Just had a new combi boiler installed by Tailored Heat. Fantastic service right from the initial visit to provide a quote, when Lawrence talked through our options and exactly what work would need tobe done. Ryan, who did most of the work, was very diligent and just got on with it all without any fuss. Very professional from start to finish, I can highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Would like to say a massive thankyou to Lawrence and Ryan for our amazing new bathroom and en-suit. From start to finish we were impressed by their workmanship and attention to detail with nothing to much trouble and always polite, tidy and able to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely recommend Tailored Heat for all their services as they also previously installed our new boiler and radiators.

Super quick service and very professional. Very pleased with the service from start to finish and great after service with follow up call to ensure everything is as it should be. They left the property so tidy you wouldn't have realised they had been there apart from my brand new boiler. I would most certainly recommend these guys.

Following a service, I had my old boiler replaced with a Worcester Greenstar on recommendation by Tailored Heat. The quote was very reasonable and all the work was carried out in a professional manner. The two chaps Ryan and Lawrence were excellent. Before commencing work, Ryan laid rubber mats and plastic sheets to protect my hardwood floor. My old boiler was removed, pipe work re-routed and the new one installed all within a matter of hours. The finished installation was incredibly neat, which I was pleased about as a perfectionist myself. Upon completion, Lawrence talked me through my new Hive thermostat system and tidied the area. It was like they were never there. I will continue to have my new boiler serviced by Tailored Heat, and will recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and professional plumbing service.

I've recently moved into a new property & as Tailored Heat installed the boiler in my previous place, I decided to have them again. Ryan completed the work in one day & was totally professional;- spotlessly clearing up when he finished. As i live in a top floor flat, I assumed I would need scaffolding to vent through the roof. Lawrence told me this was not the case, as roof access could be gained through a skylight, thus saving me about £1,500 in scaffolding costs! Apart from that, found Tailored Heat to be very competitively priced & I would certainly recommend them.

Can't fault tailored heating fantastic job .had them come through my insurance company for my boiler had no hot water the gentleman sorry forgot name I'm terrible with names .got it up and working couldn't do enough I had been without hot water since Nov 2023 until January 2024 he just took one look and straight away new the part I needed thank you so much . I was informed by the first company I had to try and fix my boiler thwhat was wrong with it wasn't covered by my insurance I even paid privately to have it fixed but was told I needed a new boiler they need training from these guys once again a huge thank you taliorheat told insurance company I only want to come and service and do my repairs highly recommended this company . The best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. Lawrence arranged to get a new boiler installed quickly, after ours recently broke during the cold spell. Communication was superb, and you are able to track their drive to your location. Ryan arrived on the dot, and professionally installed our new boiler in a day. Could not be happier with their service, and would highly recommended them to anyone.

Brilliant service! We've just had a full pipe and boiler installation from Lawrence, Ryan and Ron. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they didn't take any shortcuts on their work and made sure that everything was installed well to give us a long lasting heating system. Ryan made lots of little details to the piping to make our lives easier - for example, the magnet filter is in the back of the sink cupboard to maintain our kitchen space but it's still reachable for the annual service. Everything was well explained to us and the guys were very tidy and methodical with their work. I expected a house full of dust but I think that the house is cleaner now than before they started! We're very happy that we found Tailored Heating and would have no hesitation in using them again .

I had tailored heat to install a full heating system and boiler and have been really impressed by them. They were always on time, very courteous and professional at all times. I had no problem trusting them in my home. They left my house clean and tidy once finished. I highly recommend them.

Tailored heat have just installed a new boiler in our home. They were incredibly proffesional and helpful throughout the whole process. They moved our installation date forward as our old boiler broke down. They arrived on time, were courteous and respectful throughout and left our house immaculate after the installation. Highly recommend these guys, been using them for years for boiler servicing. Recently they installed an urgently needed new boiler the day after we moved into a new house, re-arranging their appointments to do so. Lawrence and his team are professional and work to high standards. Fairly priced too.

The engineers from Tailored Heat are superb. They worked flat out, professionally, neatly and accurately, to install a new boiler and clean up my heating system, and charged very reasonably for their expertise. They explained everything they did and showed me how to get the best from the new boiler. My house is now the warmest it's been since I moved here nine years ago. Besides their excellent work I can truly say that they were also kind, patient and considerate, and just really nice people. Thank you Lawrence and Ryan.

Once again excellent service from Tailored Heat. Lawrence fitted a NEST Learning Thermostat for us; work completed efficiently, cleaned up after and made sure we were aware of how it worked before he left. Another excellent job done by Tailored Heat, well recommended.

Engineer arrived promptly with a prior phone call to let me know he was on his way. The engineer worked all day to install my new boiler. There was no mess left and he even took the time to point out a couple of defective radiator thermostats which unfortunately he didn't carry. But he told me where to get them. He even helped set up the nest controls for me. A very professional instillation.

Just had replacement boiler fitted 2 very polite very hard working men disposed of old boiler tidied and cleaned everything after went through instructions and app. All highly professional. And only took 3 days from initial call. Brilliant.
