended

I was lucky enough to apply for a grant with UKEM in Sunderland. They supplied me with Cavity Wall Insulation. Loft Insulation, Solar Panels, Storage Heaters and Scaffolding was put up and removed. May I congratulate all the hard working lads. All the work done was completed to high standards. May I also congratulate the Office Staff that dealt with the planning, and booking and coordinating the teams . A first class company.

Company were great to deal with, everything was done quickly. Did have an issue where the externally hired electrician broke the glass cover for the light and had to keep repeating the situation and same actions to UKEM and took a few weeks to resolve.

Had the attic insulated and trickle vents put in by both the Darren's. They were both friendly and explained the process and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with their work.

The two Darren's did the insulation in my loft and were quick efficient friendly and done a great job thank you both for your hard work.The cavity wall was filled by JJ and Ian who worked very hard to get it all done in freezing conditions.Dave and luke fitted thermostatic controls and were very quick and tidy explaining how it worked and Caron a lovely polite man came and connected the piv.everyone was polite friendly and I highly recommend this company for their excellent work throughout the installation and also the support and communication from suzanne and others who answered all my queries.Thanks so much to all of you really pleased with everything you"ve done for me please be reassured these are a CIGA registered company which you can search for yourself.Just looking forward to receive my guarantees etc through the post as promised.

I would advise you to stay away from this company as we have had the most terrible experience. I only gave one star so I could write this review. They are only interested in the money, once they have it they lose all interest and do not answer your calls for help. The thing that has really upset me is THEY LIE!…….. The heat pump they fitted appears to be unfit for purpose. It constantly leaks condensate over the pavement which gets iced up and is a hazardous. The unit freezes into a block of ice and then stops working which can result in permanent damage to the unit. They told me they could not complete the removal of the cavity wall insulation because they do not carry out this work when in fact they do, if you read the reviews they most certainly do. It’s all a big fat LIE!…… I wish I had never got involved with them.

I had full central heating installed 16 months ago. I started to have problems with the hub. I was advised to contact UK energy as my hub was faulty. It was still under guarantee. When Rahail came to check the hub he confirmed the hub was faulty and re installed a brand new hub free of charge. UK Energy have been very helpful and their work is 5 star, the engineer went above and beyond to make sure my hub and heating system is working as it should. Many thanks to them and their engineer Rahail.

Louis, Jake and Brian have been the most courteous team. I was so nervous before they arrived and they consistently reassured me when needed, took care of my home and kept it very clean and tidy throughout the work.

This is specifically about the boiler installation. Other aspects have been great, the wall insulators and surveyors were helpful, neat and arrived when they said. However the overall experience has been bad due to the boiler installers and complaints team. They say you get what you pay for and we really did. Total bodge job from start to finish, they choose / have to work so quickly everything is just the easiest option and they miss out key things like flushing the system to get rid of debris. It's represented in the boiler warranty you get - if anyone else installs these exact boilers you get 5 or 7 years warranty, with these installers the manufacturer gives you 2 - they know there installation is going to be bad. They left all rubbish with us (the insulators didn't), dirty marks on our walls, didn't remove parts of the old system, used random parts. They didn't follow installation guidelines like putting they put our condense into guttering as it was fastest, leaving us with a 9ft diagonal white pipe across the front of house. Worst was they caused a leak that left a pool of water in our downstairs loo which we found the next morning. This was as they twisted pipes for access rather than removing and then putting back (again for speed), this caused a pressure fitting to come loose. Now in the scale of things this wasn't horrific - these things happen sometimes however what has been bad is their attitude to it. The installers although scheduled for 2 days were finished by 2pm on day one. So in theory they had the next day to come back. Well, I had called three times just to speak with someone about it as they said they would call back but didn't. They had no idea how bad the leak was - I could have no ceiling. When I finally did managed to speak to someone they said they would call me straight back......4 hours later I called them back. The lady informed me that she'd spoken to the engineer and they agreed it was an existing issue and not their problem. Number 1, why didn't she call me back when she knew this, number 2, what?!?! Unbelievable and really should have guessed this is the way they work. Luckily we were able to fix it ourselves so able to put the water back on after 8 hours. The whole point of the scheme is for those on low income, having to pay to fix their dodgy install kind of negates that

