Luke was professional, punctual, helpful in that he gave additional advice and information on top of the job he was actually doing, flexible when related jobs prevented him finishing when he'd planned to, clean and tidy and overall a very nice guy! Looking forward to using him again (but not looking forward to needing to!).

I recently had an old back boiler replaced with a new combi boiler by PrimeFlow plumbing and heating. Luke and Tom did an excellent job, both very polite and professional. They were able to answer any questions I had, every thing was explained to me when needed. They were both very tidy around the house and considerate of my dogs. The new boiler works lovely, I’m very pleased with the work they have done. The price was very good. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We really appreciated how polite and thorough Luke was, servicing our boiler. He worked quickly and efficiently while explaining everything he was doing. Unfortunately, or probably fortunately, he found a tiny leak which turned out to be from the valve to our hob - he promptly fixed it so now we have peace of mind.

We had Luke out to have a quick service of our boiler which had shown minor issues with hot water supply. He was out quickly and discovered a major fault from a previous plumbers work which meant we had to decommission our boiler temporarily. Fearing the worst with a young baby, Luke was back within two days with the correct part fitted and working out of hours to support our family. Couldn't recommend enough.
