Unlike other companies who just take your money and don’t even fix the issue, Shaun went above and beyond. He didn’t charge a call-out fee, thoroughly checked my boiler, and explained exactly what needed doing. What impressed me most was his honesty: he told me the job would cost more than a Worcester Boiler Company would charge, but he didn’t try to overcharge or take advantage. People like Shaun are rare—so kind, trustworthy, and principled. I genuinely wish him all the success in the world—one day I hope he becomes a millionaire, because he deserves it!

A fantastic service. Sean is very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Quality of communication is very good and the company are always quick to reply to messages and enquiries.

Awful customer service Had the boiler serviced, 2 days later our boiler kept loosing water pressure Contacted again and got told he’s too busy and he would call me, three days passed with no contact, in the mean time I had another engineer out who fixed the issue within 20 minutes The issue was the schrader valve was left loose Avoid at all costs!!

Sean replaced my bedroom radiator, including going into the loft to top up the system etc. He did an excellent job, for a really good price, & I'll absolutely be recommending him to family & friends.

Service on boiler in new house leading it to being condemned despite Sean's best efforts. Lead to a new install of a WB Ri boiler. In and out in a day, Sean was prompt in the morning and gets on with the job happily. Would reccomend for any work, but especially due to his Worcester Bosch accreditation

I am highly disappointed at how they handle business. Booked two appointments and never showed up. I called and texted but was just ignored with no apology or explanation as to why. Won't be using his service ever again.

They've been servicing my old back boiler for 9+ years and recently replaced the whole system for a modern, more economical combi boiler with extra rads and ancillary work. We had a huge project for Sean, to install underfloor heating and Air conditioning around the entire property. I must say, he was amazing. Professional, clean, reliable, workmanship was 100%. His knowledge and advice was very much appreciated, everything was installed at a high quality and within our time frame. Very easy to work with, and reliable. We booked Sean (a Worcester-Bosch accredited installer) to carry out an urgent oil boiler exchange after the Worcester engineers condemned our old one in late October 2023. His quotation was very competitive and the work was duly carried out on the pre-booked date in November. We were very happy with the tidy and methodical way everything was done. The old boiler and associated rubbish was cleared away as soon as the job was completed. The Worcester 8 year warranty was all taken care of for us so we didn’t have to do anything! My Husband was suitably impressed (a retired British Gas heating engineer of 30 years and 20 years self employed). Sean is a very good, knowledgeable local engineer and we’ve already highly recommended his services.

Sean recently supplied and fitted a Worcester Greenstar system boiler for us. Installed on agreed date, with a fixed price and an 8 year guarantee. Sean also returned today and replaced an outlet valve in one toilet and fixed a leak, by replacing the necessary mechanism in the other.
