Wow. What an excellent company. Mark turned up promptly for our boiler service, did a fantastic job, being professional and friendly the entire time. The communication has been second to none, before and after. I cannot recommend Redfern and Mark enough. I won't be looking for anyone else again and will always recommend them.

Can't speak highly enough of the lads at Redfern. I have used them twice for my gas boiler. Repairs and servicing. I won't go anywhere else, very professional. Communication at every stagebwith emails, text messages and invoices. Will has been twice to my property and is very professional.

Redfern did a complete install of all gas appliances including a new boiler and radiators last year which I was very happy with. The staff are very competent and friendly. I have just had my annua boiler service done in the past week and will continue to use Redfern in the future

My ASHP service was completed on schedule and successfully. It was reasonably priced.

Excellent ASHP system design and install. From the initial introduction to the full commissioning of a new ashp for underfloor heating and balanced cold and hot water supply, Redfern had a great team that provided bespoke heat loss evaluation which in this property had a mix of new and old building materials therefore wouldn't have been easy. The team were efficient and professional. The property is fairly complex but didn't phase the team who promptly installed the system, overcoming any hurdles with ease. Definitely the team to use if you want a thoughtout and we'll designed installation for maximum efficiency. Highly recommended.! A year on and no problems at all with the installation. 1st Annual service carried out which was thorough and not rushed, but efficient. I like observing, asking questions and the team is friendly and willing to share their knowledge which is a reassuring asset! Thanks to Mark and his team again!!

Mark and the team at Redfern were superb from start to finish. A complex refurb of a dilapidated property required everything aside from walls and roof replacing, the Redfern team were super flexible jumping in wherever it made sense to move the job forward. From selection of the air source heat pump (advantages/disadvantages of different systems), the grant application and off to one side installation of the kitchen/bathroom plumbing, the advice and work was always first rate. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and thoroughly recommend them. A happy bunch of hard workers. Thanks! al

Redfern Heat Pumps replaced our ageing LPG boiler with an air source heat pump system last year. Very efficient team, tidy, respectful and easy to deal with. Good communications and reliable timekeeping. The system works well. They've just been round to do the first year annual service - once again on time, pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended.

I'm a returning customer. Removal and capping of an old sink. I've also had a gas meter capped. All work well completed. Everyone punctual, work completed promptly without fuss. Also they are friendly guys. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Quality work. They are not the cheapest, but they are good value for money because their work is of a high standard. We had a complete new system fitted. The workmen were polite and cleaned up after the work was done. All round a good experience.

A very quick and efficient service and great value for money.

When my old boiler packed up, Redfern were brilliant. They made a suggestion of new boiler and presented options via a web app, so I could choose the exact install I wanted. This was on a Thursday and I had an engineer coming out the next Monday to install the new boiler. Very professional service and the new boiler is in and working with no issues. I was kept informed at every step of the way and the price was very reasonable.

Jenni from Redfern replied to a request for an engineer to come and look at our leaking boiler. Andy came out and informed us we would need a new boiler. Redfern provided a quote and we accepted. The boiler was booked in with a date that suited me. Andy fitted the new boiler and removed old boiler and old pipes. We decided to move where previous boiler was and this wasn't a problem. Whole job was done leaving no mess and new boiler posited perfect place. The communication from Redfern was brilliant. Keeping me informed every step of the job. Andy was top bloke. Brilliant company. Messaged on Christmas Day with an issue, not expecting a reply but they responded very quickly. Came out within a couple of days and quoted on a new boiler. Brilliant job! Made a complex job look easy. Replaced our old boiler and fitted an 8 metre flue through a void in our ceiling. I had 4 firms to look at the job but Mark was the most professional and inspired confidence in me to choose Redfurn, with a competitive quote as well. Mark and Will were diligent took care to minimise dust by laying plastic walkways and hoovering regularly. Very pleased wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.😊

I had a quick response to my request for a quote. Excellent communication from start to finish. Someone who actually turns up when they say they will! I had a new boiler installed and there were a couple of other problems I asked to be fixed. I was quoted a reasonable price for the job. Some unexpected problems arose during the completion of the work and I was impressed with Mark and Andy’s persistence and patience to sort it out. They seem to prioritise customer satisfaction and doing a good job. Both were very personable and explained what they were doing and discussed any issues that arose along the way. Probably one of the best experiences of trades I have ever dealt with and in my opinion, a shining example of how to deliver an excellent customer service.

Mark and the team were amazing. The installed my heat pump and flooring close to Christmas under tight timescales I set. They were friendly and were reliable. They went over and above and delivered which is impressive given so many unreliable trades and companies out there. I really felt like ai was in a safe pair of hands with Mark. His team were great, nothing was too difficult even when I asked for adjustments, no moas or complaints. In summary, brilliant, highly recommend.

Serviced our Ground Source Heat Pump. Reasonable price. Very helpful throughout the visit. BUT…some follow up work was suggested and a quote was provided. When items in the quote were reasonably questioned, they didn’t seem to want to communicate any further. Very disappointing.

Mark installed a Vaillant Arostor heat pump hot water system in my house a year or so back and which has performed flawlessly ever since.
