We had an emergency caused by a leak to a hot water cylinder. Insurance company were no help what so ever and contributed to making it a much more stressful event. I contacted Harbour Heating, having just seen that they had opened a Broadstone office. They managed to get someone along to assess in a very good time frame and from there offered advice on some different options to take and then after discussion, ordered the necessary tank and modified the existing plumbing within a few days. The guys who did the fitting were very professional and extremely tidy and the finished result looks so much tidier than the original installation. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Great work carried out by Harbour Heating on two shower rooms, from removing old one, plastering, tiling and fitting new one all done very well. Would recommend them

Cannot recommend this company enough! Communications fast and friendly and service first class. Rob attended my daughter’s house to look at air source heat pump issues and took his time to talk it through in a simplified way we could both understand. He was so friendly and his knowledge is extensive. Got the heating working properly and will be returning soon to move some thermostats and improve things further. So grateful for his patience and professionalism.
Rob came to us originally to fit a new sink unit and put in a new shower. We were so pleased with his work, he's a lovely chap. I was chatting to him and telling him I wanted to reorganise my kitchen with more cabinets and a double housing unit for my new oven and he said he'd be happy to do it. He talked us through everything and I'm so pleased with it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Excellent service.

Incredible service, life savers. Called Harbour Heating on Boxing Day after we came home to our 30yr old boiler not working - eek! Although it was a bank holiday, Rob picked up the phone and assured me he would help as soon as he could. He then popped by the next morning and had sorted the issue within the hour. Rob was confident and knowledgable, tidy and thorough and made me feel very reassured by his expertise. First time using Harbour, but certainly won’t be the last!

Brilliant. I met Rob when he was working at the house opposite and asked if he did smaller plumbing jobs. He was very friendly and his van was immaculate inside and out. Tools, parts and equipment tidy and neatly organised and none of the usual collection of rubbish lying across the dashboard. I emailed my enquiry on a Sunday evening and had a text message reply from Liz at 9.05am on Monday morning. This high quality service was maintained from start to finish. Rob worked quickly and efficiently and as anticipated, tidied up thoroughly when he had finished. If you, like me, are fed up with trying to get a plumber to return your calls, messages and emails or to actually turn up or send you a promised quote then contact Harbour Heating. In my experience they operate in a friendly and helpful business like manner. I will be using them from now on.

Moved into a house with a boiler that was nowhere near powerful enough to heat it and provide us with hot water. Rob was really knowledgeable and helped us get what we needed within our budget. It was quickly fitted and everything was cleared up perfectly at the end.

Harbour heating saved the day . Thank you so much . Two companies let me down . Our heating wasn’t working during the cold snap. I phoned Harbour heating and was promised a visit next morning. They turned up at 9 o’clock as promised and within 1 hr our heating was working. Brilliant service and very competitive pricing. Andy and Rob were were so helpful and understanding.
Rob came to service the boiler in my Air bnb last week and he provided a great level of service. Turned up at the specified time and was able to identify a few issues whilst servicing the boiler. He rectified the issues and as a result i am now saving money as I am no longer wasting gas on my boiler system unnecessarily.
Harbour Heating recently installed two bathrooms and a new boiler for us and the service has been exceptional. They do not cut corners and always try to do the best possible job within a budget, including finance options. They are very friendly, clean, and equally skilled in plumbing, heating and building. Harbour Heating were able to help us out at very short notice to remove and replace a radiator which was in the way of some electrical work being done. They were extremely helpful and the work was completed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them.