Service has been 10/10 from the insulation/vents to the heaters the guys have been brilliant and I couldn't be more satisfied with all the work. They are clean and tidy workers, respectful and i was made aware of when they were coming I can't fault any part of the service at all and I believe in giving credit when credit it due! Please pass it on and I most definitely would recommend the company with no doubts at all. And of course you guys back at base that deal with all the paperwork and organising everything it's very much valued and appreciated.

We recently had Pete Terri and Ant come to our property to insulate our room in the attic. Pete explained the whole process to me and answered any questions i had. He helped moved some furniture that I hadn't been able to move my self and covered all carpets with protective film. Over the 3 days that Pete, Terri and Ant were in our home, they were so respectful and friendly. They were especially respectful of my autistic daughter whom has specific needs. They were also friendly with our dog and cat. After finishing the work they left out home clean and tidy and Pete explained everything they had done and asked if I was happy with it. We had Lee and Mark assigned to do our cavity wall insulation. Lee called the morning prior to the appointment to confirm the time. It was a very pleasant text message. Lee and Mark arrived at the agreed time. They did an examination of the property and then explained what the work would entail. They worked in great unison and when I enquired as to what they were doing it was not an effort for them to explain it to me. They both have great personalities and customer interaction. They worked till they comply the job and that was around 8pm. That is impressive and they took no tea or lunch breaks. It was a pleasure to serve them with tea, coffee and cookies 😀. They cleared all the waste and again asked if we were satisfied. Well done Lee and Mark you both are a asset to your company.

And they cleaned up all the rubbish We can’t thank you enough for all the hard work . Keep it up guys not many like this unfortunately. Many will do the same job and leave a lot of rubbish behind. The old insulation materials that was sucked out from the walls has just been picked up by the guys too . Definitely recommend this company!

JJ and Ian fitted out cavity wall insulation. They worked hard through rain and storm and took out 23 bags of redundant and old insulation and put in new. They were helpful, polite and very friendly. Cleaned up after themselves and always kept us up to date on what’s happening. Defo recommend

Cozy Homes Installations John,John n Dale did an AMAZING job and completely worked around with me as this was a project of 2 weeks, nothing was too much for these guys. They respected my home by placing dust sheets, with sheeting on the floor throughout. They kept the dust to a minimum and were very efficient when tiding up for the even and all rubish taken away at the end of the week. Mark Percy and Brian came to do the insulation work. I was really happy with the work that they did. Mark has great communication skills and explained what he would be doing. Luckily Mark called beforehand to discuss time of arrival. At first I was surprised to hear from him as I was waiting for an E-mail from the office to confirm the date and time. Luckily he was understanding and we agreed on his arrival time etc. The lack of notice and communication from the office was the only concern and negative part of the experience. Both Mark and Brian worked hard and did a great job at clearing up after them. They were polite and made me feel really comfortable which is really important as I’m a single parent. Thanks for the hard work .

JJ and Ian arrived at 8am sharp and started sucking out the old cavity wall insulation. They had to stop midway as the insulation was soaking wet, and to quote Ian “ the worst he’d seen in 30 years of doing this job “. This caused delay and the lads needed to head back to Newcastle. Head office have advised me that as it’s Friday, someone will come next week to complete the extraction and put new insulation into the walls. Fingers crossed. Both gents were considerate and professional.

