Looking at reducing my energy bill’s and interested in heat pumps as an alternative to a gas boiler, I contacted a Insight Energy Systems, who are local to me to request a home visit. Andy was very professional, knowledgable and technically very aware!. After a full inspection of the house, the suggested specification of a heat pump with a PV roof system seemed very sensible. Having underfloor heating in some rooms helps, although in other rooms, radiators will need changing. Andy also communicated regards government incentives available. Would totally recommend IES, if you are looking to change your heating system to a renewable technology. Update: Boiler service completed. Once again very professional.

Full underfloor heating system with air source heat pump. Very pleased with the result, almost can't wait for winter to turn up the heating! Andy and his team were very professional, reliable and knowledgeable and hardworking.
Great service. Andy is careful, meticulous, and honest about what can be achieved with an Air Source Heat pump installation. He did the calculations and came up with a good plan. He left our place clean and tidy. We had a few issues with the system to begin with (often the way with ASHP - it was a manufacturing issue), and Andy went over and above to make sure the suppliers sorted everything out. The system is running brilliantly now and I am so pleased we went for it, and with Andy as the installer. Highly recommended.
