Richard was amazing, initially coming round at short notice to help me with an emergency breakdown, where he gave me some great free advice to get it back up and running. I decided to replace the boiler a few months later and Richard gave a fair price for a new boiler and a couple of new radiators. He carried out the work exactly when we agreed and was thorough making sure everything was done to a high standard, he laid out sheets around all areas he would need to walk and was very respectful of my property, cleaning up after so you'd never know any work had been done. He was friendly and professional, I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you need a plumber to give you an honest assessment and do a job to a high standard for a fair price Richard's your man.

Rich is like a magician of the heating world. We've had issues with the heating in our house ever since we moved in 15 years ago, a new boiler 14 years ago didn't solve the problem. 3 or 4 plumbers over the years couldn't get to the root cause of the problem. Our boiler was finally in need of replacement and we had a few people come in and quote for a like for like replacement. Rich listened to our issues took a look at a few bits of pipework and then explained in clear language what he thought the issue was and how to resolve it (a complicated mass of pipework and joints in the garage). The boiler was replaced, pipework tidied up and simplified and the heating in our house has never been better. Very highly recommended.