I have had Martin & Lee round for Loft Insulation this afternoon. They turned up prompt and on time, absolutely nice lads, polite, friendly, respectful and for my home in making sure carpets are covered with dust sheets and doing a fab job including installing new vents in my loft which they have said they would arrange an electrician to call to rewire them up. It took them an hour to do, no messing about. Very grateful, pleased & thank you so much!😊

Uk Energy Management were awful for selling me the dream of making my home more energy efficient but not fully informing me of the potential mess that would be created inside and outside of my property. I asked specifically about this as the insulation had burst through the wall in another property I lived in and covered my entire house with dust. I was told quite clearly, this is an outside job that won’t affect the inside. Ian and JJ who came to do the job were so apologetic and said they get this all the time and have to apologise to customers. Ian and JJ get the 4 stars for trying to put them mess right, being polite, efficient, clearly explaining the process (unlike UKENERGY) and updating me throughout the job, cleaning any mess that came into the home. UKENERGY get ZERO stars

So, this company is shocking! I am still waiting for a call back from the manager. I had taken a day off work unpaid and the installers didn’t turn up, I was messed about all day. Told they was on their way, when they wasn’t. 2 men came today, unexpectedly, as they hadn’t got the memo, another zero star for communication from the company, this wasn’t the installers fault. After a discussion with the lads I decided to let them go ahead and do the job. As originally I had cancelled this appointment. The 5 stars goes to the work men, mark and I can’t remember the other name, possibly Ian. Seem to have done a very good job, cleaned the mess up after the work was completed, and over all friendly set of lads.

We have been left without water being connected to our shower and a radiator not working. Aswell as leak damage where the boiler guy said there was a missing O ring. We keep being told someone will come and fix the issues. More than 3 months later no one has arranged any solution. We are worse off than before they started. Very sad.

Phase one completed today which was upgraded loft insulation and a Low Carbon Pure Ventilation in the attic plus air vents fitted to all windows . Oli and Mic worked so hard from start to finish and have left leaving a professional job . Keep it up guys .

These 3 guys from Cozy Home Insulation ltd, are amazing at there job. You have big John the (Dad), little John the (son) and James the master at plastering and skimming, what a team. They are all down to earth and always help out and listen to their customers, and they deliver and exceed their customers' expectations. Very professional and will always suggest smart ideas and very hepful throughout. I had whole house interal wall insulation carried out, top notch work done, and James carried out the skimming. Amazing! Was very sceptical about eco4 but I applied for my elderly father and within 6 weeks we've had survey and approval and all the works completed. Which are solar panels, new storage heaters, loft insulation, vents to windows and extractor fan in bathroom. All the works were completed in a day by Liam and his very professional team. Many thanks.

Doug and Neil we're very professional, talked me through everything they were carrying out. Included me with every decision and kept everything clean and tidy. Overall I am very impressed with the work that has been done.

Top lads, really friendly and professional and cracked on with the job. They answered any questions I had and I was really happy with all the work they carried out. Definitely recommend.

Applied to have some work done under the eco4 scheme. From the word go the whole process was rather disorganised, I initially received a text to say that I did not qualify but then received a phonecall some weeks later to say that they needed to carry out a survey. It was often weeks between phonecalls, emails and texts and these never came from the same person twice. Noone appeared to have the full picture as things would often change from speaking to one person or the next. Workers turned up to install scaffolding the day before we were due to have cavity wall insulation fitted, I was unaware that this was needed or that they were coming (fortunately we were home and had no plans) they put some scaffolding up and then inexplicably left. I was called by ukem to inform me that they needed access to the neighbours garden and could I get permission for this. Work was stopped and delayed indefinitely, 5 days later despite several requested the scaffolding is still in place and causing us issues with access to/from our house. I have decided to cancel any future work as I have no flexibility around time off work and do not wish to waste any of the time i do get off. Only thing that stopped this being 1 star was that all the individuals i did speak to at ukem were always very friendly. Nothing against individuals, the systems at the company just do not appear to be up to scratch.

Wow. Good things don't happen to people like us. However we applied for a government grant and we got a new boiler as ours was knackered. Dave and Pat came to fit our boiler and what hard working guys they are. Very efficient, tidy, polite and organised. A great team. They had the job in no time with no dramas. Dave was knowledgeable and taught us how to control the new control panel and download it to our phone. If your looking for someone to install your new boiler Dave and Pat are your men. Thank you.
