Oakley came out to me last week when my old boiler packed up. It was at end of life, and he ran me through multiple options, recommending the most suitable for our household needs. A few days later, he was back to install the new boiler. He was always punctual, tidy and the work he's done for the install area and pipework is of exceptional quality. Was also told by a neighbour he also helped them out with something briefly today while here also, which just highlights the kind of person he is. Today we had OGR Properties LTD replace our 25yr old boiler. I can’t praise them enough. Clean, efficient and a first class job!! Absolutely fantastic!!

Combi boiler problems. Oakley arrived when he said he would. He got on with the job immediately taking time to explain what he was doing and why Got everything working correctly (previous plumber couldn’t!! Very nice guy, mor than happy with service and. Cost. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

We booked Oakley initially via checkatrade to service our boiler. He was punctual, knowledgeable and his communication was great. We just had him back to remove and fit new two new radiators - he is neat, personable and we are so happy with the work. We would 100% recommend him!

Great knowledge and really helpful
Heating had gone off at a young ladies house who is in her NINETIES but doesn’t like bothering others. I spoke to her in the evening, so didn’t phone Oakley till late. (I live over 100 miles away from her, so felt rather helpless but had used Tyrone and Oakley to get a boiler fitted at the property in Drayton ) Although he had finished work and had been out with his family he visited the house as he knew she was elderly, found a new thermostat was needed but ensured there was heating with a promise to return next day. True to his word as always, Oakley returned , fitted new thermostat , bled all the radiators and endured all was ok……All the while making sure his customer was ok… GREAT GUY, GREAT COMPANY, GREAT WORKMANSHIP Fully trustworthy A definite 10 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
